2 Reyes 15

1 Azarías, hijo de Amasías, llegó a ser rey de Judá en el año veintisiete del reinado de Jeroboam, rey de Israel.

In year twenty and seven year of Jeroboam [the] king of Israel he became king Azariah [the] son of Amaziah [the] king of Judah.

2 Tenía dieciséis años cuando llegó a ser rey, y reinó en Jerusalén durante cincuenta y dos años. Su madre se llamaba Jecolías, de Jerusalén.

A son of six-teen year[s] he was when became king he and fifty and two year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jecholiah from Jerusalem.

3 Hizo lo que era correcto a los ojos del Señor, tal como lo había hecho su padre Amasías.

And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Amaziah father his.

4 Pero los altares paganos no fueron destruidos. El pueblo seguía sacrificando y presentando holocaustos en esos lugares.

Only the high places not they were removed still the people [were] sacrificing and [were] making smoke at the high places.

5 El Señor tocó al rey y tuvo lepra hasta el día de su muerte. Vivió aislado en una casa aparte. Su hijo Jotam estaba a cargo del palacio y era el verdadero gobernante del país.

And he struck Yahweh the king and he was having a skin disease until [the] day of death his and he dwelt in [the] house of separateness and Jotham [the] son of the king [was] over the house judging [the] people of the land.

6 El resto de lo que sucedió en el reinado de Azarías y todo lo que hizo está registrado en el Libro de las Crónicas de los Reyes de Judá.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Azariah and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.

7 Azarías murió y fue enterrado con sus antepasados en la Ciudad de David. Su hijo Jotam le sucedió como rey.

And he lay down Azariah with ancestors his and people buried him with ancestors his in [the] city of David and he became king Jotham son his in place of him.

8 Zacarías, hijo de Jeroboam, llegó a ser rey de Israel en el año treinta y ocho del reinado de Azarías, rey de Judá. Reinó en Samaria durante seis meses.

In year thirty and eight year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Zechariah [the] son of Jeroboam over Israel in Samaria six months.

9 Sus hechos fueron malos a los ojos del Señor, como los de sus antepasados también. No puso fin a los pecados que Jeroboam, hijo de Nabat, había hecho cometer a Israel.

And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh just as they had done ancestors his not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.

10 Entonces Salum, hijo de Jabes, conspiró contra Zacarías. Lo atacó, lo asesinó delante del pueblo y se apoderó de él como rey.

And he conspired on him Shallum [the] son of Jabesh and he struck down him (before *LAB(h)*) [the] people and he killed him and he became king in place of him.

11 El resto de los acontecimientos del reinado de Zacarías están registrados en el Libro de las Crónicas de los Reyes de Israel.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Zechariah there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.

12 Así se cumplió lo que el Señor le dijo a Jehú: “Tus descendientes se sentarán en el trono de Israel hasta la cuarta generación”.

It [was] [the] word of Yahweh which he had spoken to Jehu saying descendants of a fourth [generation] they will sit of you on [the] throne of Israel and it was thus.

13 Salum, hijo de Jabes, llegó a ser rey en el año treinta y nueve del reinado de Uzías de Judá. Reinó en Samaria durante un mes.

Shallum [the] son of Jabesh he became king in year thirty and nine year of Uzziah [the] king of Judah and he reigned a month of days in Samaria.

14 Entonces Menajem, hijo de Gadi, fue de Tirsa a Samaria, atacó y asesinó a Salum, hijo de Jabes, y asumió como rey.

And he went up Menahem [the] son of Gadi from Tirzah and he came Samaria and he struck down Shallum [the] son of Jabesh in Samaria and he killed him and he became king in place of him.

15 El resto de los sucesos del reinado de Salum y la rebelión que tramó están registrados en el Libro de las Crónicas de los Reyes de Israel.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Shallum and conspiracy his which he conspired there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.

16 En aquel tiempo, Menajem, partiendo de Tirsa, atacó Tifsa y la región cercana, porque no le entregaban la ciudad. Así que destruyó a Tifsa y desgarró a todas las mujeres embarazadas.

Then he struck Menahem Tiphsah and all [those] who [were] in it and territories its from Tirzah for not it opened and he struck [it] all pregnant [women] its he ripped open.

17 Menajem, hijo de Gadi, se convirtió en rey de Israel en el año treinta y nueve del reinado de Azarías de Judá. Reinó en Samaria durante diez años.

In year thirty and nine year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Menahem [the] son of Gadi over Israel ten years in Samaria.

18 Durante todo su reinado hizo lo malo a los ojos del Señor. No puso fin a los pecados que Jeroboam, hijo de Nabat, había hecho cometer a Israel.

And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from on [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel all days his.

19 Pul, rey de Asiria, invadió el país. Menajem pagó a Pul mil talentos de plata para que apoyara a Menajem en la consolidación de su poder sobre el reino.

He came Pul [the] king of Assyria on the land and he gave Menahem to Pul a thousand talent[s] of silver to be hands his with him to strengthen the kingdom in hand his.

20 Menajem exigió el pago de todos los hombres ricos de Israel, cincuenta siclos de plata cada uno, para dárselos al rey de Asiria. Entonces el rey de Asiria se retiró y no se quedó en el país.

And he brought out Menahem the silver on Israel on all [the] mighty [men] of wealth to give [it] to [the] king of Assyria fifty shekels silver to a man one and he returned [the] king of Assyria and not he remained there in the land.

21 El resto de lo que sucedió en el reinado de Menajem y todo lo que hizo está registrado en el Libro de las Crónicas de los Reyes de Israel.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Menahem and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.

22 Menajem murió y su hijo Pecajías lo sucedió como rey.

And he lay down Menahem with ancestors his and he became king Pekahiah son his in place of him.

23 Pecajías, hijo de Menajem, llegó a ser rey de Israel en Samaria en el año cincuenta del reinado de Azarías de Judá, y reinó dos años.

In year fifty year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Pekahiah [the] son of Menahem over Israel in Samaria two years.

24 Hizo lo malo a los ojos del Señor. No puso fin a los pecados que Jeroboam, hijo de Nabat, había hecho cometer a Israel.

And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.

25 Peca, hijo de Remalías, uno de sus oficiales, conspiró contra él junto con Argob, Arieh y cincuenta hombres de Galaad. Peca atacó y mató a Pecajías en la fortaleza del palacio del rey en Samaria, y asumió como rey.

And he conspired on him Pekah [the] son of Remaliah officer his and he struck down him in Samaria in [the] fortress of [the] house of (the king *Q(K)*) with Argob and with Arieh and [were] with him fifty man from [the] sons of [the] Gileadites and he killed him and he became king in place of him.

26 El resto de lo que sucedió en el reinado de Pecajías y todo lo que hizo está registrado en el Libro de las Crónicas de los Reyes de Israel.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Pekahiah and all that he did there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.

27 Pecajá, hijo de Remalías, llegó a ser rey de Israel en el año cincuenta y dos del reinado de Azarías de Judá. Reinó en Samaria durante veinte años.

In year fifty and two year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Pekah [the] son of Remaliah over Israel in Samaria twenty year[s].

28 Sus hechos fueron malos a los ojos del Señor. No puso fin a los pecados que Jeroboam, hijo de Nabat, había hecho cometer a Israel.

And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.

29 Durante el reinado de Peca, rey de Israel, Tiglat-Pileser, rey de Asiria, invadió y capturó Iyón, Abel-Bet-Macá, Janoa, Cedes, Jazor, Galaad, Galilea y toda la tierra de Neftalí, y llevó al pueblo a Asiria como prisioneros.

In [the] days of Pekah [the] king of Israel he came Tiglath-pileser [the] king of Assyria and he took Ijon and Abel Beth Maacah and Janoah and Kedesh and Hazor and Gilead and Galilee towards all [the] land of Naphtali and he took into exile them Assyria towards.

30 Entonces Oseas, hijo de Ela, conspiró contra Peca, hijo de Remalías. En el vigésimo año del reinado de Jotam, hijo de Uzías, Oseas atacó a Peca, lo mató y asumió como rey.

And he conspired a conspiracy Hoshea [the] son of Elah on Pekah [the] son of Remaliah and he struck down him and he killed him and he became king in place of him in year twenty of Jotham [the] son of Uzziah.

31 El resto de lo que sucedió en el reinado de Peca y todo lo que hizo está registrado en el Libro de las Crónicas de los Reyes de Israel.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Pekah and all that he did there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.

32 Jotam, hijo de Uzías, llegó a ser rey de Judá en el segundo año del reinado de Peca hijo de Remalías, rey de Israel.

In year two of Pekah [the] son of Remaliah [the] king of Israel he became king Jotham [the] son of Uzziah [the] king of Judah.

33 Tenía veinticinco años cuando llegó a ser rey, y reinó en Jerusalén durante dieciséis años. Su madre se llamaba Jerusa, hija de Sadoc.

A son of twenty and five year[s] he was when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jerusha [the] daughter of Zadok.

34 Hizo lo correcto a los ojos del Señor, tal como lo había hecho su padre Uzías.

And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Uzziah father his he did.

35 Pero los altares paganos no fueron destruidos. El pueblo seguía sacrificando y presentando holocaustos en esos lugares. Reconstruyó la puerta superior del Templo del Señor.

Only the high places not they were removed still the people [were] sacrificing and [were] making smoke at the high places he he built [the] gate of [the] house of Yahweh upper.

36 El resto de los acontecimientos del reinado de Jotam están registrados en el Libro de las Crónicas de los Reyes de Judá.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jotham which he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.

37 Durante ese tiempo el Señor comenzó a enviar a Rezín, rey de Harán, y a Peca, hijo de Remalías, para que atacaran a Judá.

In the days those he began Yahweh to send in Judah Rezin [the] king of Aram and Pekah [the] son of Remaliah.

38 Jotam murió y fue enterrado con sus antepasados en la Ciudad de David, su antepasado. Su hijo Acaz lo sucedió como rey.

And he lay down Jotham with ancestors his and he was buried with ancestors his in [the] city of David ancestor his and he became king Ahaz son his in place of him.
