Salmos 23

1 Salmo de David. Yahvé es mi pastor, nada me faltará.

“A psalm of David.” The LORD is my shepherd: I shall not want.

2 Él me hace recostar en verdes prados, me conduce a manantiales que restauran,

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 Confortando mi alma, guiándome por senderos rectos, para gloria de su Nombre.

He reviveth my soul; He leadeth me in paths of safety, For his name's sake.

4 Aunque atraviese un valle de tinieblas, no temeré ningún mal, porque Tú vas conmigo. Tu bastón y tu cayado me infunden aliento.

When I walk through a valley of deathlike shade, I fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy crook and thy staff, they comfort me.

5 Para mí Tú dispones una mesa ante los ojos de mis enemigos. Unges con bálsamo mi cabeza; mi copa rebosa.

Thou preparest a table before me In the presence of mine enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over.

6 Bondad y misericordia me seguirán todos los días de mi vida; y moraré en la casa de Yahvé por días sin fin.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, And I shall dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
