Éxodo 36
1 Así, pues, Besalel y Oholiab y todos los hombres hábiles en cuyo corazón Yahvé ha infundido sabiduría e inteligencia para saber realizar todas las obras para el servicio del Santuario, las ejecutarán conforme al mandato de Yahvé.
“So Bezalel, Oholiab, and every skilled person are to carry out everything commanded by the LORD, who has given them skill and ability to know how to perform all the work of constructing the sanctuary.”
2 LIamó, pues, Moisés a Besalel y a Oholiab y a todos los hombres de talento en cuyo corazón Yahvé había infundido sabiduría, a todos los que voluntariamente estaban dispuestos a ponerse a la obra para realizarla.
Then Moses summoned Bezalel, Oholiab, and every skilled person whom the LORD had gifted—everyone whose heart stirred him to come and do the work.
3 Y recibieron de Moisés todas las ofrendas que los hijos de Israel habían traído para la ejecución de las obras del Santuario. Entretanto el pueblo siguió entregando a Moisés ofrendas voluntarias de mañana en mañana.
They received from Moses all the contributions that the Israelites had brought to carry out the service of constructing the sanctuary. Meanwhile, the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning,
4 Por eso todos los artífices que hacían todas las obras del Santuario dejaron cada cual la obra que estaban haciendo,
so that all the skilled craftsmen who were doing all the work on the sanctuary left their work
5 y fueron a hablar con Moisés, diciendo: “El pueblo trae más de lo que se precisa para la realización de las obras que Yahvé ha mandado hacer.”
and said to Moses, “The people are bringing more than enough for doing the work the LORD has commanded us to do.”
6 Entonces Moisés hizo promulgar por el campamento: “Ni hombre ni mujer traiga ya más ofrendas para el Santuario.” Y se impidió al pueblo traer más;
After Moses had given an order, they sent a proclamation throughout the camp: “No man or woman should make anything else as an offering for the sanctuary.” So the people were restrained from bringing more,
7 pues ya había material suficiente para ejecutar todas las obras y aun sobraba.
since what they already had was more than enough to perform all the work.
8 Entonces todos los sabios de corazón de entre los que hacían la obra, fabricaron la Morada de diez cortinas de fino lino torzal, de color jacinto, púrpura escarlata y carmesí, con querubines. Resultó una obra maestra.
All the skilled craftsmen among the workmen made the ten curtains for the tabernacle. They were made of finely spun linen, as well as blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, with cherubim skillfully worked into them.
9 El largo de cada cortina era de veinte y ocho codos y la anchura de cada cortina de cuatro codos. Todas las cortinas tenían la misma medida.
Each curtain was twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide; all the curtains were the same size.
10 (Besalel) unió cinco de las cortinas una con otra, y las otras cinco cortinas también las unió una con otra.
And he joined five of the curtains together, and the other five he joined as well.
11 E hizo lazos de jacinto en el borde de la última cortina del primer conjunto; las hizo también en el borde extremo de las cortinas del segundo conjunto.
He made loops of blue material on the edge of the end curtain in the first set, and also on the end curtain in the second set.
12 Cincuenta lazos hizo en el primer conjunto, y cincuenta en el extremo del segundo conjunto allá donde se unen, correspondiéndose los lazos unos a otros.
He made fifty loops on one curtain and fifty loops on the end curtain of the second set, so that the loops lined up opposite one another.
13 Hizo también cincuenta broches de oro, y enlazó los conjuntos el uno con el otro, por medio de los broches, de modo que la Morada vino a ser una sola pieza.
He also made fifty gold clasps to join the curtains together, so that the tabernacle was a unit.
14 Hizo también cortinas de pelo de cabra para que sirvan de tienda sobre la Morada. Once cortinas hizo para esto.
He then made curtains of goat hair for the tent over the tabernacle—eleven curtains in all.
15 La longitud de cada cortina era de treinta codos, y de cuatro codos era la anchura de cada cortina. Una misma medida tenían las once cortinas.
Each of the eleven curtains was the same size—thirty cubits long and four cubits wide.
16 Enlazó cinco de las cortinas entre sí, y seis de las cortinas entre sí.
He joined five of the curtains into one set and the other six into another.
17 Y puso cincuenta lazos en el borde del (primer) conjunto en el extremo donde se enlazan, y cincuenta lazos en el borde del segundo conjunto, donde se enlazan.
He made fifty loops along the edge of the end curtain in the first set, and fifty loops along the edge of the corresponding curtain in the second set.
18 Hizo asimismo cincuenta broches de bronce a fin de unir el Tabernáculo; para que fuese un solo todo.
He also made fifty bronze clasps to join the tent together as a unit.
19 Hizo además para el Tabernáculo una cubierta de pieles de carnero teñidas de rojo, y por encima una cubierta de pieles de tejón.
Additionally, he made for the tent a covering of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of fine leather.
20 Para la Morada hizo tablones de madera de acacia para colocarlos verticalmente.
Next, he constructed upright frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle.
21 Diez codos de largo tenía un tablón, y de codo y medio era el ancho de cada tablón.
Each frame was ten cubits long and a cubit and a half wide.
22 Cada tablón tenía dos espigas unidas una con otra. Así hizo todos los tablones de la Morada.
Two tenons were connected to each other for each frame. He made all the frames of the tabernacle in this way.
23 Hizo, pues, los tablones para la Morada (de esta manera): veinte tablones para el lado del Négueb, hacia el sur,
He constructed twenty frames for the south side of the tabernacle,
24 colocando debajo de los veinte tablones cuarenta basas de plata, dos basas debajo de un tablón para sus dos espigas; y dos basas debajo de los otros tablones para sus dos espigas.
with forty silver bases to put under the twenty frames—two bases for each frame, one under each tenon.
25 Para el otro flanco de la Morada, para el lado del norte, hizo también veinte tablones,
For the second side of the tabernacle, the north side, he made twenty frames
26 con sus cuarenta basas de plata; dos basas debajo de un tablón, y dos asas debajo de los otros tablones.
and forty silver bases—two bases under each frame.
27 Para la parte posterior de la Morada, hacia el occidente, hizo seis tablones;
He made six frames for the rear of the tabernacle, the west side,
28 y dos tablones hizo para los ángulos de la Morada, en el fondo,
and two frames for the two back corners of the tabernacle,
29 los cuales eran dobles desde abajo y formaban un conjunto hasta arriba, hasta el primer anillo. Así lo hizo con entrambos, en los dos ángulos.
coupled together from bottom to top and fitted into a single ring. He made both corners in this way.
30 Eran, pues, ocho tablones, con sus basas de plata: diez y seis basas, dos basas bajo cada tablón.
So there were eight frames and sixteen silver bases—two under each frame.
31 Después hizo travesaños de madera de acacia, cinco para los tablones de un costado de la Morada;
He also made five crossbars of acacia wood for the frames on one side of the tabernacle,
32 y cinco travesaños para los tablones del otro costado de la Morada; y cinco travesaños para los tablones de la parte posterior de la Morada hacia el occidente.
five for those on the other side, and five for those on the rear side of the tabernacle, to the west.
33 E hizo el travesaño central de tal suerte que pasase en medio de los tablones, de un extremo al otro.
He made the central crossbar to run through the center of the frames, from one end to the other.
34 Los tablones los revistió de oro, y de oro hizo también los anillos correspondientes, por los cuales habían de pasar los travesaños, revestidos igualmente de oro.
And he overlaid the frames with gold and made gold rings to hold the crossbars. He also overlaid the crossbars with gold.
35 Hizo también el velo de jacinto, púrpura escarlata, carmesí y lino fino torzal. Era una obra artística con motivos de querubines.
Next, he made the veil of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and finely spun linen, with cherubim skillfully worked into it.
36 Fabricó para el mismo cuatro columnas de acacia, que revistió de oro; también sus clavos eran de oro, y fundió para ellas cuatro basas de plata.
He also made four posts of acacia wood for it and overlaid them with gold, along with gold hooks; and he cast four silver bases for the posts.
37 Hizo para la entrada del Tabernáculo una cortina de jacinto, púrpura escarlata, carmesí y lino fino torzal, obra de recamador,
For the entrance to the tent, he made a curtain embroidered with blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and finely spun linen,
38 con sus cinco columnas y sus clavos, revistiendo de oro sus capiteles y sus anillos de oro y haciendo de bronce sus cinco basas.
together with five posts and their hooks. He overlaid the tops of the posts and their bands with gold, and their five bases were bronze.
