2 Crónicas 18
1 Teniendo ya grandes riquezas y honores, Josafat emparentó con Acab;
and to be to/for Jehoshaphat riches and glory to/for abundance and be related to/for Ahab
2 y al cabo de algunos años descendió a visitar a Acab en Samaria. Acab mató gran número de ovejas y de bueyes, para él y la gente que le acompañaba; y le persuadió que subiese (con él) a Ramot-Galaad.
and to go down to/for end year to(wards) Ahab to/for Samaria and to sacrifice to/for him Ahab flock and cattle to/for abundance and to/for people which with him and to incite him to/for to ascend: rise to(wards) Ramoth (Ramoth)-gilead
3 Dijo Acab, rey de Israel, a Josafat, rey de Judá: “¿Quieres ir conmigo a Ramot- Galaad?” Le contestó: “No hay diferencia entre mí y ti, entre tu pueblo y mi pueblo; contigo iremos a la guerra.”
and to say Ahab king Israel to(wards) Jehoshaphat king Judah to go: went with me Ramoth (Ramoth)-gilead and to say to/for him like me like you and like/as people your people my and with you in/on/with battle
4 Pero agregó Josafat, dirigiéndose al rey de Israel: “Te ruego que consultes hoy todavía la palabra de Yahvé.”
and to say Jehoshaphat to(wards) king Israel to seek please like/as day: today [obj] word LORD
5 Convocó el rey de Israel a los profetas, cuatrocientos hombres, y les dijo: “¿Subiremos a la guerra contra Ramot-Galaad, o lo dejaré?” Contestaron: “Sube, que Dios la entregará en manos del rey.”
and to gather king Israel [obj] [the] prophet four hundred man and to say to(wards) them to go: went to(wards) Ramoth (Ramoth)-gilead to/for battle if to cease and to say to ascend: rise and to give: give [the] God in/on/with hand: power [the] king
6 Pero Josafat preguntó: “¿No hay todavía aquí algún profeta de Yahvé, a quien podamos consultar?”
and to say Jehoshaphat nothing here prophet to/for LORD still and to seek from [obj] him
7 Respondió el rey de Israel a Josafat: “Aún hay un hombre por medio de quien podríamos consultar a Yahvé, mas yo le aborrezco, porque nunca profetiza para mí cosas buenas sino siempre malas. Es Miqueas, hijo de Imlá.” A lo que respondió Josafat: “No hable el rey así.”

8 Entonces el rey de Israel llamó a un eunuco y le dijo: “Trae inmediatamente a Miqueas, hijo de Imlá.”
and to call: call to king Israel to(wards) eunuch one and to say to hasten (Micaiah *Q(K)*) son: child Imlah
9 El rey de Israel y Josafat, rey de Judá, estaban sentados cada cual en su trono, vestidos de vestiduras (reales), en la plaza que hay a la entrada de la puerta de Samaria; y todos los profetas estaban profetizando delante de ellos.

10 Sedecías, hijo de Canaaná, que se había hecho cuernos de hierro, dijo: “Así dice Yahvé: Con estos acornearás a los sirios hasta acabar con ellos.”

11 Y todos los profetas estaban profetizando del mismo modo, diciendo: “¡Sube a Ramot-Galaad, y triunfarás; porque Yahvé la entregará en manos del rey!”
and all [the] prophet to prophesy so to/for to say to ascend: rise Ramoth (Ramoth)-gilead and to prosper and to give: give LORD in/on/with hand: power [the] king
12 Entretanto el mensajero que había ido a llamar a Miqueas, habló con él, diciendo: “Mira que todos los profetas en coro (anuncian) sucesos felices al rey; sea, pues, tu vaticinio conforme al suyo y habla favorablemente.”

13 Respondió Miqueas: “¡Vive Yahvé que solo anunciaré lo que me dijere mi Dios!”

14 Vino, pues, al rey; y el rey le preguntó: “Miqueas, ¿subiremos a la guerra contra Ramot-Galaad, o lo dejaré?” Y él respondió: “Subid, y triunfaréis, pues ellos serán entregados en vuestras manos.”

15 El rey le dijo: “¿Hasta cuántas veces he de conjurarte que no me digas sino la verdad en nombre de Yahvé?”

16 Entonces él replicó: “He visto a todo Israel disperso sobre las montañas como ovejas que no tienen pastor; y dijo Yahvé: “Estos no tienen señor; que vuelvan en paz, cada cual a su casa.”

17 Dijo el rey de Israel a Josafat: “¿No te decía yo que este nunca profetiza para mí cosas buenas, sino malas?”

18 Dijo entonces Miqueas: “Por lo mismo, oíd la palabra de Yahvé: He visto a Yahvé sentado sobre su trono, y todo el ejército celestial estaba a su derecha y a su izquierda.

19 Y dijo Yahvé: «¿Quién engañará a Acab, rey de Israel, para que suba y caiga en Ramot-Galaad?» Y decía uno una cosa y otro otra.
and to say LORD who? to entice [obj] Ahab king Israel and to ascend: rise and to fall: fall in/on/with Ramoth (Ramoth)-gilead and to say this to say thus and this to say thus
20 Entonces salió el Espíritu (maligno), se presentó delante de Yahvé y dijo: «Yo le engañaré.» Yahvé le preguntó: «¿De qué modo?»

21 Respondió: «Saldré y seré espíritu de mentira en boca de todos sus profetas.» Y (Yahvé) dijo: «Tú lo engañarás con pleno éxito. Sal y hazlo así.»
and to say to come out: come and to be to/for spirit deception in/on/with lip all prophet his and to say to entice and also be able to come out: come and to make: do so
22 Ahora, pues, he aquí que Yahvé ha puesto un espíritu de mentira en la boca de todos estos tus profetas, ya que Yahvé ha decretado el mal contra ti.”
and now behold to give: put LORD spirit deception in/on/with lip prophet your these and LORD to speak: promise upon you distress: harm
23 Entonces se acercó Sedecías, hijo de Canaaná y abofeteando a Miqueas, dijo: “¿Por qué camino salió el Espíritu de Yahvé de mí, para hablarte a ti?”

24 Respondió Miqueas: “En aquel día lo verás cuando andes de aposento en aposento para esconderte.”

25 Mandó entonces el rey de Israel: “Prended a Miqueas y llevadlo a Amón comandante de la ciudad, y a Joás, hijo del rey;
and to say king Israel to take: take [obj] Micaiah and to return: return him to(wards) Amon ruler [the] city and to(wards) Joash son: child [the] king
26 y decidles: Así manda el rey: Meted a este en la cárcel y alimentadle con pan de angustia y con agua de aflicción hasta que yo vuelva en paz.”
and to say thus to say [the] king to set: put this house: home [the] prison and to eat him food: bread oppression and water oppression till to return: return I in/on/with peace
27 Miqueas dijo: “Si tú efectivamente vuelves en paz, no ha hablado Yahvé por mí.” Y agregó: “¡Escuchad, pueblos todos!”

28 Subieron el rey de Israel y Josafat, rey de Judá, a Ramot-Galaad.
and to ascend: rise king Israel and Jehoshaphat king Judah to(wards) Ramoth (Ramoth)-gilead
29 Y dijo el rey de Israel a Josafat: “Yo voy a disfrazarme, y entraré así en la batalla; mas tú, ponte tus vestiduras.” Se disfrazó el rey de Israel, y así entraron en la batalla.
and to say king Israel to(wards) Jehoshaphat to search and to come (in): come in/on/with battle and you(m. s.) to clothe garment your and to search king Israel and to come (in): come in/on/with battle
30 Ahora bien, el rey de Siria había dado esta orden a los capitanes de sus carros: “No ataquéis ni a chico ni a grande, sino tan solo al rey de Israel.”

31 Por eso, cuando los capitanes de los carros vieron a Josafat, dijeron: “Este es el rey de Israel”, y le rodearon para cargar sobre él. Pero Josafat se puso a gritar, y Yahvé le socorrió, y Dios los apartó de su persona.

32 Efectivamente, al ver los capitanes de los carros que no era el rey de Israel, se retiraron de él.

33 Mas un hombre, disparando al azar el arco, hirió al rey de Israel por entre las comisuras de la coraza, por lo cual (el rey) dijo al auriga: “Retoma y sácame del campo, porque estoy gravemente herido.”
and man: anyone to draw in/on/with bow to/for integrity his and to smite [obj] king Israel between [the] joint and between [the] armor and to say to/for charioteer to overturn (hand: themselves your *Q(K)*) and to come out: send me from [the] camp for be weak: ill
34 Pero recrudeció el combate en aquel día, y el rey de Israel tuvo que mantenerse erguido en su carro frente a los sirios hasta la tarde. Murió a la hora de ponerse el sol.
