1 Kuwiinna xaqa ahow, Rabbiga ku reyreeya, Waayo, kuwa qumman ammaan baa u habboon.
Be joyful, O ye righteous, in the Lord; [for] unto the righteous praise is comely.
2 Rabbiga ugu mahadnaqa kataarad, Oo isaga ammaan ugu heesa idinkoo ka dhawaajinaya shareerad toban xadhig leh.
Give thanks unto the Lord with the harp: with the ten-stringed psaltery do ye sing [praises] unto him.
3 Gabay cusub isaga ugu gabya, Oo si farsamo wanaagsan ugaga dhawaajiya cod weyn.
Sing unto him a new song; play beautifully amidst a triumphant shout.
4 Waayo, Rabbiga eraygiisu waa toosan yahay, Oo shuqulkiisa oo dhanna waxaa lagu sameeyey aaminnimo.
For the word of the Lord is upright; and all his works [are done] in truth.
5 Wuxuu jecel yahay xaqnimo iyo caddaalad, Dhulka waxaa ka buuxda Rabbiga raxmaddiisa.
He loveth righteousness and justice: the earth is full of the kindness of the Lord.
6 Samooyinka waxaa lagu sameeyey Rabbiga eraygiisa, Oo guutooyinkooda oo dhanna waxaa lagu uumay neefta afkiisa.
By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and by the breath of his mouth all their host.
7 Isagu biyaha badda intuu isku ururiyo ayuu wuxuu ka dhigaa sidii taallo oo kale, Oo moolalka dhaadheerna wuxuu dhex dhigaa maqsinno.
He gathereth together like heaps the waters of the sea: he layeth up in store-houses the depths [of the sea].
8 Inta dhulka joogta oo dhammu Rabbiga ha ka cabsadeen, Inta dunida deggan oo dhammu isaga ha ka baqeen.
Let all the earth fear the Lord: of him stand in awe all the inhabitants of the world.
9 Waayo, isagu wuu hadlay, wayna noqotay, Oo wuu amray, wayna adkaatay.
For he spoke, and it came into being: he commanded, and it stood fast.
10 Rabbigu quruumaha taladooda wuu baabbi'iyaa, Oo dadyowga fikirradoodana wuu buriyaa.
The Lord frustrateth the resolves of the nations: he bringeth to nought the thoughts of the people.
11 Laakiinse Rabbiga taladiisu weligeedba way adkaataa, Oo fikirrada qalbigiisuna waxay adkaadaan tan iyo ka ab ka ab.
The counsel of the Lord will stand for ever, the thoughts of his heart from generation to generation.
12 Waxaa barakaysan quruunta Ilaaheedu Rabbiga yahay, Taasoo ah dadka uu isagu u doortay dhaxalkiisa.
Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he hath chosen for himself as a heritage.
13 Rabbigu samaduu wax ka soo fiiriyaa, Oo wuxuu arkaa binu-aadmiga oo dhan,
The Lord looketh from heaven; he seeth all the sons of men.
14 Oo meesha isaga rugta u ah Ayuu wuxuu ka soo fiiriyaa kuwa dhulka deggan oo dhan,
From the place of his habitation he directeth his view upon all the inhabitants of the earth;
15 Waa isaga kan qalbiyadooda oo dhan sameeya, Oo shuqulladooda oo dhan u wada fiirsada.
He fashioneth their hearts altogether; he hath regard to all their works.
16 Ma jiro boqor ku badbaada ciidan weyn, Ninkii xoog badanuna iskuma samatabbixiyo xoog badan.
The king is not saved by the multitude of an army: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
17 Faras waa waxmatare in badbaado laysugu halleeyo, Oo weliba ninnaba kuma samatabbixiyo xooggiisa badan.
Vain is the horse for victory: nor shall he deliver any by the greatness of his strength.
18 Bal eega, Rabbiga ishiisu waxay la jirtaa kuwa isaga ka cabsada, Waana kuwa naxariistiisa rajeeya,
Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon those that fear him, upon those that hope for his kindness.
19 Inuu naftooda dhimashada ka samatabbixiyo, Iyo inuu wakhtiga abaartaa sii nooleeyo iyaga.
To deliver from death their soul, and to keep them alive in famine.
20 Nafteennu waxay sugtay Rabbiga, Waayo, isagu wuxuu inoo yahay caawimaad iyo gaashaan.
Our soul waiteth for the Lord: our help and our shield is he.
21 Haddaba qalbigeennu isaguu ku rayrayn doonaa, Maxaa yeelay, innagu waxaynu isku halleeynay magiciisa quduuska ah.
For in him shall our heart rejoice: because in his holy name have we trusted.
22 Rabbiyow, naxariistaadu ha noogu soo degto, Sidii aannu kaa rajaynay.
Let thy kindness, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in thee.
