1 Qalbigayga oo dhan ayaan kugu mahadnaqi doonaa, Oo ilaahyada hortooda ayaan ammaan kuugu gabyi doonaa,
A Psalm for David, of Aggaeus and Zacharias. I will give you thanks, O Lord, with my whole heart; and I will sing psalms to you before the angels; for you have heard all the words of my mouth.
2 Waxaan u soo tukan doonaa macbudkaaga quduuska ah xaggiisa, Oo magacaagana waxaan ugu mahadnaqi doonaa raxmaddaada iyo runtaada aawadood, Waayo, eraygaaga ayaad ka sii weynaysay magacaaga oo dhan.
I will worship toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your name, on account of your mercy and your truth; for you have magnified your holy name above every thing.
3 Maalintii aan qayshaday waad ii jawaabtay, Waanad igu kalsooni gelisay xooggii aad naftayda u yeeshay.
In whatever day I shall call upon you, hear me speedily; you shall abundantly provide me with your power in my soul.
4 Rabbiyow, boqorrada dhulka jooga oo dhammu way kugu mahadnaqi doonaan, Waayo, waxay maqlaan erayada afkaaga.
Let all the kings of the earth, o Lord, give thanks to you; for they have heard all the words of your mouth.
5 Haah, way ka gabyi doonaan jidadka Rabbiga, Waayo, ammaanta Rabbigu waa weyn tahay.
And let them sing in the ways of the Lord; for great is the glory of the Lord.
6 Waayo, in kastoo Rabbigu sarreeyo, haddana wuu fiiriyaa kuwa hooseeya, Laakiinse kan kibra meel fog buu ka yaqaan.
For the Lord is high, and [yet] regards the lowly; and he knows high things from afar off.
7 In kastoo aan ku dhex socdo dhibaato waad i soo noolayn doontaa, Oo waxaad gacantaada ku soo fidin doontaa cadhada cadaawayaashayda, Oo gacantaada midigna way i badbaadin doontaa.
Though I should walk in the midst of affliction, you will quicken me; you have stretched forth your hands against the wrath of mine enemies, and your right hand has saved me.
8 Rabbigaa kaamil ka dhigi doona waxa igu saabsan, Rabbiyow, naxariistaadu weligeedba way sii waartaa, Ha ka tegin shuqulladii gacmahaaga.
O Lord, you shall recompense [them] on my behalf: your mercy, O Lord, [endures] for ever: overlook not the works of your hands.
