1 Haddaan Rabbigu guriga dhisin, Kuwa dhisaya, waxtarla'aan bay u hawshoodaan, Haddaan Rabbigu magaalada dhawrin, Waardiyuhu micnela'aan buu u soo jeedaa.

As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth.

5 Waxaa barakaysan ninkii gabooyihiisa ka buuxsada iyaga, Iyagu ma ay ceeboobi doonaan Markay cadaawayaashooda kula hadlaan xagga iridda.

Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, when they speak with their enemies in the gate.
