< Sabuurradii 10 >

1 Rabbiyow, maxaad meesha fog u istaagtay? Oo maxaad u dhuumataa markii dhibaato jirto?
Yahweh, (why are you far away [from us]?/it seems that you are far away [from us].) [RHQ] Why do you not pay attention when we have troubles [RHQ]?
2 Kii shar leh oo kibir badan ayaa miskiinka si kulul u eryada, Xeeladdii ay hindiseen iyaga ha la rogmato.
People who are proud gladly cause poor people to suffer. So [cause what they do to others to happen to them]! May they be caught in the [same] traps that they set to catch others [MET]!
3 Waayo, kii shar lahu wuxuu ku faanaa waxa qalbigiisu jecel yahay, Oo kii damaci ahuna Rabbiga wuu nacaa, wuuna quudhsadaa.
They brag about the [evil] things that they want to do. They praise people who seize from others things that do not belong to them, and they curse you, Yahweh.
4 Kii shar lahu isagoo wejigiisa kibir ka muuqdo wuxuu yidhaahdaa, Isagu waxba i weyddiisan maayo. Fikirradiisa oo dhammu waxaa weeye, Ilaah ma jiro.
Wicked people are very proud. As a result, they do not (seek help from/are not concerned about) God; they do not even think that God exists.
5 Jidadkiisuu ku adag yahay had iyo goorba, Xukummadaaduna waa ka sarreeyaan isaga, waana ka fog yihiin, Oo cadaawayaashiisa oo dhanna wuu wada fudaydsadaa.
But [it seems that] they succeed in everything that they do. They do not think that they will be condemned/punished for their deeds, and they (sneer at/make fun of) their enemies.
6 Oo wuxuu isyidhaahdaa, Anigu weligay dhaqdhaqaaqi maayo, Oo tan iyo ka ab ka ab xumaanu i heli mayso.
They think, “Nothing bad will happen to us! We will never have troubles!”
7 Afkiisa waxaa ka buuxa habaar iyo khiyaano iyo dulmi, Oo carrabkiisana waxaa ku hoos jira belaayo iyo xumaan.
When they talk [MTY], they are always cursing, lying, and threatening to harm others. They constantly say [MTY] evil things that show that they are ready to do cruel things to others.
8 Isagu wuxuu fadhiistaa tuulooyinka meelahooda lagu dhuunto, Oo kan aan xaqa qabinna wuxuu ku dilaa meelaha qarsoon, Oo indhihiisuna waxay si qarsoon hoos uga fiiriyaan miskiinka.
They hide in villages, ready to (ambush/suddenly attack) and kill people who (are innocent/have done nothing wrong). They constantly search for people who will not be able to (resist/defend themselves) [when they are attacked].
9 Isagu wuxuu ku dhuuntaa meel qarsoon sida libaax godkiisa ku jira, Oo wuxuu u gaadaa inuu miskiinka qabsado, Oo intuu miskiinka qabsado ayuu ku soo jiitaa shabaggiisa.
They are like [MET] lions that crouch down and hide, waiting to pounce on their prey. They are like hunters that catch their prey with a net and then drag it away.
10 Wuu foororsadaa, oo hoos isu gaabiyaa, Oo masaakiinta waxaa ridda gacanta kuwiisa xoogga badan.
Just like helpless animals are crushed, people who cannot defend themselves are killed because wicked people are very strong.
11 Oo wuxuu isyidhaahdaa, Ilaah waa i illoobay, Oo wejigiisiina wuu qariyey, weligiisna ima arki doono.
Wicked people say, “God will not pay any attention [to what we do]. His eyes are covered, so he never sees anything.”
12 Rabbiyow, Ilaahow, sara joogso, oo gacantaada kor u qaad, Oo masaakiinta ha illoobin.
Yahweh God, arise [and help us] Punish [IDM] those wicked people! And do not forget those who are suffering!
13 Bal kii shar lahu muxuu Ilaah u quudhsadaa? Oo muxuu qalbigiisa uga leeyahay, Adigu waxba i weyddiisan maysid?
Wicked people revile you [RHQ] continually. They think, “God will never punish us!”
14 Waxaas baad aragtay, waayo, waad u jeeddaa belaayada iyo xanaaqa, inaad gacantaada ku aargudatid aawadeed, Miskiinku adiguu isu kaa dhiibaa, Waayo, adigu waxaad tahay agoonka kaalmeeyihiisa.
But you see the trouble and the distress [that they cause]. People who are suffering expect that you will help them; and you help orphans, [also].
15 Kii shar leh gacantiisa jebi, Oo sharrowga xumaantiisana doondoon ilaa aad mid dambe weydid.
(Break the arms/Destroy the power) of wicked [DOU] people! Continue to pursue and punish them for the wicked things that they do, until they stop doing those things.
16 Rabbigu waa boqor weligiis iyo weligiisba, Oo quruumaha oo dhammuna dalkiisa way ka wada baabba'aan.
Yahweh, you are our king forever, but [wicked] nations will disappear from the earth.
17 Rabbiyow, waad maqashay waxay kuwa is-hoosaysiiyaa doonayaan, Oo qalbigooda waad diyaarin doontaa, oo dhegtaadana waad u dhigi doontaa,
You have listened to afflicted/suffering people when they cry out to you. You hear them [when they pray], and you encourage [IDM] them.
18 Si aad gartooda u naqdid agoonta iyo kuwa la dulmay, Si aan dadka dunidu mar dambe u noqon kuwo laga cabsado.
You show that orphans and oppressed people have not done things that are wrong, with the result that human beings will not cause people to be terrified any more.
