1 Wiilkii caqli lahu wuxuu maqlaa edbinta aabbihiis, Laakiinse kii wax quudhsadaa canaanta ma maqlo.
A son wise [the] discipline of a father and a mocker not he listens to a rebuke.
2 Nin wuxuu wax wanaagsan ku cuni doonaa midhaha afkiisa, Laakiinse khaayinnada naftoodu waxay cuni doontaa midhaha dulmiga.
From [the] fruit of [the] mouth of a person he eats good thing[s] and [the] appetite of treacherous [people] [is] violence.
3 Kii afkiisa dhawraa wuxuu dhawraa naftiisa, Laakiinse kii bushimihiisa aad u kala qaadaa wuu baabbi'i doonaa.
[one who] guards Mouth his [is] protecting life his [one who] opens lips his ruin [belongs] to him.
4 Kii caajis ah naftiisu wax bay damacdaa, mana hesho, Laakiinse nafta kii dadaala waa la barwaaqaysiin doonaa.
[is] coveting And nothing appetite his a sluggard and [the] appetite of diligent [people] it will be made fat.
5 Ninkii xaq ahu beenta wuu neceb yahay, Laakiinse ninkii shar lahu waa karaahiyo, wuuna ceeboobaa.
A word of falsehood he hates a righteous [person] and a wicked [person] he acts odiously and he may act shamefully.
6 Xaqnimadu kii jidkiisu qumman yahay ayay ilaalisaa, Laakiinse sharnimadu dembilaha ayay afgembidaa.
Righteousness it preserves integrity of way and wickedness it subverts sin.
7 Waxaa jira nin hodan iska dhiga laakiinse aan waxba haysan, Oo waxaa jira mid miskiin iska dhiga laakiinse maal badan leh.
There [is one who] enriches himself and there not [is] anything [one who] impoverishes himself and wealth great.
8 Nin wuxuu noloshiisa ku furtaa maalkiisa, Laakiinse miskiinku canaanta ma maqlo.
[the] ransom of [the] life of A person [is] wealth his and a poor [person] not he hears a threat.
9 Iftiinka kuwa xaqa ahu weligii wuu reyreeyaa, Laakiinse laambadda kuwa sharka leh waa la bakhtiin doonaa.
[the] light of Righteous [people] it rejoices and [the] lamp of wicked [people] it is extinguished.
10 Isqabasho oo keliya ayaa kibir ka timaada, Laakiinse kii waanada qaata waxaa la jirta xigmad.
Only with pride it gives contention and [is] with [those who] receive advice wisdom.
11 Maalkii degdeg lagu helaa wuu dhinmi doonaa, Laakiinse kan hawl wax ku soo urursadaa waa sii korodhsan doonaa.
Wealth from vanity it will become small and [one who] gathers on hand he will increase.
12 Rajadii raagtaa qalbigay bukaysiisaa, Laakiinse markii wixii la doonayay la helo waa geed nololeed.
Hope deferred [is] making sick [the] heart and [is] a tree of life a desire [which] comes.
13 Ku alla kii erayga quudhsadaa halligaad ayuu isu keenaa, Laakiinse kii amarka ka cabsada waa loo abaalgudi doonaa.
[one who] despises A word he will be pledged to it and [one] fearing a commandment he he will be rewarded.
14 Ninkii caqli leh waxbariddiisu waa il nololeed, In dabinnada dhimashada laga leexdo.
[the] instruction of A wise [person] [is] a fountain of life to turn aside from [the] snares of death.
15 Waxgarashadii wanaagsan raalli baa laga noqdaa, Laakiinse jidka khaayinnadu waa xun yahay.
Insight good it gives favor and [the] way of treacherous [people] [is] enduring.
16 Nin kasta oo miyir lahu aqoon buu ku shaqeeyaa, Laakiinse nacasku nacasnimuu fidiyaa.
Every sensible [person] he acts with knowledge and a fool he spreads out foolishness.
17 Wargeeyihii shar lahu xumaan buu ku dhex dhacaa, Laakiinse ergadii aamin ahu waa caafimaad.
A messenger wicked he falls in trouble and an envoy of faithfulness [is] healing.
18 Caydhnimo iyo ceebba waxaa lahaan doona kii edbinta diida, Laakiinse kii canaanta maqla waa la murwayn doonaa.
Poverty and shame [one who] ignores discipline and [one who] keeps correction he is honored.
19 Wixii la doonayay oo la gaadhay nafta way u macaan tahay, Laakiinse nacasyadu aad bay u karhaan inay sharka ka fogaadaan.
A desire done (is pleasing *LAH(b)*) to a person and [is] an abomination of fools to turn aside from evil.
20 Kii kuwa caqliga leh la socdaa, caqli buu yeelan doonaa, Laakiinse kii nacasyada raacaa waa baabbi'i doonaa.
([one who] walks *Q(K)*) With wise [people] (he will become wise *Q(K)*) and [one who] associates with fools he will be harmed.
21 Dembilayaasha waxaa eryada shar, Laakiinse kuwa xaqa ah abaal wanaagsan baa loo gudi doonaa.
Sinners it pursues calamity and righteous [people] it rewards good.
22 Ninkii wanaagsanu dhaxal buu uga tagaa carruurta carruurtiisa, Oo maalka dembilahana waxaa loo kaydiyaa kuwa xaqa ah.
A good [person] he leaves an inheritance to children of children and [is] stored up for the righteous [the] wealth of a sinner.
23 Beerta masaakiinta waxaa ku taal cunto badan, Laakiinse gardarro aawadeed in baa loo baabbi'iyaa.
Abundance of food [the] unplowed ground of poor [people] and there [is what] is swept away in not justice.
24 Kii ushiisa ceshadaa wiilkiisuu neceb yahay; Laakiinse kii wiilkiisa jecelu aad buu u edbiyaa.
[one who] restrains Rod his [is] hating son his and [one who] loves him he seeks early him discipline.
25 Kan xaqa ahu wax buu cunaa ilaa naftiisu dheregto, Laakiinse caloosha kuwa sharka lahu way baahnaan doontaa.
A righteous [person] [is] eating to [the] satiety of appetite his and [the] belly of wicked [people] it is lacking.
