Miikaah 1
1 Kanu waa Eraygii Rabbiga oo u yimid Miikaah kii reer Mooreshed waagii ay Yootam iyo Aaxaas iyo Xisqiyaah boqorrada ka ahaayeen dalka Yahuudah, oo uu ku arkay wax ku saabsan Samaariya iyo Yeruusaalem.
And the word of the Lord came to Michaeas the son of Morasthi, in the days of Joatham, and Achaz, and Ezekias, kings of Juda, concerning what he saw regarding Samaria and Jerusalem.
2 Dadyowga oo dhammow, kulligiin maqla. Dhulka iyo waxa ku jira oo dhammow, bal dhegaysta, oo Sayidka Rabbiga ahu ha idinku marag furo, Sayidku macbudkiisa quduuska ah ha idinkaga marag furo.
Hear [these] words, ye people; and let the earth give heed, and all that are in it: and the Lord God shall be among you for a testimony, the Lord out of his holy habitation.
3 Waayo, bal eega, Rabbigu meeshiisuu ka soo bixi doonaa, wuuna soo degan doonaa, oo dhulka meelihiisa sarsare mari doonaa.
For, behold, the Lord comes forth out of his place, and will come down, and will go upon the high places of the earth.
4 Oo buuruhu hoostiisay ku dhalaali doonaan, dooxooyinkuna way u kala dildillaaci doonaan sidii shamac dab hor yaal, iyo sidii biyo ka daadanaya meel sare.
And the mountains shall be shaken under him, and the valleys shall melt like wax before the fire, and as water rushing down a declivity.
5 Waxan oo dhammu waxay u dheceen xadgudubka reer Yacquub iyo dembiyada dadka Israa'iil. Xadgudubka reer Yacquub waa maxay? Sow Samaariya ma aha? Meelaha sare oo dalka Yahuudahna waa maxay? Sow Yeruusaalem ma aha?
All these [calamities are] for the transgression of Jacob, and for the sin of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? [is it] not Samaria? and what is the sin of the house of Juda? [is it] not Jerusalem?
6 Haddaba sidaas daraaddeed waxaan Samaariya ka dhigi doonaa sidii taallo burbur ah oo duurka ku taal, iyo sidii meel beercanab laga beerto, oo dhagxanteedana waxaan ku dhex daadin doonaa dooxada, oo aasaaskeedana waan soo bannayn doonaa.
Therefore I will make Samaria [as] a store-house of the fruits of the field, and [as] a planting of a vineyard: and I will utterly demolish her stones, and I will expose her foundations.
7 Taswiiraheeda xardhan oo dhan waa la wada burburin doonaa, oo kirooyinkeeda oo dhanna dab baa lagu gubi doonaa, oo sanamyadeeda oo dhanna waan wada baabbi'in doonaa, waayo, iyadu waxay ku soo urursatay dhillo kiradeed, oo kulligoodna waxay dib ugu noqon doonaan dhillo kiradeed.
And they shall cut in pieces all the graven images, and all that she has hired they shall burn with fire, and I will utterly destroy all her idols: because she has gathered of the hires of fornication, and of the hires of fornication has she amassed [wealth].
8 Haddaba taas daraaddeed ayaan u ooyi doonaa oo u barooran doonaa, oo anoo cago cad oo qaawan ayaan wareegi doonaa, oo waxaan u dhawaaqi doonaa sida dawacooyinku u ciyaan oo kale, oo waxaan u qaylin doonaa sida goroyadu u cido oo kale.
Therefore shall she lament and wail, she shall go barefooted, and [being] naked she shall make lamentation as [that] of serpents, and mourning as of the daughters of sirens.
9 Waayo, nabraheedu ma bogsan karaan, oo xataa waxay soo gaadheen dalka Yahuudah, oo waxay soo gaadheen xataa iridda dadkayga taasoo ah Yeruusaalem.
For her plague has become grievous; for it has come even to Juda; and has reached to the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
10 Gad ha ku dhex sheegina, hana ooyina, oo Beytlecafraah dhexdeeda boodhka ku galgasha.
Ye that are in Geth, exalt not yourselves, and ye Enakim, do not rebuild from [the ruins of] the house in derision: sprinkle dust [in the place of] your laughter.
11 Kaaga Shaafiir degganow, bax adoo qaawan oo ceebaysan. Kan Sa'anaan degganu soo ma bixin. Baroorta Beytesel waxay idinka qaadan doontaa meesha aad ku tiirsato.
The inhabitant of Sennaar, fairly inhabiting her cities, came not forth to mourn for the house next to her: she shall receive of you the stroke of grief.
12 Waayo, kan Maarood degganu aad buu u sugayaa wanaag, maxaa yeelay, belaayo baa xagga Rabbiga ka soo degtay, oo waxay soo gaadhay iridda Yeruusaalem.
Who has begun [to act] for good to her that dwells in sorrow? for calamities have come down from the Lord upon the gates of Jerusalem,
13 Kan Laakiish degganow, gaadhiga ku dhuuji faraska dheereeya. Laakiish waxay dadka Siyoon u ahayd bilowgii dembiga, maxaa yeelay, xadgudubyadii dadka Israa'iil ayaa laga dhex helay.
[even] a sound of chariots and horsemen: the inhabitants of Lachis, she is the leader of sin to the daughter of Sion: for in thee were found the transgressions of Israel.
14 Haddaba sidaas daraaddeed waxaad Mooreshed Gad siin doontaa hadiyado. Reeraha Aksiib waxay boqorrada dalka Israa'iil u noqon doonaan wax khiyaano badan.
Therefore shall he cause men to be sent forth as far as the inheritance of Geth, [even] vain houses; they are become vanity to the kings of Israel;
15 Kan Maareeshaah degganow, weli waxaan kuu keeni doonaa kan ku hantiyi doona. Dalka Israa'iil sharaftiisu waxay gaadhi doontaa xataa tan iyo Cadullaam.
until they bring the heirs, O inhabitant of Lachis: the inheritance shall reach to Odollam, [even] the glory of the daughter of Israel.
16 Xiiro oo timahaaga iska jar carruurtaadii aad jeclayd daraaddood, oo intaad xiirata sii ballaadhi sida bidaarta gorgorka oo kale, waayo, iyagu way kaa tageen, oo waxaa loo kaxaystay maxaabiis ahaan.
Shave thine hair, and make thyself bald for thy delicate children; increase thy widowhood as an eagle; for [thy people] are gone into captivity from thee.
