Laawiyiintii 27

1 Markaasaa Rabbigu Muuse la hadlay oo wuxuu ku yidhi,

And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:

2 Dadka reer binu Israa'iil la hadal oo waxaad ku tidhaahdaa, Haddii nin nidar galo, qofafka waa inay Rabbiga ugu ahaadaan sidaad ugu qiimaysa.

Speak unto the sons of Israel and thou shall say unto them—When any man would consecrate and pay a vow by thine estimate of lives unto Yahweh,

3 Oo inta labka ah oo jirta labaatan sannadood iyo ilaa lixdan sannadood qiimayntooda aad qiimayso waa inay ahaataa konton sheqel oo lacag ah oo le'eg sheqelka meesha quduuska ah.

then shall, thine estimate be for the male from twenty years of age even to sixty years of age, yea thine estimate shall be—fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the sanctuary;

4 Oo qofku hadduu dhaddig yahayna markaas qiimayntaadu ha ahaato soddon sheqel.

but if it be, a female, then shall thine estimate be thirty shekels.

5 Oo qofku hadduu shan sannadood jiro iyo ilaa labaatan sannadood, markaas kii lab waxaad ku qiimaysaa labaatan sheqel, oo tii dhaddigna waxaad ku qiimaysaa toban sheqel.

And, if it be from five years of age even unto twenty years of age, then shall thine estimate be for the male, twenty shekels, —and, for the female, ten shekels.

6 Oo haddii qofku jiro bil iyo ilaa shan sannadood, markaas qofkii lab waxaad ku qiimaysaa shan sheqel oo lacag ah, tii dhaddigna waxaad ku qiimaysaa saddex sheqel oo lacag ah.

And, if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then shall thine estimate be—for the male, five shekels of silver, —and, for the female, thine estimate [shall be] three shekels of silver.

7 Oo haddii qofku lixdan jir yahay amase ka sii weyn yahay, hadduu lab yahay waxaad ku qiimaysaa shan iyo toban sheqel, hadduu dhaddig yahayna waxaad ku qiimaysaa toban sheqel.

And if it be from sixty years of age and upwards, if a male, then shall thine estimate be fifteen shekels, —and, for the female, ten shekels.

8 Laakiinse qofku hadduu ka miskiinsan yahay intaad ku qiimaysay, markaas waa in la soo taagaa wadaadka hortiisa, oo wadaadku waa inuu qiimeeyaa, oo qofkii nidarka galay intuu awoodo waa in wadaadku ku qiimeeyaa.

But if he be, too poor, for thine estimate, then shall he present himself before the priest, and the priest shall estimate him, —according to that which the hand of him who would vow can attain to, shall the priest estimate him.

9 Oo neef Rabbiga qurbaan loogu bixiyo hadduu yahayna, wax alla wixii qofi Rabbiga saas ugu bixiyaa quduus bay ahaan doonaan.

And if it be a beast whereof men may bring near an oblation unto Yahweh, all that whereof aught is given to Yahweh, shall be holy.

10 Oo isagu waa inuusan doorin, ama waa inuusan neef fiican mid xun ku beddelin, ama neef xun mid fiican ku beddelin, oo hadduu neef neef kale ku beddelo, markaas neefkii hore iyo kii lagu beddelayba waa inay quduus wada ahaadaan.

He shall not alter it, nor change it—good for bad or bad for good, —but if he, do, change beast for beast, then shall, both it and what was given in exchange for it be holy.

11 Oo neefku hadduu yahay neef nijaas ah oo aan Rabbiga qurbaan loogu bixin, markaas isagu neefka ha soo taago wadaadka hortiisa,

And, if it be any unclean beast whereof men may not bring near an oblation to Yahweh, then shall he present the beast before the priest:

12 oo wadaadku ha qiimeeyo, hadduu xun yahay iyo hadduu fiican yahayba, oo adiga wadaadka ahu intii aad ku qiimayso waa inay ahaataa.

and the priest shall estimate it, whether it is good or bad, —according to thine estimate, O priest, so, shall it be.

13 Laakiinse isagu hadduu doonayo inuu furto, waa inuu ku sii daraa intii aad ku qiimaysay oo shan meelood loo dhigay meesheed.

But if he should please to redeem, it, then shall he add the fifth part thereof unto thine estimate.

14 Oo haddii qof doonayo inuu gurigiisa quduus uga dhigo Rabbiga, markaas wadaadku waa inuu qiimeeyaa hadduu xun yahay iyo hadduu fiican yahayba, oo sidii wadaadku ku qiimeeyo ha ahaato.

And, when, any man, would hallow his house to be holy unto Yahweh, then shall the priest estimate it, whether it is good or bad, —as the priest shall estimate it, so, shall it stand.

15 Oo kii quduus ka dhigay hadduu doonayo inuu gurigiisii soo furto, markaas ha ku sii daro lacagtii aad ku qiimaysay oo shan meelood loo dhigay meesheed, markaas isagaa lahaan doona.

But, if he that halloweth it, would redeem his house, then shall he add the fifth part of the silver of thine estimate thereunto and it shall be his.

16 Oo haddii nin doonayo inuu Rabbiga quduus uga dhigo qaar ka mid ah beertuu leeyahay, markaas waxaad ku qiimaysaa inta abuurkeedu dhan yahay; xomeer muggiis oo shaciir abuur ah waa in lagu qiimeeyaa konton sheqel oo lacag ah.

And if of the field of his possession any man would hallow unto Yahweh, then shall thine estimate be according to the seed thereof, —the seed of a homer of barley, at fifty shekels of silver.

17 Oo beertiisa hadduu quduus ka dhigo oo uu ka bilaabo sannadda yubilii ah, markaas intaad ku qiimaysay ha ahaato.

If, from the year of jubilee, he would hallow his field, according to thine estimate, shall it stand.

18 Laakiinse hadduu beertiisa quduus ka dhigo sannadda yubilii ah dabadeed, markaas wadaadku waa inuu lacagta u xisaabaa intay yihiin sannadaha ka dhiman sannadda yubilii ah, oo intaad ku qiimaysayna waa in wax laga sii dhimaa.

But if after the jubilee he would hallow his field, then shall the priest reckon to him the silver, according to the years that remain, until the year of the jubilee, —and it shall be abated from thine estimate.

19 Oo kii beerta quduus ka dhigay hadduu doonayo inuu soo furto markaas waa inuu ku sii daraa lacagtii aad ku qiimaysay oo shan meelood loo dhigay meesheed, oo dabadeedna mar labaad buu mulkin doonaa.

But, if he that hath hallowed it should be pleased to redeem, the field, then shall he add the fifth part of the silver of thine estimate thereunto and it shall be assured to him.

20 Laakiinse hadduusan doonayn inuu beerta soo furto, ama hadduu beerta nin kale ka iibiyey, markaas mar dambe waa inaan la soo furan,

But if he will not redeem the field, but have sold the field to another man, it shall be redeemable no longer;

21 laakiin beertu markay wareegto sannadda yubilii ah, waxay quduus u ahaan doontaa Rabbiga sidii beer isaga loo soocay, hantideedana waxaa yeelan doona wadaadka.

so shall the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, be holy unto Yahweh as a devoted, field, —to the priest, shall belong the possession thereof.

22 Oo hadduu Rabbiga quduus uga dhigo beer uu soo iibsaday oo aan ahayn beerta hantidiisa ah,

If, however, a field that he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession, he would hallow unto Yahweh,

23 markaas wadaadku waa inuu xisaabaa qiimihii aad ku qiimaysay tan iyo sannadda yubilii ah, oo isla maalintaas isagu waa inuu wixii aad beerta ku qiimaysay u bixiyaa sida wax Rabbiga quduus u ah.

then shall the priest reckon to him the amount of thine estimate until the year of the jubilee, —and he shall give thine estimate, in that day, as holy unto Yahweh.

24 Oo sannadda yubilii ahna beertu waxay u noqon doontaa kii laga soo iibsaday, kaasoo ah kii dhulka hanti u leh.

In the year of the jubilee, shall the field return unto him from whom he bought it to him whose it was as a possession in the land.

25 Oo waxa aad wax ku qiimayso oo dhammu waa inay waafaqsanaadaan sheqelka meesha quduuska ah, oo sheqelku waa inuu ahaadaa labaatan geeraah.

And, every estimate of thine, shall be by the holy shekel, —twenty gerahs, make the shekel.

26 Laakiinse xayawaanka curadkooda Rabbiga gooni ahaanta loogu soocay ninna waa inuusan quduus ka dhigin, hadduu dibi yahay iyo hadduu ido yahayba, waayo, waxaa iska leh Rabbiga.

Only the firstling which is born a firstling to Yahweh, among beasts, no man shall hallow it, —whether ox or sheep, unto Yahweh, it belongeth.

27 Oo hadduu yahay neef nijaas ah markaas isagu waa inuu ku furtaa intii aad ku qiimayso, oo weliba waa inuu ku sii daraa intaas oo shan meelood loo dhigay meesheed, oo haddaan la soo furanna waa in lagu iibiyaa intii aad ku qiimayso.

But, if it be among the beasts that are unclean, then shall he ransom it by thine estimate, and add the fifth part of it thereunto, —but, if it is not redeemed, then shall it be sold by thine estimate.

28 Habase yeeshee wixii gooni loo sooco, oo qof waxyaalihiisa oo dhan Rabbiga uga sooco, hadday waxaasu yihiin qof, ama neef, ama beerta hantidiisa ah, waa inaan innaba la iibin ama la furan, waayo, wax kasta oo gooni loo sooco waa wax Rabbiga ugu wada quduusan.

Only no devoted thing which any man shall devote unto Yahweh, of all that belongeth to him, —of man or beast, or of the field of his possession, shall be either sold or redeemed, —as to every devoted thing, most holy, it is unto Yahweh.

29 Oo qof alla qofkii gooni loo sooco oo dadka laga sooco oo dhan waa inaan innaba la soo furan, laakiinse hubaal waa in la dilaa.

As touching any one devoted, who may be devoted from among men he shall not be ransomed, —he must be, surely put to death.

30 Oo meeltobnaadka waxa dalka ka baxa oo dhan hadday yihiin dhulka iniinihiisa ama hadday yihiin midhaha dhirtaba, Rabbigaa iska leh, oo waa wax Rabbiga quduus u ah.

And, as for all the tithe of the land whether of the seed of the land, [or] of the fruit of the trees, unto Yahweh, it belongeth, —as something holy unto Yahweh.

31 Oo haddii qof doonayo inuu wax meeltobnaadkiisii ah furto waa inuu ku daraa waxaas oo shan meelood loo dhigay meeshood.

But, if any man should be pleased, to redeem, aught of his tithes, the fifth part thereof, shall he add thereunto.

32 Oo kulli meeltobnaadka lo'da ah ama kan adhiga ah oo dhan, wax alla wixii lagu tiriyo ee hoos maro usha adhijirka, meeltobnaadku waa inuu Rabbiga quduus u ahaadaa.

And, as for all the tithe of herd and flock, all that passeth under the rod, the tenth, shall be holy unto Yahweh.

33 Oo neefkaasu inuu xun yahay iyo inuu fiican yahay, isagu waa inuusan kala hubsan, waana inuusan beddelin, oo kolnaba hadduu beddelo, markaas isagii iyo kii lagu beddelayba waa inay quduus wada ahaadaan ee aan la soo furan.

He shall not examine whether it be good or bad neither shall he change it, —or, if he do in anywise change, it, then shall both, it and what is given in exchange for it, be holy, it shall not be redeemed.

34 Kuwanu waa amarradii Rabbigu Muuse kaga amray Buur Siinay oo uu reer binu Israa'iil ugu soo dhiibay.

These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the sons of Israel, —in Mount Sinai.
