Ayuub 1
1 Dalka Cuus la yidhaahdo waxaa joogi jiray nin magiciisa Ayuub la odhan jiray, oo ninkaasuna wuxuu ahaa nin qumman oo toosan, wuxuuna ahaa mid Ilaah ka cabsada oo sharka ka fogaada.
A man he was in [the] land of Uz [was] Job name his and he was - the man that blameless and upright and fearing God and turning aside from evil.
2 Oo waxaa isaga u dhashay toddoba wiil iyo saddex gabdhood.
And they were born to him seven sons and three daughters.
3 Oo weliba xoolihiisuna waxay ahaayeen toddoba kun oo ido ah, iyo saddex kun oo geel ah, iyo shan boqol oo dibi oo laba laba ah, iyo shan boqol oo dameerood oo dhaddig ah, oo weliba wuxuu kaloo lahaa addoommo aad u badan, oo sidaas daraaddeed ninkaasu wuxuu ahaa kan ugu wada weyn dadka bariga oo dhan.
And it was livestock his seven thousand sheep and three thousand camels and five hundred pair[s] of ox[en] and five hundred female donkeys and service much very and he was the man that great more than all [the] people of [the] east.
4 Oo wiilashiisii way tegi jireen, oo midkood kastaaba maalintiisa ayuu gurigiisa diyaafad ku samayn jiray, oo waxay u cid direen oo u yeedheen saddexdii gabdhood oo walaalahood ahaa inay wax la cunaan oo wax la cabbaan aawadeed.
And they went sons his and they made a feast [the] house of each one day his and they sent and they invited [the] three (sisters their *Q(k)*) to eat and to drink with them.
5 Oo maalmihii ay diyaafaddii hayn jireen markay dhammaadaan ayaa Ayuub carruurtiisii u cid diri jiray oo daahirin jiray, oo intuu aroor hore kaco ayuu intay ahaayeen oo dhan u bixin jiray qurbaanno la gubo, waayo, Ayuub wuxuu isyidhi, Waaba intaasoo wiilashaydu ay dembaabeen, oo ay qalbigooda Ilaah wax xun kaga sheegeen. Oo Ayuubna sidaasuu yeeli jiray had iyo goorba.
And it was that they had gone round [the] days of the feast and he sent Job and he sanctified them and he rose early in the morning and he offered up burnt offerings [the] number of all of them for he said Job perhaps they have sinned children my and they have blessed God in heart their thus he did Job all the days.
6 Haddaba waxaa jirtay maalin ay Ilaah wiilashiisu u yimaadeen inay Rabbiga hortiisa isa soo taagaan, oo weliba Shayddaanna wuu soo dhex galay.
And it was the day and they came [the] sons of God to present themselves on Yahweh and he came also the adversary in midst of them.
7 Markaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu Shayddaan ku yidhi, War xaggee baad ka timid? Oo Shayddaan wuxuu Rabbiga ugu jawaabay, Waxaan ka imid dhulkii aan maray, oo aan hor iyo dibba ugu dhex socday.
And he said Yahweh to the adversary from where? are you coming and he answered the adversary Yahweh and he said from roving about on the earth and from going about on it.
8 Markaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu Shayddaan ku yidhi, Addoonkayga Ayuub ma ka fikirtay? Maxaa yeelay, isaga oo kale dhulka ma joogo, waayo, isagu waa nin qumman oo toosan, oo ah mid Ilaah ka cabsada oo sharka ka fogaada.
And he said Yahweh to the adversary ¿ have you set heart your on servant my Job for there not [is] like him on the earth a man blameless and upright fearing God and [who] turns aside from evil.
9 Markaasaa Shayddaan Rabbiga u jawaabay oo wuxuu ku yidhi, Bal Ayuub ma waxtarla'aan buu Ilaah uga cabsadaa?
And he answered the adversary Yahweh and he said ¿ in vain has he feared Job God.
10 Sow deyr kuma aad wareejin isaga, iyo reerkiisa, iyo waxa uu haysto oo dhanba? Shuqulkii gacmihiisaad barakaysay, oo xoolihiisiina dhulkay aad ugu bateen.
¿ Not (you *Q(K)*) have you put a hedge behind him and behind house his and behind all that [belongs] to him from round about [the] work of hands his you have blessed and livestock his it has spread out in the land.
11 Laakiinse haddaba bal gacantaada soo fidi, oo wuxuu haysto oo dhan taabo, oo isna sida runta ah, hortaada wax xun buu kaaga sheegi doonaa.
And but stretch out please hand your and touch all that [belongs] to him if not on face your he will bless you.
12 Markaaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu Shayddaan ku yidhi, Bal eeg, wuxuu haysto oo dhammu gacantaaday ku jiraan, laakiinse isaga nafsaddiisa waa inaadan far saarin. Markaasaa Shayddaan Rabbiga hortiisii ka tegey.
And he said Yahweh to the adversary there! all that [belongs] to him [is] in hand your only against him may not you stretch out hand your and he went out the adversary from with [the] presence of Yahweh.
13 Oo maalin ay wiilashiisii iyo gabdhihiisii wax ku cunayeen oo khamri ku cabbayeen gurigii walaalkoodii ugu weynaa ayaa
And it was the day and sons his and daughters his [were] eating and drinking wine in [the] house of brother their the firstborn.
14 waxaa Ayuub u yimid mid wargeeye ah oo wuxuu ku yidhi, Iyadoo dibidii ay beerta jeexayaan oo dameerihiina ay agtooda daaqayaan
And a messenger he came to Job and he said the ox[en] they were plowing and the female donkeys [were] grazing on hands their.
15 ayaa waxaa na soo weeraray reer Shebaa, oo waxay dheceen xoolihii, oo weliba midiidinnadiina seef bay ku laayeen, oo anigoo keliya ayaa ka soo baxsaday inaan warka kuu soo sheego.
And it fell Sabean[s] and it took them and the servants they struck to [the] mouth of [the] sword and I have escaped! only I to alone me to tell to you.
16 Oo weli intii kaasu sii hadlayay ayuu mid kale yimid, oo wuxuu yidhi, Ilaah dabkiisii ayaa samada ka soo dhacay, oo wuxuu wada gubay oo baabbi'iyey idihii iyo midiidinnadii la jirayba, oo anigoo keliya ayaa ka soo baxsaday inaan warka kuu soo sheego.
Still - this [one] [was] speaking and this [one] he came and he said [the] fire of God it fell from the heavens and it burned the sheep and the servants and it consumed them and I have escaped! only I to alone me to tell to you.
17 Oo weli intii kaasu sii hadlayay ayuu mid kale yimid, oo wuxuu yidhi, Reer Kaldayiin oo saddex koox ah ayaa geelii soo weeraray, oo dhammaantiisna way dheceen, oo weliba midiidinnadiina seef bay ku laayeen, oo anigoo keliya ayaa ka soo baxsaday inaan warka kuu soo sheego.
Still - this [one] [was] speaking and this [one] he came and he said [the] Chaldeans they formed - three companies and they made a raid on the camels and they took them and the servants they struck to [the] mouth of [the] sword and I have escaped! only I to alone me to tell to you.
18 Oo weli intii kaasu sii hadlayay ayuu mid kale yimid, oo wuxuu yidhi, Wiilashaadii iyo gabdhahaagii waxay wax ku cunayeen oo khamri ku cabbayeen gurigii walaalkooda ugu weyn,
Until this [one] [was] speaking and this [one] he came and he said sons your and daughters your [were] eating and drinking wine in [the] house of brother their the firstborn.
19 oo bal eeg, waxaa cidlada ka timid dabayl weyn, oo gurigii afartiisa rukun bay ku dhufatay, kolkaasuu ku dumay raggii dhallinyarada ahaa, oo dhammaantood way dhinteen, oo anigoo keliya ayaa ka soo baxsaday inaan warka kuu soo sheego.
And there! a wind great it came - from [the] other side of the wilderness and it touched [the] four [the] corners of the house and it fell on the youths and they died and I have escaped! only I to alone me to tell to you.
20 Markaasaa Ayuub sara joogsaday, oo huwiskiisii jeexjeexay, oo madaxiisiina wuu xiiray, oo intuu dhulka ku dhacay ayuu sujuuday,
And he arose Job and he tore robe his and he shaved head his and he fell [the] earth towards and he bowed down.
21 oo wuxuu yidhi, Anigoo qaawan baan uurkii hooyaday ka soo baxay, oo haddana anigoo qaawan baan halkaas ku noqon doonaa. Rabbigaa wax i siiyey, oo haddana Rabbigaa iga qaatay, ammaan waxaa leh magaca Rabbiga.
And he said naked (I came out *Q(k)*) from [the] womb of mother my and naked I will return there towards Yahweh he gave and Yahweh he has taken may it be [the] name of Yahweh blessed.
22 Oo waxyaalahaas oo dhan Ayuub innaba kuma uu dembaabin, oo Ilaahna eed kama uu sheegin.
In all this not he sinned Job and not he ascribe unseemliness to God.
