< Yeremyaah 51 >

1 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Bal ogaada, anigu Baabuloon iyo kuwa dalka reer Kaldayiin dhex degganba waxaan ku soo kicin doonaa dabayl wax baabbi'isa.
Thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will awaken against Babylon, and against those that dwell in the midst of my opponents, a destroying wind;
2 Oo Baabuloonna waxaan u soo diri doonaa haadiyayaal, oo iyaday haadin doonaan, oo dalkeedana way madhin doonaan, waayo, maalinta dhibaatada dhinac kastay kaga soo duuli doonaan.
And I will send out unto Babylon fanners, and they shall fan her, and shall empty out her land; for they shall be against her round about on the day of trouble.
3 Kii qaanso xoota iyo kii dharkiisa birta ah la sara kacaba qaansoluhu qaansadiisa ha u xooto, oo barbaarradeedana ha u tudhina, oo ciidankeeda oo dhanna wada baabbi'iya.
Let the archer come against any one that bendeth his bow, and against him that lifteth himself up in his armor: and spare ye not her young men: destroy ye utterly all her host.
4 Oo kuwa la layn doono waxay ku dhex dhici doonaan dalka reer Kaldayiin, oo kuwa la dooxdooxi doonona waxay ku dhici doonaan jidadkeeda.
And the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans, and they that are pierced through, in her streets.
5 Waayo, dadka Israa'iil iyo dadka Yahuudah toona Ilaahooda ah Rabbiga ciidammadu innaba ma dayrin, in kastoo dalkoodii uu ka buuxsamay dembi ay ku sameeyeen Kan Quduuska ah ee reer binu Israa'iil.
For not widowed are Israel and Judah of their God, of the Lord of hosts; for the land of those was filled with guiltiness against the Holy One of Israel.
Flee ye out of the midst of Babylon, and save ye every man his life: perish not for her iniquity; for this is a time of vengeance unto the Lord; a recompense is he paying out unto her.
7 Baabuloon waxay ahayd koob dahab ah oo Rabbiga gacantiisa ku jira oo dunida oo dhan sakhraamiyey. Quruumuhu waxay cabbeen khamrigeedii, oo sidaas daraaddeed quruumihii way wada waasheen.
A golden cup hath Babylon been in the hand of the Lord, that made drunken all the earth: of her wine have nations drunk; therefore are the nations rendered mad.
8 Baabuloon dhaqso bay u dhacday, wayna baabba'day. Iyada u baroorta oo xanuunkeeda beeyo dawo ah u qaada, hadday saas ku bogsanayso.
Suddenly is Babylon fallen and broken: wail ye for her; fetch balm for her wound, perhaps she may be healed.
9 Annagu Baabuloon waannu dawayn lahayn, laakiinse iyadu ma ay bogsan. Iyada ka taga oo midkeen kastaaba dalkiisii ha tago, waayo, xukunkeedii wuxuu gaadhay tan iyo samada, oo waxaa kor loogu qaaday tan iyo cirka.
“We would have healed Babylon, but she was not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one unto his own country; for her punishment reacheth unto the heavens, and it is lifted up even to the skies.”
10 Rabbigu wuxuu soo saaray xaqnimadeennii, ina keena oo aynu Siyoon ka caddayno shuqulka Rabbiga Ilaaheenna ah.
The Lord hath brought forth our righteousness: come, and let us relate in Zion the work of the Lord our God.
11 Fallaadhaha afaysta, oo gaashaammada qaada, waayo, Rabbigu wuxuu sara kiciyey ruuxii boqorradii reer Maaday, waayo, qasdigiisu waa inuu Baabuloon baabbi'iyo, maxaa yeelay, taasu waa aarsashadii Rabbiga, taasoo ah aarsashadii macbudkiisa.
Make bright the arrows; fill the quivers: the Lord hath awakened the spirit of the kings of Media; for against Babylon is his intention, to destroy it; because it is the vengeance of the Lord, the vengeance for his temple.
12 Kor u qaada calan ku col ah derbiyada Baabuloon, oo ilaalladana sii xoogeeya, oo waardiyayaasha taaga, oo gaadmada diyaariya, waayo, Rabbigu wuxuu u qasdiyey oo weliba sameeyey waxyaalihii uu kaga hadlay kuwa Baabuloon deggan.
Against the walls of Babylon lift up the standard, strengthen the watch, set up the watchmen, make ready the ambushes; for the Lord hath both intended and done what he had spoken against the inhabitants of Babylon.
13 Taadan biyaha badan ag deggan oo khasnadaha badanay, dhammaadkaagii waa yimid iyo qiyaastii faa'iidadaada xaqdarrada ahu.
O thou that dwellest upon many waters, great in treasures, thy end is come, the full measure of thy selfish robbery.
14 Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu ku dhaartay nafsaddiisa, oo wuxuu yidhi, Sida xaqiiqada ah waxaan kaa buuxin doonaa rag sida koronkorro u faro badan, oo iyana way kugu qaylin doonaan.
Sworn hath the Lord of hosts by himself, Surely I will fill thee with men, as with locusts: and they shall lift up the battle-cry against thee.
15 Isagu dhulka xooggiisuu ku sameeyey, dunidana xigmaddiisuu ku dhisay, oo samooyinkana waxgarashadiisuu ku kala bixiyey.
He made the earth by his power, he established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding he stretched out the heavens.
16 Markuu codkiisa ku hadlo biyo badan guuxooda baa samooyinka laga maqlaa, oo isagaa ka dhiga in dhulka darafyadiisa uumi ka soo kaco, roobkana wuxuu u sameeyaa hillaac, oo dabayshana isagaa khasnadihiisa ka soo saara.
At the sound when he giveth a multitude of waters in the heavens, and causeth clouds to ascend from the ends of the earth; when he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures:
17 Nin kastaaba wuxuu noqday doqon aan aqoon lahayn, oo dahabshube kastaaba wuxuu ku ceeboobay sanamkiisii la xardhay, waayo, sanamkiisii la shubay waa been oo innaba neef ma leh.
Then standeth every man as brutish without knowledge; ashamed is every goldsmith because of the graven image; for falsehood is his molten work, and there is no breath therein.
18 Iyagu waa wax aan waxtar lahayn iyo shuqul lagu majaajilowdo, oo wakhtiga ciqaabiddoodana way wada baabbi'i doonaan.
They are vanity, the work of deception: in the time of their punishment shall they vanish.
19 Kan Yacquub qaybta u ah iyaga la mid ma aha, waayo, isagu waa kan wax kasta abuuray, oo reer binu Israa'iilna waa qoladii dhaxalkiisa, oo magiciisuna waa Rabbiga ciidammada.
Not like these is the portion of Jacob; for He is the former of all things, and Israel is the tribe of his inheritance: The Lord of hosts is his name.
20 Adigu waxaad ii tahay dubbahaygii iyo hubkaygii dagaalka, oo adigaan quruumaha kugu burburin doonaa, oo adigaan boqortooyooyin kugu baabbi'in doonaa.
Thou art a hammer unto me, weapons of war; and I strike down with thee nations, and I destroy with thee kingdoms;
21 Oo adigaan kugu burburin doonaa faraska iyo kan fuushanba, oo adigaan kugu burburin doonaa gaadhifaraska iyo kan fuushanba,
And I strike down with thee the horse and his rider; and I strike down with thee the chariot and its rider;
22 oo weliba adigaan kugu burburin doonaa ragga iyo dumarkaba, oo adigaan kugu burburin doonaa odayga iyo barbaarkaba, oo adigaan kugu burburin doonaa wiilka iyo gabadhaba,
And I strike down with thee man and woman; and I strike down with thee the aged and the lad; and I strike down with thee the young man and the virgin:
23 oo weliba adigaan kugu burburin doonaa adhijirka iyo adhigiisaba, oo adigaan kugu burburin doonaa ninkii beerrey ah iyo dibidiisba, oo adigaan kugu burburin doonaa taliyayaasha iyo saraakiishaba.
And I strike down with thee the shepherd and his flock; and I strike down with thee the husbandman and his yoke of oxen; and I strike down with thee governors and rulers.
24 Oo Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Baabuloon iyo dalka Kalday dadka deggan oo dhanba waxaan ka abaalmarin doonaa sharkii ay Siyoon iyo adiga hortaadaba ku sameeyeen.
But [now] will I repay unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion before your eyes, saith the Lord.
25 Buurta wax baabbi'isa oo dunida oo dhan halligaysay, Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Bal eeg, anigu col baan kugu ahay, oo gacantaydaan kugu dul fidin doonaa, oo waxaan hoos kaga soo giringirin doonaa dhagaxyada dushooda, oo waxaan kaa dhigi doonaa buur gubatay.
Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the Lord, which destroyest all the earth; and I will stretch out my hand over thee, and I will roll thee down from the rocks, and will render thee a burnt mountain.
26 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Lagaama qaadan doono dhagax rukun noqon kara iyo dhagax aasaas noqon kara toona, laakiinse adigu weligaaba cidla baad ahaan doontaa.
And they shall not take from thee a stone for a corner, nor a stone for foundations; but everlasting ruins shalt thou be, saith the Lord.
27 Dalka calan ka dhex taaga, oo quruumahana buunka ka dhex yeedhiya, oo quruumaha u soo wada diyaariya, inay iyada ku kacaan, oo waxaad u wada yeedhaan boqortooyooyinka Araarad, iyo Minnii, iyo Ashkenas inay ku kacaan, oo sirkaal iyada col ku ah doorta, oo fardahana ugu sii daaya sida koronkorro baas oo kale.
Lift ye up a standard in the land, blow ye the cornet among the nations, make ready against her nations, call together against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashkenaz; appoint against her a commander; cause the horses to come up like the hairy locusts.
28 Oo waxaad iyada u soo diyaarisaan quruumaha, iyo boqorrada reer Maaday, iyo taliyayaashooda iyo saraakiishooda oo dhan, iyo dalka taliskiisa ku jira oo dhanba.
Make ready against her the nations with the kings of Media, its governors, and all its rulers, and all the land of their dominion.
29 Dalku wuu gariiraa, wuuna xanuunsadaa, waayo, qasdi kasta oo Rabbigu uu Baabuloon ugu qasdiyeyba waa la oofiyaa si uu dalka Baabuloon uga dhigo cidla aan ciduna degganayn.
And the earth quaketh and trembleth; for every one of the purposes of the Lord is fulfilled against Babylon, to change the land of Babylon into a desolate country without an inhabitant.
30 Raggii xoogga badnaa ee Baabuloon dagaalkay ka joogsadeen, oo waxay ku hadheen qalcadahoodii. Way taag gabeen, oo waxay noqdeen sidii naago oo kale. Meelaheedii lagu hoyan jiray way gubeen, oo qataarradeediina way kala jabeen.
The mighty men of Babylon have ceased to fight, they sit still in [their] strongholds; their might is vanished; they are become as women: they have burnt her dwelling-places; her bars are broken.
31 Wargeeysba wargeeys buu ku orday, oo farriinqaadeba farriinqaaduu ku orday inuu boqorka Baabuloon u sheego in magaaladiisii dhan kasta laga qabsaday,
One runner shall run to meet another runner, and one messenger to meet another messenger, to tell unto the king of Babylon that his city is captured at all ends,
32 oo meelihii webiga laga gudbi jirayna la wada xidhay, oo cawsduurkiina dab lagu gubay, oo raggii dagaalkuna ay wada cabsadeen.
And that the passages have been seized, and that they have burnt the reeds with fire, and that the men of war are affrighted.
33 Waayo, Rabbiga ciidammada oo ah Ilaaha reer binu Israa'iil wuxuu leeyahay, Dadka Baabuloon waa sidii meel hadhuudh lagu tumo, oo haatan waa wakhtigii la tumi lahaa, in yar dabadeedna waxaa u iman doona wakhtigii beergoosashada.
For thus hath said the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, the daughter of Babylon is like a threshing-floor, at the time they thresh therein; but yet a little while more, when the time of harvest shall come for her.
34 Nebukadresar oo ah boqorka Baabuloon ayaa i baabbi'iyey, wuu i burbursaday, oo weel madhan buu iga dhigay, wuuna i liqay sidii bahal weyn oo kale, oo wuxuu calooshiisa ka buuxsaday cuntadaydii macaanayd, oo dibadduu ii xooray.
“Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon devoured me, he crushed me, he set me down as an empty vessel, he swallowed me up like a huge serpent, he filled his belly with my delicacies: he drove me out.
35 Kan Siyoon degganu wuxuu odhan doonaa, Dulmigii aniga iyo jidhkayga lagu sameeyey Baabuloon ha saarnaado. Yeruusaalem waxay odhan doontaa, Dhiiggaygu dadka dalka Kalday deggan ha saarnaado.
the violence done to me and to my flesh be upon Babylon,” will the inhabitress of Zion say; and “My blood be upon the inhabitants of Chaldea,” will Jerusalem say.
36 Sidaas daraaddeed Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Bal ogow, anigu dacwadaada waan kuu qaadi doonaa, waanan kuu aari doonaa, oo baddeeda waan engejin doonaa, oo isheedana waan qallajin doonaa.
Therefore thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will contend in thy cause, and execute vengeance for thee; and I will dry up her sea, and cause her springs to fail.
37 Baabuloon waxay noqon doontaa tuulmooyin burbur ah iyo meel dawacooyinku ay ku hoydaan, iyo wax laga yaabo oo lagu foodhyo, oo aan ciduna degganayn.
And Babylon shall become ruinous heaps, a dwelling-place for monsters, an astonishment, and a derision, without an inhabitant.
38 Iyagu dhammaantood waxay u ciyi doonaan sida libaaxyo aaran ah oo kale, oo waxay u guuxi doonaan sida dhal libaax oo kale.
Together like lions shall they roar: they shall yell like the lions' whelps.
39 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Markay kululaadaan ayaan diyaafad u samayn doonaa, oo waan wada sakhraamin doonaa si ay u reyreeyaan oo ay u seexdaan hurdo weligeed ah oo ayan ka soo toosin.
When they are heated will I prepare their drinking-feasts, and I will make them drunken, in order that they may be joyful, and [then] sleep a perpetual sleep, and not awake again, saith the Lord.
40 Oo waxaan iyaga u soo kaxayn doonaa sida baraar la gowracayo iyo sida wanan iyo orgiyo oo kale.
I will bring them down like lambs to the slaughter, like wethers with he-goats.
41 Sidee baa Sheeshag loo qabsaday, sidee baa ammaantii dunida oo dhan loo argaggixiyey, oo sidee baa Baabuloon ay wax laga yaabo quruumaha dhexdooda ugu noqotay!
How is Sheshach captured! and how is conquered the praise of the whole earth! how is Babylon become an astonishment among the nations!
42 Baabuloon baddii baa ku soo kor butaacday, oo waxaa qarqiyey hirarkeedii badnaa.
The sea is come up over Babylon: with the multitude of its waves is she covered.
43 Magaalooyinkeedii waxay noqdeen cidla iyo dhul engegan, iyo lamadegaan, iyo dal aan ciduna degganayn, ama aan binu-aadmi innaba soo ag marin.
Her cities are become desolate places, a dry land, and a wilderness, a land wherein not any man shall dwell, and through which no son of man shall pass along.
44 Oo Beelna waxaan ku ciqaabi doonaa Baabuloon dhexdeeda, oo waxaan afkiisa ka soo bixin doonaa wixii uu liqay, oo quruumuhuna innaba mar dambe isaga uma ay soo qulquli doonaan, hubaal, derbiga Baabuloon wuu dumi doonaa.
And I will inflict punishment on Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth what he hath swallowed up out of his mouth; and nations shall not assemble together like a stream unto him any more; yea, the wall of Babylon also is fallen.
45 Dadkaygiiyow, iyada ka dhex baxa, oo ninkiin kastaaba naftiisa ha kala baxsado Rabbiga cadhadiisa kulul.
Go ye out of the midst of her, my people, and save ye every man his life from the fierceness of the anger of the Lord.
46 Ha qalbi jebin, hana ka cabsan warka belefta ah ee dalka laga dhex maqli doono, waayo, sannad war baa iman doona oo haddana sannadda kalena war kalaa iman doona, oo dalka dhexdiisa waxaa jiri doona dulmi, oo taliyeba taliyuu ku kici doonaa.
And so that your heart may not faint, and ye fear at the report that is heard in the land: when the report cometh in one year, and after that in another year cometh another report, and when violence [be done] in the land, [by] ruler against ruler.
47 Sidaas daraaddeed waxaa iman doona wakhti aan xukun ku soo dejin doono sanamyada xardhan ee Baabuloon, oo dalkeeda oo dhammuna wuu ceeboobi doonaa, oo kuweeda la laayay oo dhammuna iyaday ku dhex dhici doonaan.
Therefore, behold, days are coming, when I will inflict punishment on the graven images of Babylon, and her whole land shall be put to shame, and all her slain shall fail in the midst of her.
48 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Markaasay samada iyo dhulka iyo waxa ku jira oo dhammuba farxad ku heesi doonaan Baabuloon aawadeed, waayo, kuwa iyada baabbi'in doona ayaa xagga woqooyi uga iman doona.
And then shall the heaven and the earth, and all that is therein, sing because of Babylon; for from the north shall come unto her the destroyers, saith the Lord.
49 Baabuloon sidii ay u daadisay kuwii reer binu Israa'iil laga laayay, sidaas oo kale ayaa Baabuloon waxaa ugu dhex daadan doona kuwa dhulka laga laayay oo dhan.
Also Babylon is destined to fall, O ye slain ones of Israel, also at Babylon fall the slain of all the land.
50 Kuwiinna seefta ka baxsadayow, taga, oo ha joogsanina. Rabbiga meel fog ka soo xusuusta, oo Yeruusaalemna maankiinna ha soo gasho.
[But] ye that have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember afar off the Lord, and let Jerusalem rise up in your heart.
51 Annagu waannu ceeboonnay, maxaa yeelay, waxaannu maqalnay cay xun, oo ceeb baa wejigayagii qarisay, waayo, shisheeyayaal ayaa meelaha quduuska ah ee guriga Rabbiga soo dhex galay.
“We had been made ashamed, because we had heard reproach: confusion had covered our faces; because strangers were come into the sanctuaries of the Lord's house.”
52 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Sidaas daraaddeed waxaa iman doona wakhti aan xukun ku soo dejin doono sanamyadeeda xardhan, oo dalkeeda oo dhanna dadka dhaawaca ah baa ka dhex taahi doona.
Therefore, behold, days are coming, saith the Lord, when I will inflict punishment on her graven images: and through all her land shall groan the deadly wounded.
53 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Baabuloon in kastoo ay tan iyo samada korto, iyo in kastoo ay meelaheeda dhaadheer ee xoogga badan sii adkayso, kolleyba waxaa iyada u tegi doona baabbi'iyayaal iga yimid.
Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength; yet from me should destroyers come unto her, saith the Lord.
54 Baabuloon qaylaa ka yeedhaysa, oo dalka reer Kaldayiinna baabba' weyn baa ka dhex sanqadhayaa,
A sound of a painful cry cometh from Babylon, and of a great breach from the land of the Chaldeans;
55 maxaa yeelay, Rabbigu Baabuloon wuu baabbi'iyaa, oo codkii weynaana dhexdeeda wuu ka aamusiiyaa, oo mawjadahoodu way u guuxaan sida biyo badan, qaylada codkoodana kor bay u qaadaan,
Because the Lord wasteth Babylon, and destroyeth out of her the loud noise; but their waves roar like great waters, the noise of their voice is sent forth;
56 maxaa yeelay, waxaa Baabuloon ku soo degay baabbi'iyihii, oo raggeedii xogga badanna waa la qabtay, oo qaansooyinkoodiina way jabeen, waayo, Rabbigu waa Ilaahii abaalmarinta, oo sida xaqiiqada ah isagu wuu u abaalgudi doonaa.
Because the destroyer is come over her, over Babylon, and her mighty men are caught, every one of their bows is broken; for the God of recompenses, the Lord, will surely requite.
57 Oo waxaan wada sakhraamin doonaa amiirradeeda, iyo raggeeda xigmadda leh, iyo taliyayaasheeda, iyo saraakiisheeda, iyo raggeeda xoogga badanba, oo waxay seexan doonaan hurdo weligeed ah, oo ayan ka soo toosin, ayaa Boqorka magiciisa la yidhaahdo Rabbiga ciidammadu leeyahay.
And I will make drunken her princes, and her wise men, her governors, and her rulers, and her mighty men: and they shall sleep a perpetual sleep, and not awake again, saith the King, The Lord of hosts is his name.
58 Rabbiga ciidammadu wuxuu leeyahay, Derbiyada balballaadhan ee Baabuloon waa la wada dumin doonaa, oo irdaheeda dhaadheerna dab baa lagu gubi doonaa, oo dadku waxtarla'aan buu u hawshoon doonaa, quruumuhuna dab, wayna daali doonaan.
Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, Every one of the broad walls of Babylon shall be utterly overthrown, and her high gates shall be burnt with fire; so that nations shall have labored in vain, and the people for the fire, and so shall they have wearied themselves.
59 Kanu waa eraygii Nebi Yeremyaah uu ku amray Seraayaah ina Neeriiyaah oo ahaa ina Maxseeyaah markuu Baabuloon u raacay Sidqiyaah oo ahaa boqorkii dalka Yahuudah sannaddii afraad ee boqornimadiisa. Seraayaah wuxuu ahaa amiirkii reer boqor maamulaha u ahaa.
The word which Jeremiah the prophet commanded Serayah the son of Neriyah, the son of Machseyah, when he went with Zedekiah the king of Judah unto Babylon in the fourth year of his reign. And this Serayah was chief chamberlain.
60 Markaas Yeremyaah kitaab buu ku qoray masiibadii Baabuloon ku soo degi lahayd oo dhan, waana erayadan Baabuloon ku saabsan ee uu qoray.
And Jeremiah wrote down all the evil that should come upon Babylon in one book, namely, all these words that are written concerning Babylon.
61 Oo Yeremyaah wuxuu Seraayaah ku yidhi, Markaad Baabuloon tagtid oo aad aragtid, erayadan oo dhan wada akhri,
And Jeremiah said to Serayah, As thou comest to Babylon, see to it, that thou read all these words;
62 oo markaas waxaad tidhaahdaa, Rabbiyow, adigu waxaad ka hadashay meeshan inaad baabbi'inaysid, si aan waxba gudaheeda ugu hadhin dad iyo duunyo toona, laakiinse ay weligeedba cidla ahaan doonto.
And thou shalt say, O Lord, thou thyself hast spoken concerning this place, to cut it off, so that there shall not be in it an inhabitant, either man or beast; but that it shall become a desolate place for ever.
63 Oo markaad kitaabkan akhrintiisa dhammaysid waa inaad isaga dhagax ku xidhaa oo aad Webi Yufraad dhexdiisa ku tuurtaa.
And it shall be, when thou hast finished reading this book, that thou shalt bind a stone to it, and throw it into the midst of the Euphrates;
64 Oo waxaad tidhaahdaa, Baabuloon sidaasay u tiimban doontaa, oo kamana soo sara kici doonto masiibada aan iyada ku soo dejin doono aawadeed, oo iyagu way daali doonaan. Intaasu waa erayadii Yeremyaah.
And thou shalt say, Thus shall Babylon sink, and shall not rise again from the evil that I will bring upon her: and her people shall be wearied. Thus far are the words of Jeremiah.
