Sharciga Kunoqoshadiisa 25
1 Haddii niman muran dhex maro, oo ay garsoorid u yimaadaan, oo loo garsooro, markaas kii gar leh, gartiisa ha la siiyo, kii gardaranna ciqaab ha lagu xukumo.
If there be a controversy between men, and they resort to judgment, and they judge [their case]; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
2 Oo haddii ninkii gardarnaa karbaash istaahilo xaakinku waa inuu hortiisa jiifiyaa si isaga loogu hor karbaasho, oo intii gardarradiisu ahayd ha loo tiriyo.
And it shall be if the wicked man have deserved to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and be beaten before his face, according to the measure of his wickedness with a certain number [of stripes].
3 Wuxuu ku xukumi karaa afartan karbaash, laakiinse yuusan uga sii badin, waaba intaasoo hadduu intaas uga sii badiyo oo karbaash badan la dhaco aad walaalkaa fududaysataa.
With forty [stripes] shall they beat him; they shall not exceed, lest, if they continue to beat him with many stripes above these, thy brother become despicable in thine eyes.
4 Waa inaadan dibiga af xidhin markuu sarreenka burburinayo.
Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out [the corn].
5 Haddii walaalo wada deggan yihiin, oo midkood dhinto, laakiinse uusan wiil lahayn, kan dhintay naagtiisu yaanay dibadda ka guursan mid shisheeye ah. Ninkeedii walaalkiis waa inuu u guri galo oo dumaalo, oo uu ku sameeyo wixii ku habboon ninkeedii walaalkiis inuu ku sameeyo.
If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no son, the wife of the dead shall not marry a stranger abroad: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him as wife, and perform the duty of a husband's brother unto her.
6 Si uusan ku dhintay magiciisu reer binu Israa'iil uga dhex baabbi'in ninkeedu wiilka ugu horreeya oo ay dhali doonto ha u bixiyo magicii walaalkiisii dhintay.
And it shall be, that the firstborn that she beareth shall stand in the name of his brother who is dead, that his name be not blotted out from Israel.
7 Laakiinse hadduusan ninku doonaynin inuu dumaalo naagtii walaalkiis, markaas naagta walaalkiis waa inay odayaasha ugu tagtaa iridda magaalada oo ay ku tidhaahdaa, Ninkaygii walaalkiis wuu diiday inuu walaalkiis magac uga dhex kiciyo reer binu Israa'iil, oo dooni maayo inuu igu sameeyo waxa ku habboon in dumaashigay igu sameeyo.
But if the man like not to take his brother's wife, his brother's wife shall go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband's brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel: he will not perform for me the duty of a husband's brother.
8 Oo markaas odayaasha magaaladiisu waa inay isaga u yeedhaan oo la hadlaan, oo markaas hadduu ka soo istaago oo yidhaahdo, Dooni maayo inaan dumaalo,
Then the elders of his city shall call him and speak unto him; and if he stand to it and say, I like not to take her;
9 markaas naagta walaalkiis waa inay ugu timaadaa odayaasha hortooda, oo ay kabtiisa ka siibtaa, oo ay wejigana candhuuf uga tuftaa, oo iyadu waa inay jawaabtaa oo tidhaahdaa, Saas ha lagu sameeyo ninkii aan dhisin reerka walaalkiis.
then shall his brother's wife come near to him before the eyes of the elders, and draw his sandal from his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto the man that will not build up his brother's house.
10 Oo magiciisa reer binu Israa'iil dhexdooda ha loogu yeedho, Reerkii kan kabtiisii laga siibay.
And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe drawn off.
11 Oo markii niman isdiriraan, haddii mid naagtiisu u soo dhowaato si ay ninkeeda uga samatabbixiso gacanta kan isaga dilaya, hadday gacanta soo fidiso oo ay isaga xiniinyaha ku dhegto,
When men fight together one with another, and the wife of the one come near to rescue her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and stretch out her hand, and seize him by his secret parts,
12 markaas waa inaad iyada gacanta ka gooysaa oo aadan innaba u nixin.
thou shalt cut off her hand; thine eye shall not spare.
13 Waa inaadan kolaygaaga ku haysan miisaanno kala cayn ah oo ah mid weyn iyo mid yar.
Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small.
14 Oo waa inaadan gurigaaga ku haysan weelal qiyaaseed oo kala cayn ah oo ah mid weyn iyo mid yar.
Thou shalt not have in thy house divers ephahs, a great and a small.
15 Waa inaad haysataa miisaan qumman oo xaq ah, oo waa inaad haysataa weel qiyaaseed oo qumman oo xaq ah, in cimrigaagu ku dheeraado dalka Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ahu uu ku siinayo.
A perfect and just weight shalt thou have; a perfect and just ephah shalt thou have; that thy days may be prolonged in the land that Jehovah thy God giveth thee.
16 Waayo, kuwa waxyaalahaas oo kale sameeya oo ah kuwa si aan xaq ahayn wax u sameeya oo dhan waa u karaahiyo Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ah.
For every one that doeth such things, every one that doeth unrighteousness, is an abomination to Jehovah thy God.
17 Bal xusuusta wixii ay reer Camaaleq idinku sameeyeen markaad jidka soo socoteen oo aad Masar ka soo baxdeen,
Remember what Amalek did unto thee on the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt;
18 iyo siday jidka idiinkaga hor yimaadeen oo ay u laayeen dabaadigiinnii, kuwaas oo ahaa kulli intiinnii taagta darnayd oo dambaysay, markaad tabarta darnaydeen oo daallanaydeen. Iyaguse Ilaah kama ay cabsan.
how he met thee on the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, all the feeble that lagged behind thee, when thou wast faint and weary, and he feared not God.
19 Sidaas daraaddeed markii Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ahu idinka nasiyo cadaawayaashiinna hareerahiinna ku wareegsan oo dhan, idinkoo jooga dalka Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ahu uu dhaxal idiin siinayo inaad hantidaan aawadeed, waa inaad reer Camaaleq ka baabbi'isaan inta samada ka hoosaysa, oo taas ha illoobina.
And it shall be, when Jehovah thy God shall have given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land that Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it, that thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under the heavens; thou shalt not forget it.
