2 Oo markii Yaaraabcaam ina Nebaad taas maqlay ayaa Yaaraabcaam iyo shirkii reer binu Israa'iil oo dhammu u yimaadeen,
`And sotheli Jeroboam, sone of Nabath, whanne he was yit in Egipt, and fledde fro the face of kyng Salomon, turnede ayen fro Egipt, for the deeth of Salomon was herd;
3 (waayo, Yaaraabcaam wuxuu weli joogay dalkii Masar oo uu Boqor Sulaymaan kaga cararay, oo Yaaraabcaamna wuxuu iska joogay dalka Masar, laakiinse waa loo cid diray oo loo yeedhay; ) markaasay Rexabcaam la hadleen oo waxay ku yidhaahdeen,
and thei senten, and clepiden hym. Therfor Jeroboam cam, and al the multitude of Israel, and thei spaken to Roboam,
4 War aabbahaa harqood daran buu na saaray; haddaba noo fududee hawshii aabbahaa oo adkayd iyo harqoodkiisii cuslaa oo uu na saaray, annana waannu kuu adeegaynaa.
and seiden, Thi fadir puttide hardeste yok on vs, therfor abate thou a litil now of the hardest comaundement of thi fadir, and of the greuousiste yok which he puttide on vs, and we schulen serue to thee.
5 Markaasuu ku yidhi, Bal intii saddex maalmood ah iga maqnaada, dabadeedna igu soo noqda. Markaasaa dadkii ka tegey.
Which Roboam seide to hem, Go ye `til to the thridde dai, and turne ye ayen to me.
6 Markaasaa Boqor Rexabcaam la tashaday odayaashii aabbihiis Sulaymaan intuu noolaa hor joogi jiray, oo wuxuu ku yidhi, War maxaad igula talinaysaan oo aan dadkan jawaab ugu celiyaa?
And whanne the puple hadde go, kyng Roboam took counsel with the eldere men, that stoden bifor Salomon, his fadir, while he lyuyde yit; and Roboam seide, What counsel yyue ye to me, that Y answere to the puple?
7 Oo intay la hadleen ayay ku yidhaahdeen, Maanta haddaad doonayso inaad dadkan addoon u ahaatid oo aad u adeegtid, haddaba u jawaab oo waxaad kula hadashaa erayo wanaagsan, oo markaasay weligood addoommo kuu ahaanayaan.
Whiche seiden to hym, If thou obeiest to dai to this puple, and seruest this puple, and yyuest stide to her axyng, and spekist to hem liyte wordis, thei schulen be seruauntis to thee in alle daies.
8 Laakiinse wuu ka tegey taladii odayaashu kula taliyeen, oo haddana wuxuu la arrinsaday raggii dhallinyarada ahaa oo isaga la koray ee hortiisa joogay.
Which Roboam forsook the counsel of elde men, which thei yauen to hym, and took yonge men, that weren nurschid with hym, and stoden nyy him;
9 Oo wuxuu iyagii ku yidhi, War maxaad igula talinaysaan oo aan jawaab ugu celinnaa dadkan ila hadlay oo igu yidhi, War harqoodkii aabbahaa na saaray noo fududee?
and he seide to hem, What counsel yyue ye to me, that Y answere to this puple, that seiden to me, Make thou esyere the yok which thi fadir puttide on vs?
10 Markaasay raggii dhallintayaraa oo isaga la koray la hadleen, oo waxay ku yidhaahdeen, La hadal dadkii kula hadlay oo kugu yidhi, Aabbahaa harqood daran buu na saaray ee adigu noo fududee. Oo waxaad ku tidhaahdaa, Faryaradaydu waa ka sii dhumuc weyn tahay aabbahay dhexdiisa.
And the yonge men, that weren nurschid with hym, seiden to hym, Thus speke thou to this puple, that spaken to thee, and seiden, Thi fadir made greuouse oure yok, releeue thou vs; thus thou schalt speke to hem, My leest fyngur is grettere than the bak of my fader;
11 Haddaba meeshii aabbahay harqood culus idinka saaray, anna culays baan idiinku sii darayaa; oo aabbahay wuxuu idinku edbin jiray shaabuugyo, laakiinse anigu waxaan idinku edbinayaa hangarallayaal.
and now my fadir puttide on you a greuouse yok, forsothe Y schal adde on youre yok; my fadir beet you with scourgis, forsothe Y schal bete you with scorpiouns.
12 Sidaas daraaddeed Yaaraabcaam iyo dadkii oo dhammuba maalintii saddexaad ayay Rexabcaam u yimaadeen siduu boqorku hore ugu amray markuu ku yidhi, Maalinta saddexaad igu soo noqda.
Therfor Jeroboam, and al the puple, cam to Roboam, in the thridde dai, as the kyng spak, seiynge, Turne ye ayen to me in the thridde dai.
13 Markaasaa boqorkii ka tegey taladii ragga odayaasha ahaa, oo dadkiina si qallafsan ayuu ugu jawaabay,
And the kyng answeride harde thingis to the puple, while the counsel of eldere men was forsakun, which thei hadden youe to hym;
14 oo wuxuu kula hadlay taladii raggii dhallintayaraa, oo ku yidhi, Aabbahay harqood culus buu idin saaray, laakiinse anna culays kalaan idiinku sii darayaa; aabbahay wuxuu idinku edbin jiray shaabuugyo, laakiinse anigu waxaan idinku edbinayaa hangarallayaal.
and he spak to hem bi the counsel of yonge men, and seide, My fadir made greuouse youre yok, forsothe Y schal adde to youre yok; my fadir beet you with scourgis, forsothe Y schal bete you with scorpiouns.
15 Sidaas daraaddeed boqorkii dadkii ma uu dhegaysan; waayo, taasu waxay ahayd wax Rabbiga xaggiisa ka yimid, si uu u adkeeyo eraygiisii Rabbigu kula hadlay Yaaraabcaam ina Nebaad oo uu ugu soo dhiibay Axiiyaah kii reer Shiiloh.
And the kyng assentide not to the puple, for the Lord hadde turned awey, `ether hadde wlatid hym, that the Lord schulde reise his word, which he hadde spoke in the hond of Ahias of Silo to Jeroboam, sone of Nabath.
16 Oo dadkii Israa'iil oo dhammuna markay arkeen inaan boqorku dhegaysan ayaa dadkii waxay boqorkii ugu jawaabeen oo ku yidhaahdeen, Bal maxaan qayb ku leennahay Daa'uud? Dhaxalna kuma lihin ina Yesay. Haddaba dadkii Israa'iilow, teendhooyinkiinnii taga. Oo Daa'uudow, bal eeg, reerkaagii waa kuu kaas. Markaasay dadkii Israa'iil tageen teendhooyinkoodii.
Therfor the puple siy, that the kyng nolde here hem; and the puple answeride to the kyng, and seide, What part is to vs in Dauid, ether what eritage in the sone of Ysay? Israel, turne thou ayen in to thi tabernaclis; now, Dauid, se thou thin hows. And Israel yede in to hise tabernaclis.
17 Laakiinse Rexabcaam wuxuu boqor u ahaa intii reer binu Israa'iil ahayd ee degganayd magaalooyinka reer Yahuudah.
Forsothe Roboam regnede on the sones of Israel, whiche euere dwelliden in the citees of Juda.
18 Markaasaa Boqor Rexabcaam wuxuu diray Adoraam oo cashuurta u sarreeyey, oo dadkii Israa'iil oo dhammu dhagax bay la dhaceen, wuuna dhintay. Markaasaa Boqor Rexabcaam ku degdegay inuu fuulo gaadhifaraskiisii si uu Yeruusaalem ugu cararo.
Therfore kyng Roboam sente Adhuram, that was on the tributis; and al the puple of Israel stonyde hym, and he was deed.
19 Sidaasay dadkii Israa'iil ugu caasiyoobeen Daa'uud reerkiisii ilaa maantadan la joogo.
Forsothe kyng Roboam stiede hastili on the chare, and fledde in to Jerusalem; and Israel departide fro the hows of Dauid, til in to present dai.
20 Oo markii dadkii Israa'iil maqleen in Yaaraabcaam soo noqday ayay u cid direen oo shirkii ugu yeedheen, oo waxay ka dhigteen boqor u taliya dadkii Israa'iil oo dhan; oo reerkii Daa'uudna nin qudha ma raacin, qabiilkii reer Yahuudah mooyaane.
Forsothe it was doon, whanne al Israel hadde herd that Jeroboam turnede ayen, thei senten, and clepiden hym, whanne the cumpany was gaderid togidere, and thei maden hym kyng on al Israel; and no man suede the hows of Dauid, outakun the lynage aloone of Juda.
21 Oo Rexabcaamna markuu Yeruusaalem tegey wuxuu reer Yahuudah oo dhan iyo qabiilkii reer Benyaamiin ka soo shiriyey boqol iyo siddeetan kun oo rag la doortay oo dagaalyahan ahaa, si ay dadkii Israa'iil ula diriraan oo ay boqortooyadii mar kale ugu soo celiyaan Rexabcaam ina Sulaymaan.
Forsothe Roboam cam to Jerusalem, and gaderide al the hows of Juda, and the lynage of Beniamyn, an hundrid and fourescore thousynde of chosun men and weriours, that thei schulden fiyte ayens the hows of Israel, and schulden brynge ayen the rewme to Roboam, sone of Solomon.
22 Laakiinse Shemacyaah oo nin Ilaah ahaa waxaa u yimid eraygii Ilaah oo leh,
Forsothe the word of God was made to Semeia, the man of God, and seide,
23 La hadal Rexabcaam ina Sulaymaan oo reer Yahuudah boqorka u ah, iyo reer Yahuudah iyo reer Benyaamiin, iyo dadka intiisa kale oo dhanba, oo waxaad ku tidhaahdaa,
Speke thou to Roboam, sone of Salomon, the kyng of Juda, and to al the hows of Juda and of Beniamyn, and to the residue of the puple, and seie thou, The Lord seith thes thingis,
24 Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay, Waa inaydnaan kor u bixin oo aydnaan walaalihiin dadka Israa'iilna la diririn. Nin waluba gurigiisii ha ku noqdo, waayo, waxanu aniguu iga yimid. Sidaas aawadeed way maqleen Eraygii Rabbiga, oo intay noqdeen ayay iska tageen sidii erayga Rabbigu ahaa.
Ye schulen not stie, nether ye schulen fiyte ayens youre britheren, the sones of Israel; `a man turne ayen in to his hows, for this word is doon of me. Thei herden the word of the Lord, and thei turneden ayen fro the iurney, as the Lord comaundide to hem.
25 Markaasaa Yaaraabcaam wuxuu dhisay Shekem oo ku taal dalka buuraha leh oo reer Efrayim, halkaasuuna iska degay, oo haddana halkaas wuu ka tegey oo wuxuu dhisay Fenuu'eel.
Forsothe Jeroboam bildide Sichem, in the hil of Effraym, and dwellide there; and he yede out fro thennus, and bildide Phanuel.
26 Markaasaa Yaaraabcaam wuxuu qalbiga iska yidhi, Haddaba boqortooyadu waxay u noqon doontaa reerkii Daa'uud;
And Jeroboam seide in his herte, Now the rewme schal turne ayen to the hows of Dauid,
27 oo haddii dadkanu Yeruusaalem tagaan inay Rabbiga allabaryo ugu bixiyaan, de markaas qalbigoodu wuxuu u noqon doonaa sayidkoodii, kaasoo ah Rexabcaam ee boqor u ah reer Yahuudah, oo markaasay i dili doonaan, waxayna u noqon doonaan Rexabcaam ee ah boqorka reer Yahuudah.
if this puple stieth to Jerusalem, that it make sacrifices in the hows of the Lord in Jerusalem; and the herte of this puple schal turne to her lord, Roboam, kyng of Juda; and thei schulen sle me, and schulen turne ayen to hym.
28 Markaasaa boqorkii tashaday, oo wuxuu sameeyey laba weylood oo dahab ah, oo wuxuu dadkii ku yidhi, Dadkii Israa'iilow, aad bay idiinku dhib badan tahay inaad Yeruusaalem tagtaan, haddaba bal eega ilaahyadiinnii idinka keenay dalkii Masar.
And by counsel thouyt out, he made tweyne goldun caluys, and seide to hem, Nyle ye stie more in to Jerusalem; Israel, lo! thi goddis, that ledden thee out of the lond of Egipt.
29 Oo labadii weylood middood wuxuu dhigay Beytel, tii kalena wuxuu dhigay Daan.
And he settide oon in Bethel, and the tother in Dan.
30 Haddaba taasu waxay noqotay dembi, maxaa yeelay, dadkii waxay u tegi jireen inay middood caabudaan xataa ilaa Daan.
And this word was maad to Israel in to synne; for the puple yede til in to Dan, to worschipe the calf.
31 Oo wuxuu kaloo sameeyey guryo meelo sarsare ah, oo wuxuu wadaaddo ka dhex doortay dadkii aan reer Laawi ahayn oo dhan.
And Jeroboam made templis in hiye placis, and `he made preestis of the laste men of the puple, that weren not of the sones of Leuy.
32 Oo haddana Yaaraabcaam wuxuu sameeyey iid u eg tii reer Yahuudah oo ahayd bisha siddeedaad maalinteeda shan iyo tobnaad, oo wuxuu u baxay meeshii allabariga; sidaasuu Beytel ku sameeyey isagoo allabari u bixinaya weylihii uu sameeyey; oo wadaaddadii meelaha sarsare ee uu doortayna wuxuu geeyey Beytel.
And he ordeynede a solempne dai in the eiythe monethe, in the fiftenthe dai of the monethe, bi the licnesse of solempnyte which was halewid in Juda. And he stiede, and made in lijk maner an auter in Bethel, that he schulde offre to the calues, whiche he hadde maad; and he ordeynede in Bethel preestis of the hiye places, whiche he hadde maad.

And he styede on the auter, which he hadde bildid in Bethel, in the fiftenthe day of the eiythe monethe, which he hadde feyned of his herte; and he made solempnyte to the sones of Israel, and he stiede on the auter, that he schulde brenne encence.
