Boqorradii Kowaad 11
1 Oo Boqor Sulaymaan wuxuu jeclaaday naago badan oo qalaad, oo aan gabadhii Fircoon ahayn, naagahaas oo ahaa reer Moo'aab, iyo reer Cammoon, iyo reer Edom, iyo reer Siidoon, iyo reer Xeed.
But, King Solomon, loved many foreign women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, —women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, Hittites:
2 Oo quruumahaasuna waxay ahaayeen kuwii Rabbigu reer binu Israa'iil ku yidhi, Idinku ha dhex gelina, iyana yaanay idin soo dhex gelin, waayo, hubaal qalbiyadiinna waxay u jeedinayaan xagga ilaahyadooda; oo Sulaymaan kuwaasuu caashaq u qabtay.
out of the nations concerning whom Yahweh had said unto the sons of Israel—Ye shall not go in unto them, and, they, shall not come in unto you, surely they will turn aside your heart after their gods. Unto these, did Solomon cleave in love.
3 Oo wuxuu lahaa toddoba boqol oo naagood oo marwooyin ah, iyo saddex boqol oo naagood oo addoommo ah; oo naagihiisiina qalbigiisii way sii jeediyeen.
So it came to pass that he had seven hundred wives who were princesses, and three hundred concubines, —and, his wives, turned aside, his heart.
4 Oo markii Sulaymaan gaboobay ayaa naagihiisii qalbigiisii u jeediyeen ilaahyo kale xaggood; oo qalbigiisuna kuma qummanayn xagga Rabbiga Ilaahiisa ahaa sidii qalbigii aabbihiis Daa'uud ahaa oo kale.
Yea it came to pass, in the old age of Solomon, that, his wives, turned aside his heart after other gods, —his heart therefore was not sound with Yahweh his God, as was the heart of David his father.
5 Waayo, Sulaymaan wuxuu raacay Cashtored oo ahayd ilaahaddii reer Siidoon, iyo Milkom oo ahaa karaahiyadii ay reer Cammoon caabudi jireen.
And Solomon went after Ashtoreth, goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom, the abomination of the Ammonites.
6 Oo Sulaymaan wuxuu sameeyey wax Rabbiga hortiisa shar ku ah, oo dhammaantiis ma uu raacin Rabbiga sidii aabbihii Daa'uud.
Thus Solomon did the thing that was wicked in the eyes of Yahweh, —and went not fully after Yahweh, as did David his father.
7 Markaasaa Sulaymaan wuxuu meel sare uga dhisay buurtii Yeruusaalem ku hor tiil Kemoosh oo ahaa karaahiyadii reer Moo'aab, iyo Molokh oo ahaa karaahiyadii reer Cammoon.
Then, did Solomon build a high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, —and for Molech, the abomination of the sons of Ammon;
8 Oo sidaasuu ugu wada sameeyey naagihiisii qalaadaa oo dhan kuwaasoo uunsi u shidi jiray, allabarina u bixin jiray ilaahyadooda.
and, thus, did he for all his foreign wives, —who burned incense and offered sacrifices unto their gods.
9 Oo Rabbigu Sulaymaan buu u cadhooday, maxaa yeelay, qalbigiisii ayaa ka jeestay Rabbiga Ilaaha reer binu Israa'iil ah, oo isaga labada jeer u muuqday,
Therefore did Yahweh shew himself angry with Solomon, —because his heart had turned aside from Yahweh God of Israel, who had appeared unto him twice;
10 oo ku amray wax ku saabsan waxan kuwaasoo ah inuusan raacin ilaahyo kale; laakiinse isagu ma uu xajin wixii Rabbigu ku amray.
and had been giving command to him concerning this thing, that he should not go away after other gods, —but he had not taken heed unto that which Yahweh had commanded.
11 Sidaas daraaddeed Rabbigu wuxuu Sulaymaan ku yidhi, Waxan aad samaysay aawadiis ayaan boqortooyada kaaga xoogayaa, oo waxaan siinayaa addoonkaaga, maxaa yeelay, ma aadan xajin axdigaygii iyo qaynuunnadaydii aan kugu amray.
Wherefore Yahweh said unto Solomon—Forasmuch as this hath come to pass with thee, and thou hast not heeded my covenant and my statutes, which I charged upon thee, I will, rend, the kingdom away from thee, and will give it unto a servant of thine.
12 Habase yeeshee, intaad nooshahay saas yeeli maayo, aabbahaa Daa'uud aawadiis; laakiinse waxaan ka xoogayaa wiilkaaga.
Notwithstanding, in thine own days, will I not do it, for the sake of David thy father, —out of the hand of thy son, will I rend it.
13 Oo weliba boqortooyada oo dhan ka wada xoogi maayo, laakiinse qabiil ayaan wiilkaaga siinayaa, addoonkayga Daa'uud aawadiis iyo Yeruusaalem oo aan doortay aawadeed.
Howbeit, all the kingdom, will I not rend away, one tribe, will I give unto thy son, —for the sake of David my servant, and for the sake of Jerusalem, which I have chosen.
14 Markaasaa Rabbigu wuxuu Sulaymaan ku kiciyey cadow, kaasoo ahaa Hadad oo reer Edom ahaa, oo ka soo farcamay boqorka Edom.
And Yahweh raised up an adversary against Solomon, Hadad the Edomite, —of the seed of the king, was he, in Edom.
15 Markii Daa'uud Edom joogay, oo Yoo'aab oo ahaa sirkaalkii ciidankuna halkaas u tegey inuu soo aaso dadkii la laayay, kuwaasoo ahaa wixii lab ahaa ee uu Edom ku wada laayay oo dhan;
And it came to pass, when David was dealing with Edom, and Joab general of the army went up to bury the slain, —and had smitten every male in Edom, —
16 (waayo, Yoo'aab iyo reer binu Israa'iil oo dhammu halkaasay iska joogeen intii lix bilood ah, ilaa uu wada jaray wixii lab ahaa ee Edom joogay oo dhan; )
for, six months, did Joab remain there, with all Israel, —until he had cut off every male in Edom,
17 waxaa cararay Hadad iyo dhawr reer Edom ah oo ahaa addoommadii aabbihiis inay tagaan dalka Masar, oo Hadadna kolkaas weli inan yar buu ahaa.
that Hadad fled, he and certain men of Edom of the servants of his father, with him, to go into Egypt, —Hadad being a little boy.
18 Oo waxay ka ambabbexeen Midyaan, oo Faaraan tageen; oo rag bay Faaraan ka sii kaxaysteen, oo waxay yimaadeen dalkii Masar, kolkaasay u tageen Fircoon oo ahaa boqorkii Masar, oo isna wuxuu siiyey guri, cuntona joogtuu uga dhigay, dhulna wuu siiyey.
So they arose out of Midian, and came into Paran, —and took certain men with them out of Paran, and came into Egypt, unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, who gave him a house, and, food, appointed him, and, land, did give unto him.
19 Hadadna raallinimo weyn buu ka helay Fircoon, oo xataa wuxuu u guuriyey naagtiisii walaasheed, taasoo la dhalatay boqoraddii Taxfenees.
And Hadad found great favour in the eyes of Pharaoh, —so that he gave him to wife, the sister of his own wife, the sister of Tahpenes the queen.

And the sister of Tahpenes bare to him Genubath his son, and Tahpenes weaned him, in the house of Pharaoh, —and so it came about, that Genubath was of the household of Pharaoh, among the sons of Pharaoh.
21 Oo markii Hadad Masar ku maqlay in Daa'uud dhintay oo la seexday awowayaashiis, Yoo'aab oo sirkaalkii ciidanka ahaana dhintay ayuu Fircoon ku yidhi, I sii daa aan dalkaygii tagee.
And, when, Hadad, heard in Egypt, that David slept with his fathers, and that Joab general of the army was dead, Hadad said unto Pharaoh, Let me go, that I may take my journey unto mine own land.
22 Markaasaa Fircoon ku yidhi, War intaad ila joogtay maxaad iga weyday oo aad u doonaysaa inaad dalkaagii tagto? Isna wuxuu ugu jawaabay, Waxba; laakiinse i sii daa aan tagee.
Then said Pharaoh unto him—But what hast thou been lacking with me, that lo! thou art seeking to take thy journey unto thine own land? And he said—Nothing, howbeit, let me go.
23 Oo Ilaah haddana wuxuu ku kiciyey cadow kale, oo kaasuna wuxuu ahaa Resoon ina Elyaadaac kaasoo ka cararay sayidkiisii Hadadceser oo boqorkii Soobaah ahaa.
And God raised up against him an adversary, Rezon son of Eliada, —who had fled from Hadadezer king of Zobah, his lord;
24 Oo rag buu soo urursaday, guutona sirkaal buu u noqday markii Daa'uud kuwii Soobaah laayay; oo Dimishaq bay tageen oo halkaasay iska degeen oo Dimishaq wax ku xukumeen.
and he gathered unto him men, and became captain of a band when David slew them [of Zobah], —then went they to Damascus, and dwelt therein, and reigned in Damascus.
25 Oo wakhtigii Sulaymaan noolaa oo dhan cadow buu u ahaa reer binu Israa'iil, oo waxaa kaloo wehliyey belaayadii Hadad ku sameeyey; oo intuu reer binu Israa'iil u karaahsaday ayuu Suuriya boqor u noqday.
Thus became he an adversary unto Israel, all the days of Solomon, this, is the mischief which Hadad did, —so then, he abhorred Israel, when he reigned over Syria.
26 Oo waxaa kaloo jiray Yaaraabcaam ina Nebaad oo ahaa reer Efraad oo Sereedaah degganaa, kaasu wuxuu ahaa Sulaymaan addoonkiisa, oo hooyadiis magaceeda waxaa la odhan jiray Seruucaah, waxayna ahayd naag carmal ah, oo isna gacantuu boqorka u qaaday.
Jeroboam also, son of Nebat, an Ephrathite from Zeredah, whose, mother’s name, was Zeruah, a widow woman, he being servant to Solomon, lifted up a hand against the king.
27 Tanu waxa weeye sababtii uu boqorkii gacanta ugu qaaday: Sulaymaan wuxuu dhisay Millo, oo uu hagaajiyey dildillaacii magaaladii aabbihiis Daa'uud.
And, this, was the cause that he lifted up a hand against the king, —Solomon, built Millo, he closed up of the of David his father. the breach city
28 Oo ninkii Yaaraabcaamna wuxuu ahaa nin xoog leh; markaasaa Sulaymaan wuxuu arkay in ninka dhallintayaru yahay nin aad u shaqeeya, kolkaasuu madax uga dhigay hawshii reer Yuusuf oo dhan.
Now, the man Jeroboam, being an able Solomon observed his servant, that he man, was, one to execute a work, so he gave him oversight of all the charge of the house of Joseph.
29 Oo waagaas waxay noqotay, markii Yaaraabcaam Yeruusaalem ka tegey, inuu Nebi Axiiyaah oo ahaa reer Shiiloh isagii jidka ka helay, oo Axiiyaahna dhar cusub buu qabay, oo labadooda keliya ayaa berrin joogay.
And it came to pass, at that time, when, Jeroboam, went forth out of Jerusalem, that there met him Ahijah the Shilonite, the prophet, in the way, he having wrapped himself about with a new mantle; and, they two, were by themselves, in the field.
30 Markaasaa Axiiyaah qabsaday dharkii cusbaa oo uu qabay, oo wuxuu u kala jeexjeexay laba iyo toban meelood.
Then Ahijah laid hold of the new mantle, that was upon him, —and rent it into twelve pieces;
31 Kolkaasuu Yaaraabcaam ku yidhi, Toban meelood qaado, waayo, Rabbiga Ilaaha reer binu Israa'iil ah wuxuu leeyahay, Boqortooyada waan ka xoogayaa Sulaymaan, oo toban qabiil ayaan ku siinayaa,
and said to Jeroboam, Take thee ten places, —for Thus, saith Yahweh, God of Israel—Behold me! about to rend the kingdom, out of the hand of Solomon, and I will give unto thee ten tribes:
32 (laakiinse qabiil isagaa u haysanaya addoonkaygii Daa'uud aawadiis, iyo Yeruusaalem oo ah magaaladii aan qabiilooyinka reer binu Israa'iil oo dhan ka doortay aawadeed; )
Howbeit, one tribe, shall he retain, —for the sake of my servant David, and for the sake of Jerusalem, the city that I have chosen, out of all the tribes of Israel:
33 maxaa yeelay, way i dayriyeen, oo waxay caabudeen Cashtored oo ilaahaddii reer Siidoon ah, iyo Kemoosh oo ah ilaahii reer Moo'aab, iyo Milkom oo ah ilaahii reer Cammoon; oo jidadkaygiina kuma ay socon, inay sameeyaan waxa hortayda ku qumman, iyo inay dhawraan qaynuunnadayda iyo xukummadayda, sidii aabbihiis Daa'uud yeeli jiray oo kale.
Because they have forsaken me, and bowed themselves down to Ashtoreth, goddess of the Zidonians, to Chemosh, god of the Moabites, and to Milcom, god of the sons of Ammon, —and have not walked in my ways, by doing what is right in mine eyes, even my statutes and my regulations, like David his father.
34 Habase yeeshee boqortooyada oo dhan ka wada qaadi maayo; laakiinse cimrigiisa oo dhan amiir baan ka dhigayaa addoonkaygii Daa'uud oo aan doortay aawadiis, maxaa yeelay, wuxuu dhawray amarradaydii iyo qaynuunnadaydii.
Yet will I not take all the kingdom out of his hand, —but will suffer him to be, leader, all the days of his life, for the sake of David my servant, whom I chose, —who kept my commandments and my statutes.
35 Laakiinse boqortooyada waxaan ka qaadayaa wiilkiisa oo adigaan ku siinayaa toban qabiil.
But I will take the kingdom out of the hand of his son, and will give it to thee, even the ten tribes.
36 Oo wiilkiisana waxaan siinayaa qabiil keliya in addoonkaygii Daa'uud had iyo goorba hortayda laambad ku haysto Yeruusaalem dhexdeeda, taasoo ah magaaladii aan u doortay inaan magacayga halkaas dhigo.
Nevertheless, go his son, will I give one tribe, —to the end there may remain a lamp unto David my servant always before me, in Jerusalem, the city that I have chosen for myself, to put my Name there.
37 Oo waan ku qaadan doonaa, oo waxaad boqor u ahaan doontaa siday naftaadu doonayso, oo dalka Israa'iilna boqor baad ka noqon doontaa.
But, thee, will I take, and thou shalt reign over all that thy soul could desire, —and thou shalt be king over Israel.
38 Oo haddaad maqasho waxa aan kugu amro oo dhan, oo aad jidadkaygana ku socotid, oo aad samaysid waxa hortayda ku qumman, oo aad dhawrtid qaynuunnadayda iyo amarradayda, sidii addoonkaygii Daa'uud yeeli jiray oo kale, ayaan kula jiri doonaa, oo waxaan kuu dhisi doonaa reer ammaan ah, sidii aan Daa'uud ugu dhisay oo kale, oo weliba dalka Israa'iilna adigaan ku siinayaa.
So shall it be, if thou wilt hearken unto all that I shall command thee, and wilt walk in my ways, and do that which is right in mine eyes, by keeping my statutes and my commandments, as did David my servant, then will I be with thee, and will build thee an assured house, as I have built for David, and will give unto thee, Israel.
39 Oo taas aawadeed Daa'uud farcankiisa waan dhibayaa laakiinse dhibka ku waarin maayo.
Thus will I humiliate the seed of David, because of this; yet not for ever.
40 Sidaas daraaddeed Sulaymaan wuxuu damcay inuu Yaaraabcaam dilo; laakiinse Yaaraabcaam wuu kacay, oo wuxuu u cararay dalka Masar, oo u tegey Shiishaq oo ahaa boqorkii Masar, oo tan iyo markii Sulaymaan geeriyooday ayuu dalka Masar iska joogay.
When therefore Solomon sought to put, Jeroboam, to death, Jeroboam arose and fled into Egypt, unto Shishak king of Egypt, —and remained in Egypt, until the death of Solomon.
41 Haddaba Sulaymaan falimihiisii kale iyo wixii uu sameeyey oo dhan, iyo xigmaddiisiiba, sow kuma qorna kitaabkii falimaha Sulaymaan?
Now, the rest of the story of Solomon, and all that he did, and his wisdom, are, they, not written in the book of the records of Solomon?
42 Oo wakhtigii Sulaymaan reer binu Israa'iil oo dhan Yeruusaalem boqorka ugu ahaa wuxuu ahaa afartan sannadood.
Now, the days which Solomon reigned in Jerusalem, over all Israel, were forty years.
43 Markaasaa Sulaymaan dhintay oo la seexday awowayaashiis, oo waxaa lagu aasay magaaladii aabbihiis Daa'uud; oo wiilkiisii Rexabcaam ayaa meeshiisii boqor ka noqday.
So then Solomon slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David his father, —and Rehoboam his son reigned in his stead.
