Now the sons of Israel according to their number, heads of families, captains of thousands and captains of hundreds, and scribes ministering to the king, and for every affair of the king according to [their] divisions, [for] every ordinance of coming in and going out monthly, for all the months of the year, one division of them [was] twenty-four thousand.

And over the first division of the first month [was] Isboaz the son of Zabdiel: in his division [were] twenty-four thousand.
3 Oo isagu wuxuu ahaa reer Feres, wuxuuna ugu wada sarreeyey saraakiishii ciidanka oo bishii kowaad bixi jiray oo dhan.
Of the sons of Tharez [one] was chief of all the captains of the host for the first month.
4 Oo kooxdii bishii labaadna waxaa madax u ahaa Doday oo ahaa reer Axoo'ax, oo kooxdiisa waxaa ku jiray Miqlood oo taliye ahaa, oo kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
And over the division of the second month [was] Dodia the son of Ecchoc, and over his division [was] Makelloth also chief: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand, chief men of the host.
5 Oo sirkaalkii saddexaad ee ciidanka oo bishii saddexaad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Benaayaah oo madax ahaa oo ahaa ina wadaadkii ahaa Yehooyaadaac, oo isaga kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The third for the third month [was] Banaias the son of Jodae the chief priest: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.
6 Oo kaasu waa Benaayaah oo ahaa kii ugu xoog badnaa soddonkii, oo weliba soddonka madax u ahaa, oo kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray wiilkiisii Cammiisaabaad.
This Banaeas [was] more mighty than the thirty, and over the thirty: and Zabad his son [was] over his division.
7 Oo sirkaalkii afraad ee bishii afraad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Casaaheel oo ahaa Yoo'aab walaalkiis, wiilkiisii Sebadyaahna wuu ku xigay, oo isaga kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The fourth for the fourth month [was] Asael the brother of Joab, and Zabadias his son, and his brethren: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.
8 Oo sirkaalkii shanaad ee bishii shanaad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Shamhuud oo ahaa reer Yisraax, oo kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The fifth chief for the fifth month [was] Samaoth the Jezraite: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.
9 Oo sirkaalkii lixaad oo bishii lixaad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Ciiraa ina Ciqeesh oo ahaa reer Teqooca, oo isaga kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The sixth for the sixth month [was] Hoduias the son of Ekkes the Thecoite: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.
10 Oo sirkaalkii toddobaad ee bishii toddobaad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Xeles oo ahaa reer Feloonii, oo ka ahaa reer Efrayim, oo isaga kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The seventh for the seventh month [was] Chelles of Phallus of the children of Ephraim: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.
11 Oo sirkaalkii siddeedaad oo bishii siddeedaad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Sibbekay oo ahaa reer Xushaad, oo ka ahaa reer Serax, oo isaga kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The eighth for the eighth month [was] Sobochai the Usathite, [belonging] to Zarai: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.
12 Oo sirkaalkii sagaalaad ee bishii sagaalaad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Abiiceser oo ahaa reer Canaatood, oo ka ahaa reer Benyaamiin, oo isaga kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The ninth for the ninth month [was] Abiezer of Anathoth, of the land of Benjamin: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.
13 Oo sirkaalkii tobnaad ee bishii tobnaad bixi jirayna wuxuu ahaa Maharay oo ahaa reer Netofaah oo ka ahaa reer Serax, oo isaga kooxdiisana waxaa ku jiray afar iyo labaatan kun oo nin.
The tenth for the tenth month [was] Meera the Netophathite, [belonging] to Zarai: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.

The eleventh for the eleventh month [was] Banaias of Pharathon, of the sons of Ephraim: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.

The twelfth for the twelfth month [was] Choldia the Netophathite, [belonging] to Gothoniel: and in his division [were] twenty and four thousand.

And over the tribes of Israel, the chief for Ruben [was] Eliezer the son of Zechri: for Symeon, Saphatias the son of Maacha:

for Levi, Asabias the son of Camuel: for Aaron, Sadoc:
18 reer Yahuudahna waxaa u talinayay Eliihuu, oo Daa'uud walaalihiis ka mid ahaa, reer Isaakaarna waxaa u talinayay Coomrii ina Miikaa'eel,
for Juda, Eliab of the brethren of David: for Issachar, Ambri the son of Michael:
19 reer Sebulunna waxaa u talinayay Yishmacyaah ina Cobadyaah, reer Naftaalina waxaa u talinayay Yereemood ina Casrii'eel,
for Zabulon, Samaeas the son of Abdiu: for Nephthali, Jerimoth the son of Oziel:
20 reer Efrayimna waxaa u talinayay Hoosheeca ina Casasyaah, oo reer Manaseh badhkiisna waxaa u talinayay Yoo'eel ina Fedaayaah,
for Ephraim, Ose the son of Ozia: for the half-tribe of Manasse, Joel the son of Phadaea:
21 reer Manaseh badhkiisii kale oo joogay dalka Gilecaadna waxaa u talinayay Iddo ina Sekaryaah, reer Benyaamiinna waxaa u talinayay Yacasii'eel ina Abneer,
for the half-tribe of Manasse in the land of Galaad, Jadai the son of Zadaeas, for the sons of Benjamin, Jasiel the son of Abenner:

for Dan, Azariel the son of Iroab: these [are] the chiefs of the tribes of Israel.
23 Laakiinse Daa'uud ma uu tirinin intoodii labaatan sannadood ka yarayd, maxaa yeelay, Rabbigu wuxuu yidhi inuu reer binu Israa'iil u badinayo sida xiddigaha samada oo kale.
But David took not their number from twenty years old and under: because the Lord said that he would multiply Israel as the stars of the heaven.

And Joab the son of Saruia began to number the people, and did not finish the work, for there was hereupon wrath on Israel; and the number was not recorded in the book of the chronicles of king David.

And over the king's treasures [was] Asmoth the son of Odiel; and over the treasures in the country, and in the towns, and in the villages, and in the towers, [was] Jonathan the son of Ozia.

And over the husbandmen who tilled the ground [was] Esdri the son of Chelub.

And over the fields [was] Semei of Rael; and over the treasures of wine in the fields [was] Zabdi the son of Sephni.
28 Oo dhirtii saytuunka ahayd iyo dhirtii darayga ahayd oo dalkii dooxada ahaa ku yiilna waxaa u talinayay Bacal Xaanaan oo ahaa reer Geder, guryihii saliidda lagu kaydiyeyna waxaa u talinayay Yoo'aash.
And over the olive yards, and over the sycamores in the plain country [was] Ballanan the Gedorite; and over the stores of oil [was] Joas.
29 Oo lo'dii Shaaroon daaqi jirtayna waxaa u talinayay Shitray oo ahaa reer Shaaroon, oo lo'dii dooxooyinka joogtayna waxaa u talinayay Shaafaad ina Adlay.
And over the oxen pasturing in Saron [was] Satrai the Saronite; and over the oxen in the valleys [was] Sophat the son of Adli.
30 Oo geelashana waxaa u talinayay Oobiil oo ahaa reer Ismaaciil, oo dameerahana waxaa u talinayay Yexdeyaah oo ahaa reer Meeronotii,
And over the camels [was] Abias the Ismaelite; and over the asses [was] Jadias of Merathon.
31 oo adhyahana waxaa u talinayay Yaasiis oo ahaa reer Hagrii. Oo kulli intaas oo dhammu waxay ahaayeen taliyayaashii maalkii Boqor Daa'uud.
And over the sheep [was] Jaziz the Agarite. All these [were] superintendents of the substance of king David.
32 Oo weliba Yoonaataan oo ahaa Daa'uud adeerkiis wuxuu ahaa lataliye waxgarasho weyn leh, iyo karraaniba, oo Yexii'eel ina Xakmooniina wuxuu la jiray boqorka wiilashiisa.
And Jonathan, David's uncle by the father's side, [was] a counsellor, a wise man: and Jeel the son of Achami [was] with the king's sons.
33 Oo Axiitofelna wuxuu ahaa boqorka lataliyihiisa, oo Xuushay oo ahaa reer Arkiina wuxuu ahaa boqorka saaxiibkiis.
Achitophel [was] the king's counsellor: and Chusi the chief friend of the king.
34 Oo Axiitofelna waxaa ku xigay Yehooyaadaac ina Benaayaah, iyo Aabyaataar, oo boqorka ciidankiisana waxaa sirkaal u ahaa Yoo'aab.
And after this Achitophel Jodae the son of Banaeas [came] next, and Abiathar: and Joab [was] the king's commander-in-chief.
