Taariikhdii Kowaad 12
1 Haddaba intanu waa kuwii Daa'uud ugu yimid Siiqlag, intuu weli ka dhumanayay Saa'uul ina Qiish, oo iyagu waxay ku jireen ragga xoogga badan oo la dagaal galay.
And these [are] those coming in unto David to Ziklag, while shut up because of Saul son of Kish, and they [are] among the mighty ones, helping the battle,
2 Oo iyagu qaansooyin bay siteen, oo gacanta midigta iyo tan bidixdaba dhagaxyo way ku wadhfin kareen, fallaadhona qaansooyin way kaga gani kareen, oo iyagu waxay ahaayeen reer Benyaamiin oo Saa'uul walaalihiis ah.
armed with bow, right and left handed, with stones, and with arrows, with bows, of the brethren of Saul, of Benjamin.
3 Oo waxaa madax ahaa Axiiceser, dabadeedna Yoo'aash, oo ahaa ina Shemaacaah oo ahaa reer Gibecaad, iyo Yesii'eel iyo Feled oo ahaa wiilashii Casmaawed, iyo Beraakaah, iyo Yeehuu oo ahaa reer Canaatood,
The head [is] Ahiezer, and Joash, sons of Shemaab the Gibeathite, and Jeziel, and Pelet, sons of Azmaveth, and Berachah, and Jehu the Antothite,
4 iyo Yishmacyaah oo ahaa reer Gibecoon oo ahaa nin xoog badan oo soddonka ka mid ahaa, oo weliba soddonka ka wada sarreeyey, iyo Yeremyaah, iyo Yaxasii'eel, iyo Yooxaanaan, iyo Yoosaabaad oo ahaa reer Gedeeraad,
and Ishmaiah the Gibeonite, a mighty one among the thirty, and over the thirty, and Jeremiah, and Jahaziel, and Johanan, and Josabad the Gederathite.
5 iyo Elcuusay, iyo Yeriimood, iyo Becalyaah, iyo Shemaryaah, iyo Shefatyaah oo ahaa reer Xaruuf,
Eluzai, and Jerimoth, and Bealiah, and Shemariah, and Shephatiah the Haruphite;
6 iyo Elqaanaah, iyo Yishiyaah, iyo Casareel, iyo Yooceser, iyo Yaashaabcaam oo ahaa reer Qorax,
Elkanah, and Jesiah, and Azareel, and Joezer, and Jashobeam the Korhites,
7 iyo Yooceelaah iyo Sebadyaah oo ahaa wiilashii Yeroxaam oo ahaa reer Gedoor.
and Joelah, and Zebadiah, sons of Jeroham of Gedor.
8 Oo waxaa reer Gaad Daa'uud isaga soocay oo ugu tegey dhufayskii cidlada ku yiil rag xoog badan oo ah rag dagaal loo tababbaray, oo gaashaan iyo waran qaadan karay, oo wejigooduna wuxuu ahaa sida weji libaax oo kale, oo waxay u dheereeyeen sida cawsha buuraha joogta.
And of the Gadite there have been separated unto David, to the fortress, to the wilderness, mighty of valour, men of the host for battle, setting in array target and buckler, and their faces the face of the lion, and as roes on the mountains for speed:
9 Oo iyaga waxaa madax ahaa Ceser, Cobadyaahna wuxuu ahaa kii labaad, Elii'aabna kii saddexaad,
Ezer the head, Obadiah the second, Eliab the third,
10 Mishmannaahna kii afraad, Yeremyaahna kii shanaad,
Mishmannah the fourth, Jeremiah the fifth,
11 Catayna kii lixaad, Elii'eelna kii toddobaad,
Attai the sixth, Eliel the seventh,
12 Yooxaanaanna kii siddeedaad, Elsaabaadna kii sagaalaad,
Johanan the eighth, Elzabad the ninth,
13 Yeremyaahna kii tobnaad, Makbannayna kii kow iyo tobnaad.
Jeremiah the tenth, Machbannai the eleventh.
14 Kuwaas oo ahaa reer Gaad waxay ahaayeen saraakiishii ciidanka, oo kii iyaga ugu yaraa wuxuu u dhigmaa boqol nin, kii ugu weynaana kun nin.
These [are] of the sons of Gad, heads of the host, one of a hundred [is] the least, and the greatest, of a thousand;
15 Oo kuwaasu waxay ahaayeen kuwii bishii kowaad ka gudbay Webi Urdun oo buuxdhaafay oo qararka oo dhan ka daatay, oo iyagu waxay kala eryeen dadkii dooxooyinka degganaa oo dhan, xagga bari, iyo xagga galbeedba.
these [are] they who have passed over the Jordan in the first month, — and it is full over all its banks — and cause all [they of] the valley to flee to the east and to the west.
16 Oo waxaa dhufayska Daa'uud ugu yimid reer Benyaamiin iyo reer Yahuudah qaarkooda.
And there come of the sons of Benjamin and Judah unto the stronghold to David,
17 Markaasaa Daa'uud u baxay inuu iyaga ka hor tago, oo intuu jawaabay ayuu ku yidhi, Haddaad nabdoon iigu timaadeen inaad i caawisaan qalbigaygu wuu idinla jiri doonaa, laakiinse haddaad iigu timaadeen inaad cadaawayaashayda ii gacangelisaan, Ilaahii awowayaasheen taas ha fiiriyo oo ha canaanto, maxaa yeelay, gacmahayga wax xumaan ahu kuma jiraan.
and David goeth out before them, and answereth and saith to them, 'If for peace ye have come in unto me, to help me, I have a heart to unite with you; and if to betray me to mine adversaries — without violence in my hands — the God of our fathers doth see and reprove.'
18 Markaasaa ruuxii ku soo degay Camaasay oo soddonkii nin madax u ahaa, oo wuxuu yidhi, Daa'uudow, ina Yesayow, annagu waxaannu nahay kuwaagii, waannuna ku garab taagan nahay. Nabad. Nabad ha kula jirto, oo kaalmeeyayaashaadana nabad ha la jirto, waayo, waxaa ku caawiya Ilaahaaga. Markaasaa Daa'uud iyagii soo dhoweeyey oo wuxuu ka dhigay saraakiishii guutada.
And the Spirit hath clothed Amasai, head of the captains: 'To thee, O David, and with thee, O son of Jesse — peace! peace to thee, and peace to thy helper, for thy God hath helped thee;' and David receiveth them, and putteth them among the heads of the troop.
19 Oo weliba reer Manasehna qaar baa Daa'uud geestiisa soo maray markuu raacay reer Falastiin oo Saa'uul dagaal ugu yimid, laakiinse iyagii ma ay caawiyin, waayo, saraakiishii reer Falastiin talay isagii ku eryeen, oo waxay isyidhaahdeen, Isagu intuu madaxyadeenna khatar geliyo ayuu sayidkiisii Saa'uul garab geli doonaa.
And of Manasseh there have fallen unto David in his coming with the Philistines against Israel to battle — and they helped them not, for by counsel the princes of the Philistines sent him away, saying, 'With our heads he doth fall unto his master Saul.' —
20 Oo markuu Siiqlag tegey waxaa geestiisa reer Manaseh ka soo maray Cadnaah, iyo Yoosaabaad, iyo Yediica'eel, iyo Miikaa'eel, iyo Yoosaabaad, iyo Eliihuu, iyo Silletay, oo dhammaantood ahaa saraakiil u taliya kun kun reer Manaseh ah.
In his going unto Ziglag there have fallen unto him of Manasseh, Adnah, and Jozabad, and Jediael, and Michael, and Jozabad, and Elihu, and Zillthai, heads of the thousands that [are] of Manasseh;
21 Oo waxay Daa'uud ka caawiyeen guutadii wax dhacaysay, waayo, waxay ahaayeen rag xoog badan oo ahaa saraakiishii ciidanka.
and they have helped with David over the troop, for mighty of valour [are] all of them, and they are captains in the host,
22 Waayo, maalin ka maalin waxaa Daa'uud u iman jiray kuwo isaga caawiya, ilamaa ay noqdeen ciidan weyn, oo ah sidii ciidanka Ilaah.
for at that time, day by day, they come in unto David to help him, till it is a great camp, like a camp of God.
23 Oo tanuna waa tiradii kuwii madaxda u ahaa kuwii dagaalka hubka u lahaa, oo Daa'uud ugu yimid Xebroon inay boqortooyada Saa'uul isaga u rogaan sidii uu eraygii Rabbigu ahaa.
And these [are] the numbers of the head, of the armed men of the host; they have come in unto David to Hebron to turn round the kingdom of Saul unto him, according to the mouth of Jehovah.
24 Kuwii reer Yahuudah ee gaashaan iyo waran qaadayay waxay ahaayeen lix kun iyo siddeed boqol oo nin, oo dagaal hub u leh.
The sons of Judah, bearing target and spear, [are] six thousand and eight hundred, armed ones of the host.
25 Oo kuwii reer Simecoon ee xoogga badnaa, dagaalkana u darbanaa waxay ahaayeen toddoba kun iyo boqol.
Of the sons of Simeon, mighty ones of valour for the host, [are] seven thousand and a hundred.
26 Reer Laawina waxaa ka joogay afar kun iyo lix boqol.
Of the sons of Levi [are] four thousand and six hundred;
27 Oo Yehooyaadaacna wuxuu ahaa madaxdii reer Haaruun, oo isagana waxaa la socday saddex kun iyo toddoba boqol oo nin.
and Jehoiada [is] the leader of the Aaronite, and with him [are] three thousand and seven hundred,
28 Saadooqna wuxuu ahaa nin dhallinyar oo xoog badan, oo waxaa la jiray laba iyo labaatan sirkaal oo reerkiisii wada ah.
and Zadok, a young man, mighty of valour, and of the house of his father [are] twenty and two heads.
29 Oo reer Benyaamiin oo ahaa Saa'uul walaalihiisna waxaa ka joogay saddex kun oo nin, waayo, ilaa waagaas iyaga intoodii badnayd waxay daacad u sii ahaayeen reerkii Saa'uul.
And of the sons of Benjamin, brethren of Saul, [are] three thousand, and hitherto their greater part are keeping the charge of the house of Saul.
30 Oo reer Efrayimna waxaa ka joogay labaatan kun iyo siddeed boqol oo nin, oo ah rag xoog badan oo dhammaantood reerahooda caan ku ah.
And of the sons of Ephraim [are] twenty thousand and eight hundred, mighty of valour, men of name, according to the house of their fathers.
31 Oo reer Manaseh badhkiisiina waxaa ka joogay siddeed iyo toban kun oo nin, oo loo magacaabay inay yimaadaan oo ay Daa'uud boqraan.
And of the half of the tribe of Manasseh [are] eighteen thousand, who have been defined by name, to come in to cause David to reign.
32 Oo reer Isaakaarna waxaa ka joogay rag garasho u leh wakhtiyada iyo waxa reer binu Israa'iil waajibka ku ah inay sameeyaan, oo iyaga madaxdoodu waxay ahaayeen laba boqol oo nin oo walaalahood oo dhanna iyagaa xukumay.
And of the sons of Issachar, having understanding for the times, to know what Israel should do; their heads [are] two hundred, and all their brethren [are] at their command.
33 Oo reer Sebulunna waxaa ka joogay kuwo ciidanka geli kara oo dagaalka isu safi kara, iyagoo wata cayn kasta oo ah alaabta dagaalka, oo isdiyaarin kara, oo aan labaqalbiilayaal ahayn, oo tiradooduna waxay ahayd konton kun oo nin.
Of Zebulun, going forth to the host, arranging battle with all instruments of battle, [are] fifty thousand, and keeping rank without a double heart.
34 Oo reer Naftaalina waxaa ka joogay kun sirkaal oo ay la socdaan toddoba iyo soddon kun oo nin oo waran iyo gaashaan wada sita.
And of Naphtali, a thousand heads, and with them, with target and spear, [are] thirty and seven thousand.
35 Oo reer Daanna waxaa ka joogay siddeed iyo labaatan kun iyo lix boqol oo nin oo dagaalka isu safi kara.
And of the Danite, arranging battle, [are] twenty and eight thousand and six hundred.
36 Oo reer Aasheerna waxaa ka joogay afartan kun oo nin oo ciidanka geli kara oo dagaalka isu safi kara.
And of Asher, going forth to the host, to arrange battle, [are] forty thousand.
37 Oo Webi Urdun dhankiisa kalena waxaa ka yimid boqol iyo labaatan kun oo nin oo wata cayn kasta oo ah alaabta dagaalka, oo waxayna ahaayeen reer Ruubeen, iyo reer Gaad, iyo reer Manaseh badhkiis.
And from beyond the Jordan, of the Reubenite, and of the Gadite, and of the half of the tribe of Manasseh, with all instruments of the host for battle, [are] a hundred and twenty thousand.
38 Intaas oo dhan oo wada ahaa rag dagaalyahan ah oo dagaalka isu safi kara waxay Xebroon ula yimaadeen qalbi qumman inay Daa'uud reer binu Israa'iil oo dhan u boqraan, oo reer binu Israa'iil intooda hadhay oo dhammuna isku qalbi bay ku ahaayeen inay Daa'uud boqraan.
All these [are] men of war, keeping rank — with a perfect heart they have come to Hebron, to cause David to reign over all Israel, and also all the rest of Israel [are] of one heart, to cause David to reign,
39 Oo iyana halkaasay Daa'uud la joogeen intii saddex maalmood ah, iyagoo wax cunaya oo wax cabbaya, waayo, walaalahood baa sooryo u diyaariyey.
and they are there, with David, three days, eating and drinking, for their brethren have prepared for them.
40 Oo weliba dadkii iyaga u dhowaa ee ahaa ilaa reer Isaakaar iyo reer Sebulun iyo reer Naftaali waxay cunto ku soo rareen dameerro, iyo awr, iyo baqlo, iyo dibi, oo waxay keeneen bur, iyo fudad berde ah, iyo rucubo sabiib ah, iyo khamri, iyo saliid, iyo dibi, iyo ido, dhammaanna aad iyo aad bay u badnaayeen, maxaa yeelay, reer binu Israa'iil dhexdooda farxad baa jirtay.
And also those near unto them, unto Issachar, and Zebulun, and Naphtali, are bringing in bread on asses, and on camels, and on mules, and on oxen — food of fine flour, fig-cakes and grape-cakes, and wine, and oil, and oxen, and sheep, in abundance, for joy [is] in Israel.
