1 Mwana Mbelele mpwalakumatula cidindo ca cisanu ne cibili, kwilu konse kwalamwena tonto kwa cintimbi ca ola.
And when He opens the seventh seal, there came silence in Heaven about half an hour,
2 Ndalabona kayi bangelo basanu ne babili bemana pantangu pa Lesa kabapewa matolompita asanu ne abili.
and I saw the seven messengers who have stood before God, and there were given to them seven trumpets,
3 Mungelo naumbi walesa kwimana pa nteme kakute cakutentelamo lubani, walapewa lubani lwinji kusankanya pa mipailo ya bantu ba Lesa, ne kwitwala pa nteme ya golide ili pantangu pa Cipuna ca Bwami.
and another messenger came, and he stood at the altar, having a golden censer, and there was given to him much incense, that he may give [it] to the prayers of all the holy ones on the golden altar that [is] before the throne,
4 Bwishi bwa lubani lwalikutentwa lwalasankana pamo ne mipailo ya bantu ba Lesa kufuma mu makasa a mungelo walikuba wemana pantangu pa Lesa.
and the smoke of the incenses, with the prayers of the holy ones, went up before God out of the hand of the messenger;
5 Lino mungelo walamanta cakutentelamo lubani ne kucisusha makalangasha a mulilo wa panteme ne kwawala pa cishi ca panshi. Palaboneka kutatala ne kubyasha byasha ne mutuntumo wa inshi.
and the messenger took the censer, and filled it out of the fire of the altar, and cast [it] to the earth, and there came voices, and thunders, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
6 Bangelo basa basanu ne babili balikukute matolompita asanu ne abili balalibambileti batatike kwalilisha.
And the seven messengers who are having the seven trumpets prepared themselves that they may sound the trumpets;
7 Mungelo wakutanguna walalilisha tolompita yakendi. Imfula ya mabwe ne mulilo wasankana ne milopa yalapomokela pa cishi ca panshi. Mbasu shitatu sha cishi ca panshi, mbasu shitatu sha bitondo, kayi ne mila yamwemfu yonse yalapya.
and the first messenger sounded the trumpet, and there came hail and fire, mingled with blood, and it was cast to the earth, and the third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.
8 Mungelo watubili walalilisha tolompita yakendi. Cintu calikuboneketi mulundu unene walikupya mulilo walawalwa mu lwenje. Mbasu shitatu sha lwenje shalasanduka milopa,
And the second messenger sounded the trumpet, and [something] like a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea, and the third of the sea became blood,
9 mbasu shitatu sha byabuyumi byalafwila mu lwenje, mbasu shitatu sha mato anene shalapasauka.
and the third of the creatures that [are] in the sea died, those having life, and the third of the ships were destroyed.
10 Mungelo wa citatu walalilisha tolompita yakendi. Lunyenyenshi lunene lwalikuboneketi lampi lwalalaka kwilu. Lwalalakila pa mbasu shitatu sha milonga ne pa tusensa twa menshi.
And the third messenger sounded the trumpet, and there fell out of the sky a great star, burning as a lamp, and it fell on the third of the rivers, and on the fountains of waters,
11 Lina lya lunyenyenshi ulu ni “Kulula”. Mbasu shitatu sha menshi shalalula, bantu bangi balanwa menshi balafwa pakwinga alalula.
and the name of the star is called Wormwood, and the third of the waters become wormwood, and many of the men died [because] of the waters, because they were made bitter.
12 Mungelo wa cina walalilisha tolompita yakendi. Mbasu shitatu sha lisuba, mwenshi ne nyenyenshi byonse byalafwa cakwinseti byalalilwa kumunikila mbasu shitatu sha cindi. Nkakwalaba lumwi mu mbasu shitatu sha cindi ca munshi, kayi mbasu shitatu sha cindi ca mashiku.
And the fourth messenger sounded the trumpet, and the third of the sun was struck, and the third of the moon, and the third of the stars, that the third of them may be darkened, and that the day may not shine—the third of it, and the night in like manner.
13 Kandicilangishisha, ndalabona ne kunyumfwa cikumbula walikuluka mwilu mu mulenga lenga kompololeti, “Malele! Malele! Malele ku bantu bekala pa cishi ca panshi cebo ca bangelo batatu batana balilisha matolompita abo!”
And I saw, and I heard one messenger, flying in midair, saying with a great voice, “Woe, woe, woe, to those dwelling on the earth because of the rest of the voices of the trumpet of the three messengers being about to sound trumpets.”
