1 Njame Paulo, mutumwa wa Klistu mwakuyanda kwa Lesa. Ndalembelenga bantu ba Lesa bali ku Efenso bashomeka mubuyumi bwabo bwekatana ne Klistu.
Paul, an apostle of Meshikha Yeshua through the will of God, to the saints (in Ephesus) who are faithful in Meshikha Yeshua:
2 Kwinamoyo ne lumuno bibe nenjamwe kufuma kuli Lesa, Bata ne Mwami wetu Yesu Klistu.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Yeshua Meshikha.
3 Katulumbaishani Lesa baishi Mwami wetu Yesu Klistu. Pakwinga mukwikatana pamo ne Klistu, Lesa walatupa colwe ciliconse ca mushimu kufuma Kwilu kupitila mu Mushimu Uswepa.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Yeshua Meshikha, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Meshikha;
4 Lesa katanalenga cishi walatusalila limo cebo cakwikatana pamo ne Klistu kwambeti tukabe bantu bakendi baswepa babula kampenda. Cebo ca lusuno lwakendi.
even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without blemish before him in love;
5 Lesa walabambilalimo kwambeti tukabe banabendi kupitila muli Yesu Klistu, pakwinga ecalamukondwelesha kayi encalikuyanda mwine.
having predestined us for adoption as children through Yeshua Meshikha to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire,
6 Katulumbaishani Lesa cebo ca bulemeneno ne kwina moyo kwakendi nkwalatupa kupitila mu Mwanendi ngwasuni.
to the praise of the glory of his grace, which he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved One,
7 Kupitila mu lufu lwakendi, Yesu walatusungulula kayi tukute kulekelelwa bwipishi. Cakubinga kwinamoyo kwa Lesa nikunene,
in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,
8 nkwalatupa kupitila mu mano ne lwinshibo lwakendi.
which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,
9 Lesa walensa ciliconse ncalikuyanda ne kuyubulula kuli njafwe bubambo bwakendi bwalikuba bwasolekwa mucindi cakunyuma mbwalikuba wasalilalimo kwambeti bukwanilishiwe muli Klistu.
making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him
10 Lino cakashika cindi celela ca bubambo ubu, Lesa nakabike pamo bintu byonse mubwendeleshi bwa Klistu, bintu bya kwilu ne bintu bya pacishi capanshi.
to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Meshikha, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, in him;
11 Bintu byonse nibikenshike kwelana ne mwine Lesa ncalayeyenga, kayi Lesa ewalatusala kuba bantu bakendi pakwikatana pamo ne Klistu kwelana ne kuyanda kwakendi kufuma pacitatiko.
in whom also we were assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his will;
12 Neco, afwe twalatanguna kuba ne kupembelela kulico muli Klistu, katulumbaishani bulemeneno bwa Lesa.
to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Meshikha:
13 Kayi nenjamwe mwalaba bantu ba Lesa kufuma pa cindi ncomwalanyumfwa mulumbe wancinencine, Mulumbe Waina walamuletela lupulusho. Mwalashoma muli Klistu, nendi Lesa walasuminisha pakubikapo cando cakendi palinjamwe ca Mushimu Uswepa ngwalamulaya,
in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the Rukha d'Qudsha of promise,
14 Pakwinga Mushimu Uswepa engwalabenga Lesa, ecitondesho ca kwambeti nitukatambule colwe ico ncalalaya kupa bantu bakendi, lino tukute kwamba mu lushomo kwambeti Lesa nakalubule bantu bakendi. Neco katulumbaishe bulemeneno bwakendi.
who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of his glory.
15 Pacebo ici, kufuma pacindi ncendalanyumfwa sha lushomo lwenu muli Yesu Mwami wetu kayi ne lusuno ndomukute ku bantu ba Lesa.
For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Yeshua which is among you, and the love which you have toward all the saints,
16 Cindi conse ndalumbanyanga Lesa pacebo canjamwe mu mipailo yakame, nkankute kuluba kwambapo sha njamwe sobwe.
do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,
17 Ndapailinga ne kusengeti Lesa wa Mwami wetu Yesu Klistu, Ishetu wabulemeneno amupe mushimu kwambeti mube ne mano ne kunyumfwishisha cena bintu mbyalayubululunga Lesa kwambeti mumwishibe cena.
that the God of our Lord Yeshua Meshikha, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him;
18 Ndapailingeti myoyo yenu icaluke ibone cena mumuni, kwambeti mukenshibe cena kwambeti kupembelela nkwalamukwili Lesa nicani, ne kwinshiba kwina kwabulemu ne colwe ico Lesa ncalashomesha bantu bakendi.
having the eyes of your heart enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 Kayi nicakubingeti mwinshibe ngofu shakendi shabula cakwelanikako isho shilasebensenga muli njafwe otwashoma. Ishi ningofu shabula cakwelanikako.
and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might
20 Isho Lesa nshalasebensesha pakumupundusha Klistu kubafu nekumwikalika ku cikasa cakendi cakululyo Kwilu.
which he worked in Meshikha, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Klistu Wekala pacipuna cabulemu capita bendeleshi bonse bamu makumbi, batangunishi bonse bakute ngofu kayi ne bami bonse. Ukute lina lyalemekwa kupita maina onse alipo pacino cindi nambi eti akabeko cindi cilesanga kuntangu. (aiōn g165)
far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. (aiōn g165)
22 Lesa walakoma bintu byonse nekubibika panshi pa bwendeleshi bwa Klistu kayi walamubika pelu pa bintu byonse kwambeti abe mutwi wa mubungano.
He put all things under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the church,
23 Mubungano emubili wa Klistu, kayi ewesulilwa ne Klistu, uyo ukute kwisusha bintu byonse cakupwililila.
which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
