1 Neco pakuba banabendi Lesa mbwasuni, kamwelekeshanga kubeti endiye.
Therfor be ye foloweris of God, as moost dereworthe sones;
2 Buyumi bwenu bwendeleshewe ne lusuno mbuli nendi Klistu ncalamusuna mpaka kushika pakuyaba buyumi bwakendi, cebo canjamwe, walaliyabeti mulumbo kayeti cipo canunkila cena ceshi kukondwelesha Lesa.
and walke ye in loue, as Crist louyde vs, and yaf hym silf for vs an offryng and a sacrifice to God, in to the odour of swetnesse.
3 Lino amwe pakuba bantu ba Lesa, nkacaina kwambeti makani abufule nambi byasafwana nambi bungola ne munyono kamutabyambanga pakati penu.
And fornycacioun, and al vnclennesse, or aueryce, be not named among you, as it bicometh holi men;
4 Nambi kwamba makani ashilila abuluya nambi malendo amatuka. Cenu ni kulumbaisha Lesa.
ethir filthe, or foli speche, or harlatrye, that perteyneth not to profit, but more doyng of thankyngis.
5 Kamwinshibani cancinencine kwambeti, mufule ne wasafwana mubwikalo nambi mungola. Pakwinga bungola bukute kuba kambwanga kakukambilila, nteti akabemo ne lubasu mu Bwami bwa Klistu ne Lesa.
For wite ye this, and vndurstonde, that ech letchour, or vnclene man, or coueytouse, that serueth to mawmetis, hath not eritage in the kingdom of Crist and of God.
6 Muntu katamubepa ne maswi abuluya, pakwinga pacebo ca bintu ibi bukalu bwa Lesa bulakesanga pabantu batamunyumfwili.
No man disseyue you bi veyn wordis; for whi for these thingis the wraththe of God cam on the sones of vnbileue.
7 Pacebo cilico, kamutekatananga ne bantu balico.
Therfor nyle ye be maad parteneris of hem.
8 Pakwinga pa cindi nacimbi nenjamwe mwalikuba mumushinshe, lino pakuba bakendi Mwami, mulekalanga mu mumuni.
For ye weren sum tyme derknessis, but now `ye ben liyt in the Lord. Walke ye as the sones of liyt.
9 Pakwinga bisepo bya mumuni ni cintu ciliconse caina, ciliconse calulama kayi cancine ncine.
For the fruyt of liyt is in al goodnesse, and riytwisnesse, and treuthe.
10 Kamwelekeshanga kwinsa bintu byeshikukondwelesha Mwami.
And preue ye what `thing is wel plesynge to God.
11 Kamutamantangamonga lubasu mu ncito shaipa sha mumushinshe shilenshinga bantu, amwe shibonesheni patuba!
And nyle ye comyne to vnfruytouse werkis of derknessis; but more repreue ye.
12 Pakwinga bintu byaipa mbyobakute kwinsa bitaboneke ku menso a bantu nabambi bikute kupa nsoni ne kubyamba.
For what thingis ben don of hem in priuy, it is foule, yhe, to speke.
13 Nomba mumuni ukute kuyubulula bintu byonse ne kubibika patuba kwambeti bantu babibone ncebibele.
And alle thingis that ben repreuyd of the liyt, ben opynli schewid; for al thing that is schewid, is liyt.
14 Pakwinga mumuni ukute kupesheti bintu byonse biboneke. Ncebakute kwambileti, “Obe wona tulo, punduka kubafu, Klistu nakalete mumuni pali njobe.”
For which thing he seith, Rise thou that slepist, and rise vp fro deth, and Crist schal liytne thee.
15 Neco kamushani mano ku bwikalo bwenu, kamutekalangeti bantu batacinshi ciliconse, nsombi kamubani bantu ba mano.
Therfor, britheren, se ye, hou warli ye schulen go;
16 Sebenseshani mwa mano colwe ncemukute pakwinsa byaina, pakwinga awa ni masuba aminyungwe yaipa.
not as vnwise men, but as wise men, ayenbiynge tyme, for the daies ben yuele.
17 Neco kamutapunama, elekeshani kwinsa bintu byalayandanga Mwami Lesa.
Therfor nyle ye be maad vnwise, but vndurstondynge which is the wille of God.
18 Kamutabanga ba cipwaya nongo, pakwinga kunwa kulico ngakononga buyumi bwenu, amwe kamubani besula ne Mushimu Uswepa.
And nyle ye be drunkun of wyn, in which is letcherie, but be ye fillid with the Hooli Goost; and speke ye to you silf in salmes,
19 Mwekala pamo kamwimbilanga nyimbo sha kutembaula, nyimbo shakulumba Lesa, nyimbo sha mushimu. Nyimbo sha kutembaula Mwami Lesa ne moyo wenu wonse.
and ymnes, and spiritual songis, syngynge and seiynge salm in youre hertis to the Lord;
20 Cebo ca Lina lya Mwami wetu Yesu Klistu, katulumbani Lesa Bata pa bintu byonse bilenshikinga.
euermore doynge thankingis for alle thingis in the name of oure Lord Jhesu Crist to God and to the fadir.
21 Kamunyumfwananga umo ne munendi, mwenseco mulalemekenga Klistu.
Be ye suget togidere in the drede of Crist.
22 Amwe batukashi mwebwa, kamunyumfwilanga bamaibenu mbuli ncemwelela kunyumfwila Mwami Yesu.
Wymmen, be thei suget to her hosebondis,
23 Pakwinga mulume emutwi wa mukashendi mbuli Klistu neye ncali mutwi wa mubungano. Klistu endiye walapulusha bantu mubungano pakwinga emubili wakendi.
as to the Lord, for the man is heed of the wymman, as Crist is heed of the chirche; he is sauyour of his bodi.
24 Neco mutukashi webwa anyumfwile baibendi, mbuli mubungano ncokute kunyumfwila Klistu.
But as the chirche is suget to Crist, so wymmen to her hosebondis in alle thingis.
25 Mutuloba uliyense weba asune mukashendi, mbuli Klistu ncausuni mubungano cakwinseti walensa kubengelapo buyumi bwakendi cebo ca mubungano.
Men, loue ye youre wyues, as Crist louyde the chirche, and yaf hym silf for it, to make it holi;
26 Walenseco pakupatulila mubungano kuli Lesa ne kuswepesha pakusambisha mu menshi kupitila mu maswi a Lesa.
and clenside it with the waisching of watir, in the word of lijf,
27 Kayi walenseco kwambeti autambule mubunganowo kauli wapa kayi waswepa wabula kampenda nambi minkonya nsombi walulama cakupwililila.
to yyue the chirche gloriouse to hym silf, that it hadde no wem, ne ryueling, or ony siche thing, but that it be hooli and vndefoulid.
28 Copeleco, mutuloba weba asune mukashendi mbuli ncausuni mubili wakendi. Mulume usuni mukashendi ulisuni mwine.
So and men `schulen loue her wyues, as her owne bodies. He that loueth his wijf, loueth hym silf;
29 Paliya muntu naba umo walapelapo mubili wakendi, nsombi ukute kulyesha ne kubamba cena, mbuli Klistu ncakute kubamba cena mubungano,
for no man hatide euere his owne fleisch, but nurischith and fostrith it, as Crist doith the chirche.
30 twense tobilama bya mubili wakendi.
And we ben membris of his bodi, of his fleisch, and of his boonys.
31 Mbuli Mabala ncalambangeti, “Pacebo ici mutuloba nakashiye baishi ne banyina nekuya kupamankana pamo ne mukashendi, aba babili nibakabeti muntu umo.”
For this thing a man schal forsake his fadir and modir, and he schal drawe to his wijf; and thei schulen be tweyne in o fleisch.
32 Mu Mabala awa muli likani linene lyancine ncine lyalikuba lyasolekwa ndyondenshibeti lilambanga sha Klistu ne mubungano.
This sacrament is greet; yhe, Y seie in Crist, and in the chirche.
33 Nambi kulico, alambanga pali njamwe, mutuloba uliyense asune mukashendi mbuli ncalisuni mwine, neye mukashi acindike ibendi.
Netheles ye alle, ech man loue his wijf as hym silf; and the wijf drede hir hosebonde.
