Razodetje 15

1 In videl sem drugo znamenje na nebu veliko in čudovito: sedem angelov imajočih sedmero šib skrajnih, ker se je v njih izpolnila jeza Božja.

AND I saw another sign in the heaven, great and wonderful, seven angels having the seven last plagues because by them is the wrath of God completely executed.

2 In videl sem kakor morje stekleno, namešano z ognjem, in zmagovalce nad zverjo in nad podobo njeno in nad znamenjem njenim, nad številom imena njenega, stoječe ob morji steklenem, imajoč citre Božje.

And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire; and those who had obtained the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name standing upon the sea of glass, holding the harps of God.

3 In pojó pesem Mojzesa, hlapca Božjega, in pesem jagnjetovo, govoreč: Velika in čudovita dela tvoja, Gospod Bog vsemogočni; pravična in resnična pota tvoja, kralj svetnikov!

And they sung the sacred ode of Moses the servant of the Lord, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, O Lord God Almighty; righteous and true are thy ways, O King of saints.

4 Kdo bi se te ne bal, Gospod, in ne slavil tvojega imena? Ker sam si svet; ker vsi narodi bodo prišli in molili pred teboj; ker razodele so se sodbe tvoje.

Who should not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? because thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee, because thy righteous judgments are made evident.

5 In potem sem videl, in glej: odpre se svetišče šatorja pričanja na nebu;

And after these things I beheld, and, lo! the temple of the tabernacle of witness in heaven was opened:

6 In izidejo sedmeri angeli, imajoč sedmero šib iz svetišča, oblečeni s platnom čistim in svetlim, in opasani okolo prsi sè zlatimi pasi.

and the seven angels having the seven plagues came forth out of the temple, clothed in linen white and shining, and girded about the breasts with golden girdles.

7 In iz četverih živali dá ena sedmerim angelom sedem čaš zlatih, polnih jeze Boga živega na vekov veke. (aiōn g165)

And one of the four living beings gave unto the seven angels seven golden vases full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)

8 In napolni se svetišče dima od slave Božje in od moči njegove; in nihče ni mogel vniti v svetišče, dokler se ne izpolnijo sedmere šibe sedmerih angelov.

And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no person was able to enter into the temple, until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completely executed.
