Psalmi 136
1 Slavite Gospoda, ker dober je, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
Give thanks to YHWH, For [He is] good, for His kindness [is] for all time.
2 Slavite bogov Boga, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
Give thanks to the God of gods, For His kindness [is] for all time.
3 Slavite gospodov Gospoda, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
Give thanks to the Lord of lords, For His kindness [is] for all time.
4 Njega, ki dela čudovita dela, velika sam, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
To Him doing great wonders by Himself alone, For His kindness [is] for all time.
5 Kateri je naredil z umnostjo nebesa; ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
To Him making the heavens by understanding, For His kindness [is] for all time.
6 Kateri razpenja zemljo nad vodami, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
To Him spreading the earth over the waters, For His kindness [is] for all time.
7 Kateri je naredil luči veliko, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
To Him making great lights, For His kindness [is] for all time.
8 Solnce, da gospoduje podnevi, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
The sun to rule by day, For His kindness [is] for all time.
9 Mesec sè zvezdami, da gospodujejo ponoči, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
The moon and stars to rule by night, For His kindness [is] for all time.
10 Kateri je udaril Egipčane v njih prvorojenih, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
To Him striking Egypt in their firstborn, For His kindness [is] for all time.
11 In izpeljal je Izraela iz med njih, ker vekomaj je milost njegova;
And bringing forth Israel from their midst, For His kindness [is] for all time.
12 Z močno pestjo in z iztegneno roko, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
By a strong hand and an outstretched-arm, For His kindness [is] for all time.
13 Kateri je razdelil morje trstovito na kose, ker vekomaj je milost njegova;
To Him cutting the Sea of Suph into parts, For His kindness [is] for all time,
14 In peljal Izraela po sredi njegovi, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
And caused Israel to pass through its midst, For His kindness [is] for all time,
15 In podrl je Faraona in krdela njegova v morje trstovito, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
And shook out Pharaoh and his force in the Sea of Suph, For His kindness [is] for all time.
16 Kateri je peljal ljudstvo svoje skozi puščavo, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
To Him leading His people in a wilderness, For His kindness [is] for all time.
17 Kateri je udaril kralje velike, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
To Him striking great kings, For His kindness [is] for all time.
18 In pobil je kralje veličastne, ker vekomaj je milost njegova:
Indeed, He slays majestic kings, For His kindness [is] for all time.
19 Sihona, kralja Amorejskega, ker vekomaj je milost njegova;
Even Sihon king of the Amorite, For His kindness [is] for all time.
20 In Oga, kralja Basanskega, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
And Og king of Bashan, For His kindness [is] for all time.
21 In dal je njih deželo v posest, ker vekomaj je milost njegova;
And He gave their land for inheritance, For His kindness [is] for all time.
22 Posest Izraelu, svojemu hlapcu, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
An inheritance to Israel His servant, For His kindness [is] for all time.
23 Kateri v ponižanji našem spominja se nas, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
Who has remembered us in our lowliness, For His kindness [is] for all time.
24 In otima nas sovražnikov naših, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
And He delivers us from our adversaries, For His kindness [is] for all time.
25 Ki daje hrane vsemu mesu, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
Giving food to all flesh, For His kindness [is] for all time.
26 Slavite Boga mogočnega nebes, ker vekomaj je milost njegova.
Give thanks to the God of the heavens, For His kindness [is] for all time!
