Psalmi 67

1 Bog nam bodi usmiljen in nas blagoslovi in pripravi svoj obraz, da sveti na nas. (Sela)

God, be merciful to us and bless us; be kind to us [IDM],

2 Da se tvoja pot lahko spozna na zemlji, tvoje rešilno zdravje med vsemi narodi.

in order that [everyone in] the world may know what you want them to do, and [the people of] all nations may know that you [have the power to] save [them].

3 Naj te hvali ljudstvo, oh Bog, naj te hvalijo vsa ljudstva.

God, I desire that [all] people-groups [will] praise you; I want them all to praise you!

4 Oh naj bodo narodi veseli in prepevajo zaradi veselja, kajti pravično boš sodil ljudstvo in upravljal narode na zemlji. (Sela)

I desire that [the people of all] nations will be glad and sing joyfully, because you judge the people-groups equally/justly, and you guide [all] nations in the world.

5 Naj te hvali ljudstvo, oh Bog, naj te hvalijo vsa ljudstva.

God, I desire that the people-groups [will] praise you; I want them all to praise you!

6 Potem bo zemlja obrodila svoj donos in Bog, celó naš lastni Bog, nas bo blagoslovil.

Good crops have grown on our land; God, our God, has blessed us.

7 Bog nas bo blagoslovil in bali se ga bodo vsi konci zemlje.

[And because] God has blessed us, I desire that all [people] everywhere [MTY] on the earth will revere him.
