Psalmi 147
1 Hvalite Gospoda, kajti dobro je peti hvalnice našemu Bogu, kajti to je prijetno in hvala je ljubka.
Praise Yahweh - for [is] good to sing praises to God our for [is] pleasant [is] fitting praise.
2 Gospod je zgradil Jeruzalem; skupaj zbira Izraelove pregnance.
[is] [the] builder of Jerusalem Yahweh [the] banished [ones] of Israel he gathers.
3 Ozdravlja potrte v srcu in povezuje njihove rane.
Who [is] healing [the people] broken of heart and [he is] binding up wounds their.
4 Šteje število zvezd, vse jih kliče po njihovih imenih.
[he is] counting [the] number Of the stars to all of them names he calls.
5 Velik je naš Gospod in zelo močan, njegovo razumevanje je neskončno.
[is] great Lord our and great of power to understanding his there not [is] a number.
6 Gospod dviguje krotke; zlobne podira k tlom.
[is] relieving Humble [people] Yahweh [is] bringing low wicked [people] to [the] ground.
7 Pojte Gospodu z zahvaljevanjem, našemu Bogu pojte hvalo na harfo,
Sing to Yahweh with thanksgiving make music to God our with a harp.
8 ki nebo pokriva z oblaki, ki za zemljo pripravlja dež, ki daje travi, da raste po gorah.
Who covers [the] heavens - with clouds who prepares for the earth rain who causes to sprout mountains grass.
9 On daje živali njeno hrano in mladim krokarjem, ki kličejo.
[who] gives To animal[s] food its to [the] young ones of a raven which they call out.
10 Ne razveseljuje se v moči konja. Ne veseli se človeških nog.
Not in [the] strength of horse he delights not in [the] legs of man he takes pleasure.
11 Gospod se veseli tistih, ki se ga bojijo, tistih, ki upajo v njegovo usmiljenje.
[is] taking pleasure in Yahweh [those] fearing him those [who] hope for covenant loyalty his.
12 Hvali Gospoda, oh Jeruzalem, hvali svojega Boga, oh Sion.
Extol O Jerusalem Yahweh praise God your O Zion.
13 Kajti utrjuje zapahe tvojih velikih vrat, tvoje otroke je blagoslovil znotraj tebe.
For he has strengthened [the] bars of gates your he has blessed children your in midst your.
14 Na tvojih mejah daje mir in te nasičuje z najodličnejšo pšenico.
The [one who] makes territory your peace [the] best of wheat he satisfies you.
15 Svojo zapoved pošilja na zemljo; njegova beseda teče zelo naglo.
The [one who] sends word his [the] earth to quickly it runs word his.
16 Sneg daje kakor volno, slano razsiplje kakor pepel.
The [one who] gives snow like wool frost like ash[es] he scatters.
17 Svoj led meče kakor koščke; kdo lahko obstane pred njegovim mrazom?
[the one who] throws Ice his like crumbs before coldness his who? will he stand.
18 Razpošilja svojo besedo in jih topi; svojemu vetru povzroča, da piha in vodam, [da] tečejo.
He sends word his and he melts them he makes blow wind his they flow waters.
19 Svojo besedo kaže Jakobu, svoje zakone in svoje sodbe Izraelu.

20 Z nobenim narodom ni tako postopal in glede njegovih sodb, jih oni niso spoznali. Hvalite Gospoda.
