1 To so potovanja Izraelovih otrok, ki so odšli naprej iz egiptovske dežele, s svojimi vojskami, pod Mojzesovo in Aronovo roko.
These [are] the journeys of the sons of Israel who have come out of the land of Egypt, by their hosts, by the hand of Moses and Aaron;
2 Mojzes je po Gospodovi zapovedi zapisal njihova odhajanja, glede na njihova potovanja, in to so njihova potovanja glede na njihova odhajanja.
and Moses writes their outgoings, by their journeys, by the command of YHWH; and these [are] their journeys, by their outgoings:
3 V prvem mesecu so se odpravili iz Ramesésa, na petnajsti dan prvega meseca. Naslednji dan po pashi so Izraelovi otroci odšli ven z dvignjeno roko pred očmi vseh Egipčanov.
And they journey from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; from the day after the Passover the sons of Israel have gone out with a high hand before the eyes of all the Egyptians—
4 Kajti Egipčani so pokopali vse svoje prvorojence, ki jih je Gospod udaril med njimi. Tudi nad njihovimi bogovi je Gospod izvršil sodbe.
and the Egyptians are burying those whom YHWH has struck among them, every firstborn, and YHWH has done judgments on their gods.
5 Izraelovi otroci so se odpravili iz Ramesésa in se utaborili v Sukótu.
And the sons of Israel journey from Rameses and encamp in Succoth.
6 Odrinili so iz Sukóta in se utaborili v Etámu, ki je na robu divjine.
And they journey from Succoth and encamp in Etham, which [is] in the extremity of the wilderness.
7 Odpravili so se iz Etáma in se ponovno obrnili k Pi Hahirótu, ki je pred Báal Cefónom in se utaborili pred Migdólom.
And they journey from Etham and turn back over Pi-Hahiroth, which [is] on the front of Ba‘al-Zephon, and they encamp before Migdol.
8 Odrinili so izpred Pi Hahiróta in prešli skozi sredo morja v divjino in odšli na tridnevno potovanje v Etámsko divjino in se utaborili v Mari.
And they journey from Pi-Hahiroth, and pass over through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and go a journey of three days in the wilderness of Etham, and encamp in Marah.
9 Odpravili so se iz Mare in prišli v Elím in v Elímu je bilo dvanajst vodnih studencev in sedemdeset palmovih dreves in tam so se utaborili.
And they journey from Marah and come to Elim, and twelve fountains of waters and seventy palm trees [are] in Elim, and they encamp there.
10 Odpravili so se iz Elíma in se utaborili pri Rdečem morju.
And they journey from Elim and encamp by the Red Sea.
11 Odpravili so se od Rdečega morja in se utaborili v Sinski divjini.
And they journey from the Red Sea and encamp in the wilderness of Sin.
12 Šli so na svoje potovanje iz Sinske divjine in se utaborili v Dofki.
And they journey from the wilderness of Sin and encamp in Dophkah.
13 Odrinili so iz Dofke in se utaborili v Alúšu.
And they journey from Dophkah and encamp in Alush.
14 Odpravili so se iz Alúša in se utaborili pri Refidímu, kjer ni bilo vode za ljudstvo, da pije.
And they journey from Alush and encamp in Rephidim; and there was no water there for the people to drink.
15 Odrinili so iz Refidíma in se utaborili v Sinajski divjini.
And they journey from Rephidim and encamp in the wilderness of Sinai.
16 Odpravili so se iz Sinajske puščave in se utaborili pri Kibrot-Hattaavi.
And they journey from the wilderness of Sinai and encamp in Kibroth-Hattaavah.
17 Odpravili so se iz Kibrot-Hattaave in se utaborili pri Hacerótu.
And they journey from Kibroth-Hattaavah and encamp in Hazeroth.
18 Odpravili so se iz Haceróta in se utaborili v Ritmi.
And they journey from Hazeroth and encamp in Rithmah.
19 Odpravili so se iz Ritme in se utaborili pri Rimón Perecu.
And they journey from Rithmah and encamp in Rimmon-Parez.
20 Odpotovali so iz Rimón Pereca in se utaborili v Libni.
And they journey from Rimmon-Parez and encamp in Libnah.
21 Odpravili so se iz Libne in se utaborili pri Risi.
And they journey from Libnah and encamp in Rissah.
22 Odpotovali so iz Rise in se utaborili v Keheláti.
And they journey from Rissah and encamp in Kehelathah.
23 Odšli so iz Keheláte in se utaborili na gori Šefer.
And they journey from Kehelathah and encamp in Mount Shapher.
24 Odpravili so se z gore Šefer in se utaborili v Harádi.
And they journey from Mount Shapher and encamp in Haradah.
25 Odpravili so se iz Haráde in se utaborili v Makhelótu.
And they journey from Haradah and encamp in Makheloth.
26 Odpravili so se iz Makhelóta in se utaborili pri Tahatu.
And they journey from Makheloth and encamp in Tahath.
27 Odpotovali so od Tahata in se utaborili pri Tarahu.
And they journey from Tahath and encamp in Tarah.
28 Odpravili so se od Taraha in se utaborili v Mitki.
And they journey from Tarah and encamp in Mithcah.
29 Odšli so iz Mitke in se utaborili v Hašmóni.
And they journey from Mithcah and encamp in Hashmonah.
30 Odpotovali so iz Hašmóne in se utaborili pri Moserótu.
And they journey from Hashmonah and encamp in Moseroth.
31 Odrinili so iz Moseróta in se utaborili v Bené Jaakánu.
And they journey from Moseroth and encamp in Bene-Jaakan.
32 Odpravili so se iz Bené Jaakána in se utaborili pri Hor Hagidgadu.
And they journey from Bene-Jaakan and encamp at Hor-Hagidgad.
33 Odšli so iz Hor Hagidgada in se utaborili v Jotbáti.
And they journey from Hor-Hagidgad and encamp in Jotbathah.
34 Odpravili so se iz Jotbáte in se utaborili pri Abróni.
And they journey from Jotbathah and encamp in Ebronah.
35 Odrinili so iz Abróne in se utaborili pri Ecjón Geberju.
And they journey from Ebronah and encamp in Ezion-Gaber.
36 Odpravili so se iz Ecjón Geberja in se utaborili v Cinski divjini, ki je Kadeš.
And they journey from Ezion-Gaber and encamp in the wilderness of Zin, which [is] Kadesh.
37 Odpravili so se iz Kadeša in se utaborili na gori Hor, na robu edómske dežele.
And they journey from Kadesh and encamp in Mount Hor, in the extremity of the land of Edom.
38 Duhovnik Aron je odšel gor na goro Hor, po Gospodovi zapovedi in tam, v štiridesetem letu, potem ko so Izraelovi otroci prišli iz egiptovske dežele, umrl, na prvi dan petega meseca.
And Aaron the priest goes up to Mount Hor by the command of YHWH, and dies there in the fortieth year of the going out of the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first of the month;
39 Aron je bil star sto triindvajset let, ko je umrl na gori Hor.
and Aaron [is] a son of one hundred and twenty-three years in his dying on Mount Hor.
40 Kralj Arád, Kánaanec, ki je prebival na jugu kánaanske dežele, je slišal o prihajanju Izraelovih otrok.
And the Canaanite, king of Arad, who is dwelling in the south in the land of Canaan, hears of the coming of the sons of Israel.
41 Odpravili so se z gore Hor in se utaborili v Calmóni.
And they journey from Mount Hor and encamp in Zalmonah.
42 Odšli so iz Calmóne in se utaborili v Punónu.
And they journey from Zalmonah and encamp in Punon.
43 Odšli so iz Punóna in se utaborili v Obótu.
And they journey from Punon and encamp in Oboth.
44 Odšli so iz Obóta in se utaborili v Ijé Abarímu, na moábski meji.
And they journey from Oboth and encamp in Ije-Abarim, in the border of Moab.
45 Odšli so iz Ijíma in se utaborili v Dibón Gadu.
And they journey from Iim and encamp in Dibon-Gad.
46 Odpravili so se iz Dibón Gada in se utaborili v Almón Diblatájemi.
And they journey from Dibon-Gad and encamp in Almon-Diblathaim.
47 Odpravili so se iz Almón Diblatájeme in se utaborili na gorovju Abaríma, pred Nebójem.
And they journey from Almon-Diblathaim and encamp in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48 Odrinili so z gorovja Abarím in se utaborili na moábskih ravninah pri Jordanu, blizu Jerihe.
And they journey from the mountains of Abarim and encamp in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, [near] Jericho.
49 Utaborili so se pri Jordanu, od Bet Ješimóta celo do Abél Šitíma, na moábskih ravninah.
And they encamp by the Jordan, from Beth-Jeshimoth as far as Abel-Shittim in the plains of Moab.
50 In Gospod je spregovoril Mojzesu na moábskih ravninah poleg Jordana, blizu Jerihe, rekoč:
And YHWH speaks to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, [near] Jericho, saying,
51 »Govori Izraelovim otrokom in jim reci: ›Ko prečkate Jordan, v kánaansko deželo,
“Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When you are passing over the Jordan to the land of Canaan,
52 potem boste izpred sebe napodili vse prebivalce dežele, uničili vse njihove slike, uničili vse njihove ulite podobe, popolnoma uničili vse njihove visoke kraje
then you have dispossessed all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and have destroyed all their imagery, indeed, you destroy all their molten images, and you lay waste [to] all their high places,
53 in razlastili boste prebivalce dežele in prebivali v njej, kajti dal sem vam deželo, da jo zavzamete.
and you have possessed the land and dwelt in it, for I have given the land to you to possess it.
54 Deželo boste razdelili z žrebom za dediščino med svojimi družinami in številčnejšemu boste dali več dediščine in maloštevilnemu boste dali manj dediščine. Dediščina vsakogar bo na kraju, kjer pade njegov žreb. Dedovali boste glede na rodove svojih očetov.
And you have inherited the land by lot, by your families; to the many you increase their inheritance, and to the few you diminish their inheritance; to where the lot goes out to him, it is his; you inherit by the tribes of your fathers.
55 Toda če izpred sebe ne boste napodili prebivalcev dežele, potem se bo zgodilo, da bodo tisti, ki jih boste izmed njih pustili, bodice v vaših očeh in trni v vaših bokih in vas bodo dražili v deželi, v kateri prebivate.
And if you do not dispossess the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it has been [that] those whom you let remain of them [are] for pricks in your eyes and for thorns in your sides, and they have distressed you on the land in which you are dwelling,
56 Poleg tega se bo zgodilo, da vam bom storil, kakor sem mislil storiti njim.‹«
and it has come to pass, as I thought to do to them, I do to you.”
