Nehemija 12
1 Torej to so duhovniki in Lévijevci, ki so prišli gor z Zerubabélom, Šealtiélovim sinom in Ješúom: Serajá, Jeremija, Ezra,
These also are the Priestes and the Leuites that went vp with Zerubbabel, the sonne of Shealtiel, and Ieshua: to wit, Seraiah, Ieremiah, Ezra,
2 Amarjá, Malúh, Hatúš,
Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,
3 Šehanjá, Rehúm, Meremót,
Shecaniah, Rehum, Merimoth,
4 Idó, Ginetó, Abíja,
Iddo, Ginnetho, Abiiah,
5 Mijamín, Maadjá, Bilgá,
Miamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,
6 Šemajá, Jojaríb, Jedajája,
Shemaiah, and Ioiarib, Iedaiah,
7 Salú, Amók, Hilkijá, Jedajája. Ti so bili vodje duhovnikov in njihovih bratov v dneh Ješúa.
Sallu, Amok, Hilkiiah, Iedaiah: these were the chiefe of the Priests, and of their brethren in the dayes of Ieshua.
8 Poleg tega Lévijevci: Ješúa, Binúj, Kadmiél, Šerebjá, Juda in Matanjá, ki je bil nad zahvaljevanjem, on in njegovi bratje.
And the Leuites, Ieshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Iudah, Mattaniah were ouer the thankesgiuings, he, and his brethren.
9 Tudi Bakbukjá in Uní, njihova brata, sta bila njim nasproti na stražah.
And Bakbukiah and Vnni, and their brethren were about them in the watches.
10 Ješúa je zaplodil Jojakíma, Jojakím je zaplodil tudi Eljašíba, Eljašíb je zaplodil Jojadá,
And Ieshua begate Ioiakim: Ioiakim also begate Eliashib, and Eliashib begate Ioiada.
11 Jojadá je zaplodil Jonatana in Jonatan je zaplodil Jadúa.
And Ioiada begate Ionathan, and Ionathan begate Iaddua,
12 V dneh Jojakíma so bili duhovniki, vodja očetov: od Serajáma Merajá, od Jeremija Hananjá,
And in the daies of Ioiakim were these, the chiefe fathers of the Priests: vnder Seraiah was Meraiah, vnder Ieremiah, Hananiah,
13 od Ezra Mešulám, od Amarjá Johanán,
Vnder Ezra, Meshullam, vnder Amariah, Iehohanan,
14 od Melicuja Jonatan, od Šebanjá Jožef,
Vnder Melicu, Ionathan, vnder Shebaniah, Ioseph,
15 od Haríma Adná, od Merajóta Helkáj,
Vnder Harim, Adna, vnder Maraioth, Helkai,
16 od Idója Zaharija, od Ginetóna Mešulám,
Vnder Iddo, Zechariah, vnder Ginnithon, Meshullam,
17 od Abíja Zihrí, od Minjamína, od Moadjája Piltáj,
Vnder Abiiah, Zichri, vnder Miniamin, and vnder Moadiah, Piltai,
18 od Bilgája Šamúa, od Šemajája Jehonatan,
Vnder Bilgah, Shammua, vnder Shemaiah, Iehonathan,
19 in od Jojaríba Matenáj, od Jedajája Uzí,
Vnder Ioiarib, Mattenai, vnder Iedaiah, Vzzi,
20 od Salája Kaláj, od Amóka Eber,
Vnder Sallai, Kallai, vnder Amok, Eber,
21 od Hilkijá Hašabjá, od Jedajája, Netanél.
Vnder Hilkiah, Hashabiah, vnder Iedaiah, Nethaneel.
22 Lévijevci v dneh Eljašíba, Jojadája, Johanána in Jadúa so bili zabeleženi vodje očetov, tudi duhovniki, do kraljevanja Perzijca Dareja.
In the dayes of Eliashib, Ioiada, and Iohanan and Iaddua were the chiefe fathers of the Leuites written, and the Priests in the reigne of Darius the Persian.
23 Lévijevi sinovi, vodje očetov so bili zapisani v kroniški knjigi, celo do dni Eljašíbovega sina Johanána.
The sonnes of Leui, the chiefe fathers were written in the booke of the Chronicles euen vnto the dayes of Iohanan the sonne of Eliashib.
24 Vodje Lévijevcev: Hašabjá, Šerebjá in Kadmiélov sin Ješúa z njihovimi brati nasproti njih, da hvalijo in da se zahvaljujejo, glede na zapoved Davida, Božjega moža, straža nasproti straži.
And the chiefe of the Leuites were Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Ieshua the sonne of Kadmiel, and their brethren about them to giue prayse and thankes, according to the ordinance of Dauid the man of God, ward ouer against warde.
25 Matanjá in Bakbukjá, Obadjá, Mešulám, Talmón, Akúb so bili vratarji, ki so varovali stražo pri pragovih velikih vrat.
Mattaniah and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon and Akkub were porters keeping the warde at the thresholds of the gates.
26 Ti so bili v dneh Jojakíma, sina Ješúa, sinú Jocadákovega in v dneh voditelja Nehemija in preroka Ezra, pisarja.
These were in the dayes of Ioiakim, the sonne of Ieshua, the sonne of Iozadak, and in the dayes of Nehemiah the captaine, and of Ezra the Priest and scribe.
27 Ob posvetitvi jeruzalemskega obzidja so iskali Lévijevce iz vseh njihovih krajev, da jih privedejo v Jeruzalem, da ohranjajo posvetitev z veseljem, tako z zahvaljevanjem kakor s petjem, s cimbalami, plunkami in harfami.
And in the dedication of the wall at Ierusalem they sought the Leuites out of all their places to bring them to Ierusalem to keepe the dedication and gladnes, both with thankesgiuings and with songs, cymbales, violes and with harpes.
28 Sinovi pevcev so se zbrali skupaj, tako iz ravne dežele okoli Jeruzalema kakor iz vasi Netófčanov,
Then the singers gathered themselues together both from the plaine countrey about Ierusalem, and from the villages of Netophathi,
29 tudi iz hiše Gilgála in iz gebskih in azmávetskih polj, kajti pevcem so zgradili vasi okoli Jeruzalema.
And from the house of Gilgal, and out of the countreis of Geba, and Azmaueth: for the singers had built them villages round about Ierusalem.
30 Duhovniki in Lévijevci so očistili sebe, očistili ljudstvo in velika vrata ter obzidje.
And the Priests and Leuites were purified, and clensed the people, and the gates, and the wall.
31 Potem sem na obzidje privedel Judove prince in določil dve veliki skupini tistih, ki so dajali zahvalo, od katerih je ena odšla na desno roko, po obzidju, h Gnojnim velikim vratom.
And I brought vp the princes of Iudah vpon the wall, and appointed two great companies to giue thankes, and the one went on the right hand of the wall toward the dung gate.

And after them went Hoshaiah, and halfe of the princes of Iudah,
33 Azarjá, Ezra, Mešulám,
And Azariah, Ezra and Meshullam,
34 Juda, Benjamin, Šemajá in Jeremija.
Iudah, Beniamin, and Shemaiah, and Ieremiah,
35 Nekateri izmed duhovnikovih sinov s trobentami, namreč Zeharjá, sin Jonatana, sinú Šemajá, sinú Matanjá, sinú Mihajája, sinú Zahúrja, sinú Asáfa
And of the Priests sonnes with trumpets, Zechariah the sonne of Ionathan, the sonne of Shemaiah, the sonne of Mattaniah, the sonne of Michaiah, the sonne of Zaccur, ye sonne of Asaph.
36 in njegovi bratje: Šemajá, Azarél, Milaláj, Gilaláj, Maáj, Netanél, Juda in Hananí z glasbenimi instrumenti Davida, Božjega moža in pisar Ezra pred njimi.
And his brethren, Shemaiah, and Azareel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Iudah, Hanani, with the musicall instruments of Dauid the man of God: and Ezra the scribe went before them.
37 Pri Studenčnih velikih vratih, ki so bila nasproti njim, so se po stopnicah Davidovega mesta povzpeli ob vzponu obzidja, nad Davidovo hišo, celo do Vodnih velikih vrat proti vzhodu.
And to the gate of the fountaine, euen ouer against them went they vp by the staires of the citie of Dauid, at the going vp of the wall beyond the house of Dauid, euen vnto the water gate Eastward.
38 Druga skupina izmed tistih, ki so dajali zahvalo, pa je šla nasproti njim in jaz za njimi in polovica ljudstva na zidu od onstran stolpa talilnih peči, celo do širokega zidu
And the seconde companie of them that gaue thankes, went on the other side, and I after them, and the halfe of the people was vpon the wall, and vpon the towre of the furnaces euen vnto the broad wall.
39 in nad Efrájimovimi velikimi vrati, nad Starimi velikimi vrati, nad Ribjimi velikimi vrati in [mimo] stolpa Hananéla in stolpa Mea, torej do Ovčjih velikih vrat in so mirno obstali pri Jetniških velikih vratih.
And vpon the gate of Ephraim, and vpon the olde gate, and vpon the fishgate, and the towre of Hananeel, and the towre of Meah, euen vnto the sheepegate: and they stood in the gate of the warde.
40 Tako sta stali dve skupini izmed tistih, ki so dajali zahvalo v Božji hiši ter jaz in polovica vladarjev z menoj
So stood the two companies (of them that gaue thankes) in the house of God, and I and the halfe of the rulers with me.
41 in duhovniki: Eljakím, Maasejája, Minjamín, Mihajá, Eljoenáj, Zeharjá in Hananjá s trobentami
The Priests also, Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Michaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, Hananiah, with trumpets,
42 ter Maasejája, Šemajá, Eleazar, Uzí, Johanán, Malkijája, Elám in Ecer. Pevci so glasno peli z Jizrahjájem, njihovim nadzornikom.
And Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Vzzi, and Iehohanan, and Malchiiah, and Elam, and Ezer: and the singers sang loude, hauing Izrahiah which was the ouerseer.
43 Ta dan so darovali tudi veliko klavnih daritev in se veselili, kajti Bog jih je pripravil, da se veselijo z veliko radostjo. Tudi žene in otroci so se veselili, tako da je bilo veselje iz Jeruzalema slišati celo od daleč.
And the same day they offered great sacrifices and reioyced: for God had giuen them great ioy, so that both the women, and the children were ioyfull: and the ioy of Ierusalem was heard farre off.
44 Ob tistem času so bili nekateri določeni nad sobe za zaklade, za daritve, za prve sadove in za desetine, da zberejo vanje iz mestnih polj deleže od postave za duhovnike in Lévijevce, kajti Juda se je veselil zaradi duhovnikov in Lévijevcev, ki so čakali.
Also at the same time were men appointed ouer the chambers of the store for the offerings (for the first fruites, and for the tithes) to gather into them out of the fieldes of the cities, the portions of the Law for the Priests and the Leuites: for Iudah reioyced for the Priests and for the Leuites, that serued.
45 Tako pevci kakor vratarji so varovali službo svojega Boga in službo očiščevanja, glede na zapoved Davida in njegovega sina Salomona.
And both the singers and the Leuites kept the ward of their God, and the warde of the purification according to the commandement of Dauid, and Salomon his sonne.
46 Kajti v dneh Davida in Asáfa, so bili tam od davnine vodje pevcev s pesmimi hvaljenja in zahvaljevanja Bogu.
For in the dayes of Dauid and Asaph, of olde were chiefe singers, and songs of praise and thankesgiuing vnto God.
47 Ves Izrael je v dneh Zerubabéla in v dneh Nehemija dal deleže pevcem in vratarjem, vsak dan njegov delež. Svete stvari pa so posvetili Lévijevcem in Lévijevci so jih posvetili Aronovim otrokom.
And in the dayes of Zerubbabel, and in the dayes of Nehemiah did al Israel giue portions vnto the singers and porters, euerie day his portion, and they gaue the holy things vnto the Leuites, and the Leuites gaue the holy things vnto the sonnes of Aaron.
