< Marko 16 >
When the Sabbath was past, Miriam from Magdala, and Miriam the mother of Jacob, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.
2 In zelo zgodaj zjutraj, prvega dne v tednu, so ob sončnem vzhodu prišle k mavzoleju.
Very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.
3 In med seboj so govorile: »Kdo nam bo odvalil kamen proč izpred vrat mavzoleja?«
They were saying among themselves, "Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?"
for it was very big. Looking up, they saw that the stone was rolled back.
Entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed in a white robe, and they were amazed.
6 On pa jim reče: »Ne bodite zgrožene. Poglejte prostor, kamor so ga položili.
He said to them, "Do not be amazed. You seek Yeshua of Natzeret, who has been crucified. He has risen. He is not here. Look, the place where they put him.
7 Toda pojdite svojo pot, povejte njegovim učencem in Petru, da gre pred vami v Galilejo; tam ga boste videli, kakor vam je rekel.«
But go, tell his talmidim and Peter, 'He goes before you into Galil. There you will see him, as he said to you.'"
8 In hitro so odšle ven in pobegnile od mavzoleja, kajti trepetale so in bile osuple niti niso ničesar povedale nobenemu človeku, kajti bile so prestrašene.
They went out, and fled from the tomb, for trembling and astonishment had come on them. They said nothing to anyone; for they were afraid.
9 (note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.)
(note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Now when he had risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Miriam from Magdala, from whom he had cast out seven demons.
She went and told those who had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
When they heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, they disbelieved.
And after these things he appeared in another form to two of them, as they walked on their way into the country.
13 In odšla sta ter to povedala preostalim. Niti njima niso verovali.
And they went away and told it to the rest. They did not believe them, either.
Afterward he was revealed to the eleven themselves as they were reclining, and he rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
15 In rekel jim je: »Pojdite po vsem svetu in oznanite evangelij vsakemu ustvarjenemu bitju.
And he said to them, "Go into all the world, and proclaim the Good News to the whole creation.
16 Kdor veruje in je krščen, bo rešen; toda kdor ne veruje, bo obsojen.
He who believes and is immersed will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.
17 In ta znamenja bodo spremljala tiste, ki verujejo: ›V mojem imenu bodo izganjali hudiče, govorili bodo z novimi jeziki,
And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
18 dvigali bodo kače in če popijejo kakršnokoli smrtonosno stvar, jim ta ne bo škodila; polagali bodo roke na bolne in ti bodo ozdraveli.‹«
they will pick up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not harm them; they will place their hands on the sick, and they will be made well."
So then the Lord Yeshua, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
Amen.
And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the message by the signs that followed.
