Ozej 2
1 Svojim bratom recite: ›Moje ljudstvo‹ in svojim sestram: ›Pomiloščena.‹
Say ye unto your brethren: 'Ammi'; and to your sisters, 'Ruhamah.'
2 Pravdajte se s svojo materjo, pravdajte, kajti ona ni moja žena niti jaz nisem njen soprog. Naj torej odloži svoja vlačugarstva iz svojega pogleda in svoja zakonolomstva izmed svojih prsi,
Plead with your mother, plead; for she is not My wife, neither am I her husband; and let her put away her harlotries from her face, and her adulteries from between her breasts;
3 da je ne bom slekel do golega in jo postavil kakor na dan, ko je bila rojena in jo naredil kakor divjino in jo postavil kakor suho deželo in jo pogubil z žejo.
Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.
4 Ne bom se usmilil njenih otrok, kajti oni so otroci vlačugarstev.
And I will not have compassion upon her children; for they are children of harlotry.
5 Kajti njihova mati je igrala pocestnico. Ta, ki jih je spočela, je storila sramotno, kajti rekla je: ›Hodila bom za svojimi ljubimci, ki mi dajejo moj kruh in mojo vodo, mojo volno in moj lan, moje olje in mojo pijačo.‹
For their mother hath played the harlot, she that conceived them hath done shamefully; for she said: 'I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.'
6 Zatorej glej, tvojo pot bom ogradil s trnjem in naredil zid, da ne bo našla svojih steza.
Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and I will make a wall against her, that she shall not find her paths.
7 Sledila bo za svojimi ljubimci, toda ne bo jih dohitela in iskala jih bo, toda ne bo jih našla. Tedaj bo rekla: ›Šla bom in se vrnila k svojemu prvemu soprogu, kajti takrat je bilo z menoj bolje kakor sedaj.‹
And she shall run after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them, and she shall seek them, but shall not find them; then shall she say: 'I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now.'
8 Kajti ni vedela, da sem ji jaz dajal njeno žito, vino, olje in množil njeno srebro in zlato, ki so ga pripravili za Báala.
For she did not know that it was I that gave her the corn, and the wine, and the oil, and multiplied unto her silver and gold, which they used for Baal.
9 Zatorej se bom vrnil in odvzel svoje žito ob njegovem času in svoje vino v njegovem obdobju in nazaj bom dobil svojo volno in svoj lan, izročen, da pokrije njeno nagoto.
Therefore will I take back My corn in the time thereof, and My wine in the season thereof, and will snatch away My wool and My flax given to cover her nakedness.
10 Sedaj bom odkril njeno nespodobnost pred očmi njenih ljubimcev in nihče je ne bo rešil iz moje roke.
And now will I uncover her shame in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of My hand.
11 Prav tako bom vsemu njenemu veselju povzročil, da bo prenehalo, njenim prazničnim dnevom, njenim mlajem, njenim šabatom in vsem njenim slovesnim praznikom.
I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feasts, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her appointed seasons.
12 Uničil bom njene trte in njena figova drevesa, o katerih je rekla: ›To so moje nagrade, ki so mi jih dajali moji ljubimci.‹ Jaz pa jih bom naredil za gozd in živali polja jih bodo jedle.
And I will lay waste her vines and her fig-trees, whereof she hath said: 'These are my hire that my lovers have given me'; and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them.
13 Na njej bom obiskal dneve Báalov, na katere jim je zažigala kadilo in se krasila s svojimi uhani in svojimi dragocenostmi in hodila za svojimi ljubimci, mene pa pozabila, « govori Gospod.
And I will visit upon her the days of the Baalim, wherein she offered unto them, and decked herself with her ear-rings and her jewels, and went after her lovers, and forgot Me, saith the LORD.
14 »Zatorej glej, jaz jo bom privabil in jo pripeljal v divjino in ji tolažilno prigovarjal.
Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly unto her.
15 Jaz ji bom od tam dal njene vinograde in dolino Ahór za vrata upanja in ona bo tam prepevala kakor v dneh svoje mladosti in kakor na dan, ko je prišla gor iz egiptovske dežele.
And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope; and she shall respond there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.
16 In zgodilo se bo tisti dan, « govori Gospod, » da me boš klicala: ›Ishi‹ in ne boš me več klicala: ›Báali.‹
And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call Me Ishi, and shalt call Me no more Baali.
17 Kajti odstranil bom imena Báalov iz njenih ust in po njihovem imenu se jih ne bodo več spominjali.
For I will take away the names of the Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be mentioned by their name.
18 Na ta dan bom zanje sklenil zavezo s poljskimi živalmi, s perjadjo neba in s plazečimi stvarmi zemlje. Prelomil bom lok, meč in bitko z zemlje in storil jim bom, da se varno zleknejo.
And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground; and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the land, and will make them to lie down safely.
19 In zaročil te bom k sebi za vedno. Da, zaročil te bom k sebi v pravičnosti, v sodbi, v ljubeči skrbnosti in v milostih.
And I will betroth thee unto Me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto Me in righteousness, and in justice, and in lovingkindness, and in compassion.
20 Zaročil te bom k sebi, celo v zvestobi in spoznala boš Gospoda.
And I will betroth thee unto Me in faithfulness; and thou shalt know the LORD.
21 Zgodilo se bo na tisti dan; uslišal bom, « govori Gospod, »uslišal bom nebo in to bo uslišalo zemljo
And it shall come to pass in that day, I will respond, saith the LORD, I will respond to the heavens, and they shall respond to the earth;
22 in zemlja bo uslišala žito in vino in olje in ti bodo uslišali Jezreéla.
And the earth shall respond to the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall respond to Jezreel.
23 Posejal si jo bom na zemlji in usmilil se bom nje, ki ni dosegla usmiljenja in rekel bom tistim, ki niso bili moje ljudstvo: ›Vi ste moje ljudstvo.‹ In oni bodo rekli: › Ti si moj Bog.‹«
And I will sow her unto Me in the land; and I will have compassion upon her that had not obtained compassion; and I will say to them that were not My people: 'Thou art My people'; and they shall say: 'Thou art my God.'
