1 Glede na oddelke vratarjev je bil od Kórahovcev Mešelemjá, sin Koréja izmed Asáfovih sinov.
To the courses of the door-keepers, pertained, —of the Korahites, Meshelemiah son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph;
2 Mešelemjájevi sinovi so bili prvorojenec Zeharjá, drugi Jediaél, tretji Zebadjá, četrti Jatniél,
and, Meshelemiah, had sons, —Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth;
3 peti Elám, šesti Johanán, sedmi Eljoenáj.
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Eliehoenai the seventh.
4 Poleg tega so bili Obéd Edómovi sinovi prvorojenec Šemajá, drugi Jozabád, tretji Joáh, četrti Sahár, peti Netanél,
And, Obed-edom, had sons, —Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Josh the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth;
5 šesti Amiél, sedmi Isahár in osmi Peuletáj, kajti Bog ga je blagoslovil.
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai, the eighth, —for God had blessed him.
6 Tudi njegovemu sinu Šemajáju so bili rojeni sinovi, ki so vladali po hiši svojih očetov, kajti bili so močni junaški možje.
And, to Shemaiah his son, were born sons, who bare rule to their ancestral house, —for, heroes of valour, were they.
7 Šemajájevi sinovi: Otní, Refaél, Obéd, Elzabád, katerega bratje so bili močni možje, Elihú in Semahjá.
the sons of Shemaiah, were Othni and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were sons of valour, —Elihu, and Semachiah.
8 Vseh teh izmed Obéd Edómovih sinov in njihovih bratov, sposobnih mož za službo je bilo dvainšestdeset.
All these, were of the sons of Obed-edom, they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service, —sixty-two, pertaining to Obed-edom.
9 Mešelemjá je imel sinove in brate, močne može, osemnajst.
And, Meshelemiah, had sons, and brethren, sons of valour, eighteen.
10 Tudi Hosá, izmed Meraríjevih otrok, je imel sinove: vodja Šimrí, (kajti čeprav ni bil prvorojenec, ga je vendar njegov oče naredil za vodjo)
And, Hosah of the sons of Merari, had sons, —Shimri the chief, for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father, made him, chief.
11 drugi Hilkijá, tretji Tebaljá, četrti Zeharjá. Vseh sinov Hosájevih bratov je bilo trinajst.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth, —all the sons and brethren of Hosah, were thirteen.
12 Med temi so bili oddelki vratarjev, celó med vodilnimi možmi so imeli straže, da služijo eden nasproti drugemu v Gospodovi hiši.
To these, belonged the courses of door-keepers, to the chiefs of the strong men, belonged charges, equally with their brethren, —to be in attendance in the house of Yahweh.
13 Metali so žrebe, tako majhni kakor veliki, glede na hišo njihovih očetov, za vsaka velika vrata.
Yea they cast lots, as the small so the great, by their ancestral house, for every several gate.
14 Žreb proti vzhodu je zadel Šelemjája. Potem so metali žrebe za Zeharjá, njegovega sina, modrega svetovalca in njegov žreb je izšel proti severu.
And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. And, for Zechariah his son, a discreet counsellor, they cast lots, and his lot came out, northward.
15 Za Obéd Edóma in za njegove sinove od Asupimove hiše proti jugu.
To Obed-edom, southward, —and, to his sons, the storehouse.
16 Šupímu in Hosáju je žreb izšel proti zahodu z velikimi vrati Šaléheta, pri tlakovani pešpoti vzpona, straža proti straži.
To Shuppim and to Hosah, westward, near the refuse-gate, in the causeway that goeth up, —one ward as well as another.
17 Proti vzhodu je bilo šest Lévijevcev, štirje na dan proti severu, štirje na dan proti jugu in proti Asupimu dva in dva.
Eastward—daily, were six, —northward—daily, four, southward—daily, four, and, for the stores, two and two.
18 Pri Parbarju proti zahodu, štirje pri tlakovani pešpoti in dva pri Parbarju.
For the precinct—westward, four, at the causeway, two—by the precinct.
19 To so oddelki vratarjev med Koréjevimi sinovi in med Meraríjevimi sinovi.
These, were the courses of the door-keepers, of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.
20 Izmed Lévijevcev je bil Ahíja nad zakladnicami Božje hiše in nad zakladnicami posvečenih stvari.
And, the Levites, their brethren, were over the treasuries of the house of God, even to the treasuries of hallowed things.
21 Glede Ladánovih sinov: sinovi Geršónca Ladána, poglavarji očetov, celó od Geršónca Ladána, je bil Jehielí.
The sons of Ladan—the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan—the ancestral chiefs belonging to Ladan the Gershonite, were Jehieli;
22 Jehielíjeva sinova: Zetám in njegov brat Joél, ki sta bila nad zakladnicami Gospodove hiše.
the sons of Jehieli, Zetham and Joel his brother who were over the treasuries of the house of Yahweh.
23 Izmed Amrámovcev, Jichárovcev, Hebróncev in Uziélovcev
Then came certain of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites.
24 je bil Šebuél, Geršómov sin, Mojzesov sin, vladar nad zakladnicami.
And, Shebuel, son of Gershom, son of Moses, was chief ruler over the treasuries.
25 Njegovi bratje po Eliézerju: njegov sin Rehabjá, njegov sin Ješajá, njegov sin Jorám, njegov sin Zihrí in njegov sin Šelomít.
And, his brethren pertaining to Eliezer, were Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
26 Ta Šelomít in njegovi bratje so bili nad vsemi zakladnicami posvečenih stvari, ki so jih kralj David, vodje očetov, tisočniki, stotniki in poveljniki vojske posvetili.
The same Shelomoth and his brethren, were over all the treasuries of the hallowed things, which David the king and the ancestral chiefs, with the captains of thousands and hundreds and the captains of the army, had hallowed:
27 Od plenov, dobljenih v bitkah, so jih posvetili za vzdrževanje Gospodove hiše.
out of the battles and out of the spoil, had they hallowed [them], —to strengthen [the provision] for the house of Yahweh.
28 In vse, kar so videc Samuel, Kišev sin Savel, Nerov sin Abnêr in Cerújin sin Joáb posvetili in kdorkoli je posvetil katerokoli stvar, so bile te pod roko Šelomíta in njegovih bratov.
And, all that Samuel the seer, and Saul son of Kish, and Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah, had hallowed, whosoever had hallowed anything, it was under the direction of Shelomoth, and his brethren.
29 Izmed Jichárovcev so bili Kenanjá in njegovi sinovi za zunanja opravila nad Izraelom, za častnike in sodnike.
Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons, were for the outward business over Israel, —as officers, and as judges.
30 In izmed Hebróncev Hašabjá in njegovi bratje, junaški možje, tisoč sedemsto, so bili častniki med tistimi iz Izraela na tej strani Jordana proti zahodu v vseh Gospodovih opravilih in v kraljevi službi.
Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, sons of valour, one thousand seven hundred, had the oversight of Israel, across the Jordan westward, —for all the business of Yahweh, and for the service of the king.
31 Med Hebrónovci je bil vodja Jerijá, torej med Hebrónovci glede na rodove svojih očetov. V štiridesetem letu Davidovega kraljevanja so jih iskali in med njimi so našli močne junaške može pri Jazêr Gileádu.
Of the Hebronites, Jerijah, was chief, [he was] of the Hebronites by his generations, by his fathers, —in the fortieth year of the reign of David, were they sought out, and there were found among them heroes of valour, in Jazer of Gilead;
32 Njegovih bratov, junaških mož, je bilo dva tisoč in sedemsto vodij očetov, ki jih je David postavil [za] vladarje nad Rubenovci, Gádovci in polovico Manásejevega rodu, za vsako zadevo glede Boga in kraljevih zadev.
and, his brethren that were heroes of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred, ancestral chiefs, —so David the king gave them oversight, over the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of Manassites, in all the affairs of God, and the affairs of the king.
