Книга пророка Захарии 6
1 И обратихся и возведох очи мои и видех, и се, четыри колесницы исходящыя из средины двоих гор, горы же те беша горы медяны:
And I again lifted up my eyes, and looked, and behold, there came out four chariots from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of copper.
2 в колеснице первей кони рыжы, и в колеснице вторей кони врани,
In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot, black horses:
3 и в колеснице третией кони бели, и в колеснице четвертей кони пестри скори.
And in the third chariot, white horses; and in the fourth chariot, grizzled, ash-colored horses.
4 И отвещах и рех ко Ангелу глаголющему во мне: что суть сия, господи?
And I began and said unto the angel that spoke with me, What are these, my lord?
5 И отвеща Ангел глаголяй во мне и рече: сия суть четыри ветри небеснии, иже исходят предстати Господу всея земли.
And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth after having stood before the Lord of all the earth.
6 В нейже беху кони врани, исхождаху на землю северскую, и белии исхождаху вслед их, и пестрии исхождаху на землю южную,
The [chariot] on which are black horses—these go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grizzled go forth toward the south country.
7 и скории исхождаху и озираху еже оыти землю. И рече: идите, обыдите землю. И обыдоша землю.
And the red-colored were gone forth, and sought to traverse the earth: and he said, Go, traverse the earth. So they traversed the earth.
8 И возопи и рече ко мне глаголя: се, исходящии на землю северскую упокоиша ярость Мою на земли северстей.
Then cried he loudly unto me, and spoke unto me, saying, Behold, these that are going toward the north country, have quieted [the indignation of] my spirit in the north country.
9 И бысть слово Господне ко мне глаголя:
And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
10 приими, яже от плена от князей и от ключимых его и от разумевших его, и внидеши ты в день он в дом Иосии Софониина, грядущаго от Вавилона,
Take from the exiles, from Cheldai, from Tobiyahu, and from Yeda'yah, and thou shalt come on the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephanyah, whither they have arrived from Babylon;
11 и приимеши сребро и злато, и сотвориши венцы, и возложиши на главу Иисусу Иоседекову, иерею великому,
Take also silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua, the son of Jehozadak the high priest;
12 и речеши к нему: сице глаголет Господь Вседержитель: се, Муж, Восток имя Ему, и под Ним возсияет, и созиждет храм Господень:
And thou shalt say unto him as followeth, Thus hath said the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold a man, Sprout is his name; since out of his own place shall he sprout up, even he shall build the temple of the Lord:
13 и той приимет добродетель, и сядет и возобладает на престоле Своем, и будет иерей одесную Его, и совет мирен будет между обема,
Yea, he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and a priest shall be upon his own throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between both of them.
14 а венец будет терпящым и ключимым Ему и разумевшым Его, и в благодать сыну Софониину, и в псалом во храме Господни:
And the crowns shall be for Chelem, and for Tobiyah, and for Yeda'yah, and for Chen the son of Zephanyah, as a memorial in the temple of the Lord.
15 и издалеча от сих приидут и созиждут во храме Господни, и уразумеете, яко Господь Вседержитель посла мя к вам: и будет, аще слушающе послушаете гласа Господа Бога вашего.
And distant ones shall come and build on the temple of the Lord, and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God.
