Откровение ап. Иоанна Богослова 8
1 И егда отверзе седмую печать, бысть безмолвие на небеси яко пол часа.
AND when he had opened the SEVENTH SEAL, silence was in heaven, as the dividing of an hour.
2 И видех седмь Ангелов, иже пред Богом стояху: и дано бысть им седмь труб.
And I saw the seven angels who stood before Aloha, and there were given to them SEVEN TRUMPETS.
3 И другий Ангел прииде и ста пред олтарем, имеяй кадилницу злату: и даны быша ему фимиами мнози, да даст молитвам святых всех на олтарь златый сущий пред престолом.
And another angel came, and stood at the altar, and he had a censer of gold, and many perfumes were given to him, which he should give with the prayers of all saints upon the altar of gold that is before the throne;
4 И изыде дым кадилный молитвами святых от руки Ангела пред Бога.
and the cloud of the perfumes of the prayers of the saints ascended from the hand of the angel before Aloha.
5 И взят Ангел кадилницу, и наполни ю от огня сущаго на олтари, и положи на земли: и быша гласи и громи и блистания и трус.
And the angel took the censer, and filled it from the fire of the altar, and cast forth upon the earth. And there were thunders, and lightnings, and voices, and movement.
6 И седмь Ангел, иже имеяху седмь труб, уготовашася, да вострубят.
And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared them to sound. And the First sounded.
7 И первому Ангелу вострубившу, бысть град и огнь, смешены с кровию, и падоша на землю: и третия часть древа погоре, и всяка трава злачная погоре.
And there was hail, and fire mingled with the waters, and they were cast upon the earth; and the third of the earth burned, and the third of the trees burned, and every green herb burned.
8 И вторый Ангел воструби, и яко гора велика огнем жегома ввержена бысть в море: и бысть третия часть моря кровь,
And the Second angel sounded. And as a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea; and the third of the sea also became blood.
9 и умре третия часть созданий сущих в мори, имущих душы, и третия часть кораблей погибе.
And the third of all creatures which were in the sea, which had lives, died, and the third of the ships were destroyed.
10 И третий ангел воструби, и паде с небесе звезда велика, горящи яко свеща, и паде на третию часть рек и на источники водныя:
And the Third angel sounded. And there fell from heaven a star burning as a lamp, and it fell upon the third of the rivers, and upon fountains of waters.
11 и имя звезде глаголется апсинфос: и бысть третия часть вод яко пелынь, и мнози от человек умроша от вод, яко горьки беша.
And the name of the star is called Aphsinthos; and the third of the waters became bitterness, and many men died from the waters because they were bitter.
12 И четвертый Ангел воструби, и уязвена бысть третия часть солнца и третия часть луны и третия часть звезд, да затмится третия часть их, и дне третия часть да не светит, и нощь такожде.
And the Fourth angel sounded. And the third of the sun was absorbed, and the third of the moon, and the third of the stars, as that the third of them should be darkened; and they were darkened, and the day shone not a third of it, and the night, in like manner.
13 И видех и слышах единаго Ангела паряща посреде небесе, глаголюща гласом великим: горе, горе, горе живущым на земли от прочих гласов трубных триех Ангел хотящих трубити.
And I beheld, and heard an eagle, flying in the midst, having a tail of blood, saying with a great voice, Woe, woe, to those who dwell upon earth, from the voice of the rest of the trumpets of the three angels which are about to sound!
