Псалтирь 61

1 В конец, в песнех, Давиду Псалом. Услыши, Боже, моление мое, вонми молитве моей:

For the end, among the Hymns of David. O God, hearken to my petition; attend to my prayer.

2 от конец земли к Тебе воззвах, внегда уны сердце мое: на камень вознесл мя еси, наставил мя еси,

From the ends of the earth have I cried to thee, when my heart was in trouble: thou liftedst me up on a rock thou didst guide me:

3 яко был еси упование мое, столп крепости от лица вражия.

because thou wert my hope, a tower of strength from the face of the enemy.

4 Вселюся в селении Твоем во веки, покрыюся в крове крил Твоих.

I will dwell in thy tabernacle for ever; I will shelter myself under the shadow of thy wings. (Pause)

5 Яко Ты, Боже, услышал еси молитвы моя, дал еси достояние боящымся имене Твоего.

For thou, o God, hast heard my prayers; thou hast given an inheritance to them that fear thy name.

6 Дни на дни царевы приложиши, лета его до дне рода и рода.

Thou shalt add days to the days of the king; [thou shalt lengthen] his years to all generations.

7 Пребудет в век пред Богом: милость и истину его кто взыщет?

He shall endure for ever before God: which of them will seek out his mercy and truth?

8 Тако воспою имени Твоему во веки, воздати ми молитвы моя день от дне.

So will I sing to thy name for ever and ever, that I may daily perform my vows.
