Псалтирь 149

1 Воспойте Господеви песнь нову: хваление Его в церкви преподобных.

Praise Adonai! Sing to Adonai a new song, his tehilah ·praise song· in the assembly of the saints.

2 Да возвеселится Израиль о сотворшем его, и сынове Сиони возрадуются о Цари своем.

Let Israel [God prevails] rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking] be joyful in their King.

3 Да восхвалят имя Его в лице, в тимпане и псалтири да поют Ему.

Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing zahmar ·musical praise· to him with tambourine and harp!

4 Яко благоволит Господь в людех Своих, и вознесет кроткия во спасение.

For Adonai takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with yishu'ah ·salvation·.

5 Восхвалятся преподобнии во славе и возрадуются на ложах своих.

Let the saints rejoice in kavod ·weighty glory·. Let them sing for joy on their beds.

6 Возношения Божия в гортани их, и мечи обоюду остры в руках их:

May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

7 сотворити отмщение во языцех, обличения в людех:

To execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;

8 связати цари их путы, и славныя их ручными оковы железными:

To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 сотворити в них суд написан. Слава сия будет всем преподобным Его.

to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Halleluyah ·praise Yah·!
