Псалтирь 148

1 Хвалите Господа с небес, хвалите Его в вышних.

Hallelujah. Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

2 Хвалите Его вси Ангели Его: хвалите Его, вся силы Его.

Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

3 Хвалите Его, солнце и луна: хвалите Его вся звезды и свет.

Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

4 Хвалите Его, небеса небес и вода, яже превыше небес.

Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens.

5 Да восхвалят имя Господне: яко Той рече, и быша: Той повеле, и создашася.

Let them praise the name of the Lord; for he commanded and they were created.

6 Постави я в век и в век века: повеление положи, и не мимо идет.

And he established them for ever and to eternity: he gave a decree which none shall transgress.

7 Хвалите Господа от земли, змиеве и вся бездны:

Praise the Lord from the earth, ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;

8 огнь, град, снег, голоть, дух бурен, творящая слово Его:

Fire, and hail, snow, and vapor; thou storm-wind that fulfillest his word;

9 горы и вси холми, древа плодоносна и вси кедри:

Ye mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars;

10 зверие и вси скоти, гади и птицы пернаты:

Ye beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and winged birds;

11 царие земстии и вси людие, князи и вси судии земстии:

Ye kings of the earth, and all nations; ye princes, and all judges of the earth;

12 юноши и девы, старцы с юнотами.

Young men and also virgins; old men, together with boys: —

13 Да восхвалят имя Господне: яко вознесеся имя Того единаго, исповедание Его на земли и на небеси.

Let them praise the name of the Lord; for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven.

14 И вознесет рог людий Своих: песнь всем преподобным Его, сыновом Израилевым, людем приближающымся Ему.

He also exalteth the horn of his people, a praise unto all his pious servants, [even] unto the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Hallelujah.
