Псалтирь 146

1 Хвали, душе моя, Господа:

Praise ye the LORD! Praise the LORD, O my soul!

2 восхвалю Господа в животе моем, пою Богу моему, дондеже есмь.

I will praise the LORD, as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God, while I have my being.

3 Не надейтеся на князи, на сыны человеческия, в нихже несть спасения.

Put not your trust in princes, In the son of man, in whom is no help!

4 Изыдет дух его, и возвратится в землю свою: в той день погибнут вся помышления его.

His breath goeth forth; he returneth to the dust; In that very day his plans perish.

5 Блажен, емуже Бог Иаковль помощник его, упование его на Господа Бога своего,

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help; Whose hope is in the LORD, his God;

6 сотворшаго небо и землю, море, и вся, яже в них: хранящаго истину в век,

Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is therein; Who keepeth truth for ever;

7 творящаго суд обидимым, дающаго пищу алчущым. Господь решит окованныя:

Who executeth judgment for the oppressed; Who giveth food to the hungry. The LORD setteth free the prisoners;

8 Господь умудряет слепцы: Господь возводит низверженныя: Господь любит праведники.

The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind; The LORD raiseth up them that are bowed down; The LORD loveth the righteous.

9 Господь хранит пришелцы, сира и вдову приимет, и путь грешных погубит.

The LORD preserveth the strangers; He relieveth the fatherless and the widow; But the way of the wicked he maketh crooked.

10 Воцарится Господь во век, Бог твой, Сионе, в род и род.

The LORD shall reign for ever; Thy God, O Zion! to all generations! Praise ye the LORD!
