Псалтирь 107
1 Исповедайтеся Господеви, яко благ, яко в век милость Его.
O give thanks to Jehovah, For he is good, for his loving kindness is forever.
2 Да рекут избавленнии Господем, ихже избави из руки врага,
Let the redeemed of Jehovah say so, whom he has redeemed from the hand of the adversary,
3 и от стран собра их, от восток и запад, и севера и моря:
and gathered out of the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.
4 заблудиша в пустыни безводней, пути града обителнаго не обретоша:
They wandered in the wilderness in a desert way. They found no city of habitation.
5 алчуще и жаждуще, душа их в них изчезе.
Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
6 И воззваша ко Господу, внегда скорбети им, и от нужд их избави я:
Then they cried to Jehovah in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.
7 и настави я на путь прав, внити во град обителный.
He also led them by a straight way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
8 Да исповедятся Господеви милости Его и чудеса Его сыновом человеческим:
O that men would praise Jehovah for his loving kindness, and for his wonderful works to the sons of men!
9 яко насытил есть душу тщу, и душу алчущу исполни благ:
For he satisfies the longing soul, and he fills the hungry soul with good,
10 седящыя во тме и сени смертней, окованныя нищетою и железом,
even those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron,
11 яко преогорчиша словеса Божия, и совет Вышняго раздражиша.
because they rebelled against the words of God, and scorned the counsel of the Most High.
12 И смирися в трудех сердце их, и изнемогоша, и не бе помагаяй.
Therefore he brought down their heart with labor. They fell down, and there was none to help.
13 И воззваша ко Господу, внегда скорбети им, и от нужд их спасе я:
Then they cried to Jehovah in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.
14 и изведе я из тмы и сени смертныя, и узы их растерза.
He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their bonds apart.
15 Да исповедятся Господеви милости Его и чудеса Его сыновом человеческим:
O that men would praise Jehovah for his loving kindness, and for his wonderful works to the sons of men!
16 яко сокруши врата медная, и вереи железныя сломи.
For he has broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron apart.
17 Восприят я от пути беззакония их: беззаконий бо ради своих смиришася.
Fools are afflicted because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities.
18 Всякаго брашна возгнушася душа их, и приближишася до врат смертных.
Their soul abhors all manner of food, and they draw near to the gates of death.
19 И воззваша ко Господу, внегда скорбети им, и от нужд их спасе я:
Then they cry to Jehovah in their trouble, and he saves them out of their distresses.
20 посла слово Свое, и изцели я, и избави я от растлений их.
He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their destructions.
21 Да исповедятся Господеви милости Его и чудеса Его сыновом человеческим:
O that men would praise Jehovah for his loving kindness, and for his wonderful works to the sons of men!
22 и да пожрут Ему жертву хвалы и да возвестят дела Его в радости.
And let them offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with singing.
23 Сходящии в море в кораблех, творящии делания в водах многих,
Those who go down to the sea in ships, who do business in great waters,
24 тии видеша дела Господня и чудеса Его во глубине.
these men see the works of Jehovah, and his wonders in the deep.
25 Рече, и ста дух бурен, и вознесошася волны его:
For he commands, and raises the stormy wind, which lifts up the waves of it.
26 восходят до небес и низходят до бездн: душа их в злых таяше:
They mount up to the heavens, they go down again to the depths. Their soul melts away because of trouble.
27 смятошася, подвигошася яко пияный, и вся мудрость их поглощена бысть.
They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits' end.
28 И воззваша ко Господу, внегда скорбети им, и от нужд их изведе я:
Then they cry to Jehovah in their trouble, and he brings them out of their distresses.
29 и повеле бури, и ста в тишину, и умолкоша волны его.
He makes the storm a calm, so that the waves of it are still.
30 И возвеселишася, яко умолкоша, и настави я в пристанище хотения Своего.
Then they are glad because they are quiet, so he brings them to their desired haven.
31 Да исповедятся Господеви милости Его и чудеса Его сыновом человеческим:
O that men would praise Jehovah for his loving kindness, and for his wonderful works to the sons of men!
32 да вознесут Его в церкви людстей, и на седалищи старец восхвалят Его.
Let them also exalt him in the assembly of the people, and praise him in the seat of the elders.
33 Положил есть реки в пустыню и исходища водная в жажду,
He turns rivers into a wilderness, and water springs into a thirsty ground,
34 землю плодоносную в сланость, от злобы живущих на ней.
a fruitful land into a salt desert, for the wickedness of those who dwell therein.
35 Положил есть пустыню во езера водная и землю безводную во исходища водная.
He turns a wilderness into a pool of water, and a dry land into water springs.
36 И насели тамо алчущыя, и составиша грады обителны:
And there he makes the hungry to dwell, that they may prepare a city of habitation,
37 и насеяша (села) и насадиша винограды, и сотвориша плод житен.
and sow fields, and plant vineyards, and get fruits of increase.
38 И благослови я, и умножишася зело: и скоты их не умали.
He also blesses them, so that they are multiplied greatly, and he does not allow their cattle to decrease.
39 И умалишася и озлобишася от скорби зол и болезни:
Again, they are diminished and bowed down through oppression, trouble, and sorrow.
40 излияся уничижение на князи их, и облазни я по непроходней, а не по пути.
He pours contempt upon rulers, and causes them to wander in the waste, where there is no way.
41 И поможе убогу от нищеты и положи яко овцы отечествия.
Yet he sets a needy man on high from affliction, and makes him families like a flock.
42 Узрят правии и возвеселятся, и всякое беззаконие заградит уста своя.
The upright shall see it, and be glad. And all iniquity shall stop her mouth.
43 Кто премудр и сохранит сия? И уразумеют милости Господни.
He who is wise will give heed to these things, and they will consider the loving kindnesses of Jehovah.
