Псалтирь 104
1 Благослови, душе моя, Господа. Господи Боже мой, возвеличился еси зело: во исповедание и в велелепоту облеклся еси:
Bless Yahweh, my soul. Yahweh, my God, you are very great. You are clothed with honor and majesty.
2 одеяйся светом яко ризою, простираяй небо яко кожу:
He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.
3 покрываяй водами превыспренняя Своя, полагаяй облаки на восхождение Свое, ходяй на крилу ветреню:
He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.
4 творяй ангелы Своя духи, и слуги Своя пламень огненный:
He makes his messengers winds, and his servants flames of fire.
5 основаяй землю на тверди ея: не преклонится в век века.
He laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever.
6 Бездна яко риза одеяние ея, на горах станут воды:
You covered it with the deep as with a cloak. The waters stood above the mountains.
7 от запрещения Твоего побегнут, от гласа грома Твоего убоятся.
At your rebuke they fled. At the voice of your thunder they hurried away.
8 Восходят горы, и низходят поля, в место еже основал еси им.
The mountains rose, the valleys sank down, to the place which you had assigned to them.
9 Предел положил еси, егоже не прейдут, ниже обратятся покрыти землю.
You have set a boundary that they may not pass over, that they don’t turn again to cover the earth.
10 Посылаяй источники в дебрех, посреде гор пройдут воды.
He sends springs into the valleys. They run among the mountains.
11 Напаяют вся звери селныя, ждут онагри в жажду свою.
They give drink to every animal of the field. The wild donkeys quench their thirst.
12 На тых птицы небесныя привитают: от среды камения дадят глас.
The birds of the sky nest by them. They sing among the branches.
13 Напаяяй горы от превыспренних Своих: от плода дел Твоих насытится земля.
He waters the mountains from his rooms. The earth is filled with the fruit of your works.
14 Прозябаяй траву скотом, и злак на службу человеком, извести хлеб от земли:
He causes the grass to grow for the livestock, and plants for man to cultivate, that he may produce food out of the earth:
15 и вино веселит сердце человека, умастити лице елеем: и хлеб сердце человека укрепит.
wine that makes the heart of man glad, oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengthens man’s heart.
16 Насытятся древа польская, кедри Ливанстии, ихже еси насадил:
Yahweh’s trees are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon, which he has planted,
17 тамо птицы вогнездятся, еродиево жилище предводителствует ими.
where the birds make their nests. The stork makes its home in the cypress trees.
18 Горы высокия еленем, камень прибежище заяцем.
The high mountains are for the wild goats. The rocks are a refuge for the rock badgers.
19 Сотворил есть луну во времена: солнце позна запад свой.
He appointed the moon for seasons. The sun knows when to set.
20 Положил еси тму, и бысть нощь, в нейже пройдут вси зверие дубравнии,
You make darkness, and it is night, in which all the animals of the forest prowl.
21 скимни рыкающии восхитити и взыскати от Бога пищу себе.
The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from God.
22 Возсия солнце, и собрашася, и в ложах своих лягут.
The sun rises, and they steal away, and lie down in their dens.
23 Изыдет человек на дело свое и на делание свое до вечера.
Man goes out to his work, to his labor until the evening.
24 Яко возвеличишася дела Твоя, Господи: вся премудростию сотворил еси: исполнися земля твари Твоея.
Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your riches.
25 Сие море великое и пространное: тамо гади, ихже несть числа, животная малая с великими:
There is the sea, great and wide, in which are innumerable living things, both small and large animals.
26 тамо корабли преплавают, змий сей, егоже создал еси ругатися ему.
There the ships go, and leviathan, whom you formed to play there.
27 Вся к Тебе чают, дати пищу им во благо время.
These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season.
28 Давшу Тебе им, соберут: отверзшу Тебе руку, всяческая исполнятся благости:
You give to them; they gather. You open your hand; they are satisfied with good.
29 отвращшу же Тебе лице, возмятутся: отимеши дух их, и изчезнут и в персть свою возвратятся:
You hide your face; they are troubled. You take away their breath; they die and return to the dust.
30 послеши духа Твоего, и созиждутся, и обновиши лице земли.
You send out your Spirit and they are created. You renew the face of the ground.
31 Буди слава Господня во веки: возвеселится Господь о делех Своих:
Let Yahweh’s glory endure forever. Let Yahweh rejoice in his works.
32 призираяй на землю и творяй ю трястися: прикасаяйся горам, и дымятся.
He looks at the earth, and it trembles. He touches the mountains, and they smoke.
33 Воспою Господеви в животе моем, пою Богу моему, дондеже есмь:
I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.
34 да усладится Ему беседа моя, аз же возвеселюся о Господе.
Let my meditation be sweet to him. I will rejoice in Yahweh.
35 Да изчезнут грешницы от земли, и беззаконницы, якоже не быти им. Благослови, душе моя, Господа.
Let sinners be consumed out of the earth. Let the wicked be no more. Bless Yahweh, my soul. Praise Yah!
