Псалтирь 101

1 Милость и суд воспою Тебе, Господи:

A Psalm of David. I will sing to you, O Lord, of mercy and judgement; I will sing a psalm,

2 пою и разумею в пути непорочне: когда приидеши ко мне? Прехождах в незлобии сердца моего посреде дому моего.

and I will be wise in a blameless way. When will you come to me? I walked in the innocence of my heart, in the midst of my house.

3 Не предлагах пред очима моима вещь законопреступную: творящыя преступление возненавидех.

I have not set before mine eyes any unlawful ting; I have hated transgressors.

4 Не прильпе мне сердце строптиво: уклоняющагося от мене лукаваго не познах.

A perverse heart has not cleaved to me; I have not known an evil man, forasmuch as he turns away from me.

5 Оклеветающаго тай искренняго своего, сего изгонях: гордым оком и несытым сердцем, с сим не ядях.

Him that privily speaks against his neighbour, him have I driven from [me]: he that is proud in look and insatiable in heart, —with him I have not eaten.

6 Очи мои на верныя земли, посаждати я со мною: ходяй по пути непорочну, сей ми служаше.

Mine eyes [shall be] upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walked in a perfect way, the same ministered to me.

7 Не живяше посреде дому моего творяй гордыню: глаголяй неправедная не исправляше пред очима моима.

The proud doer lived not in the midst of my house; the unjust speaker prospered not in my sight.

8 Воутрия избивах вся грешныя земли, еже потребити от града Господня вся делающыя беззаконие.

Early did I kill all the sinners of the land, that I might destroy out of the city of the Lord all that work iniquity.
