1 и глагола Моисей князем племен сынов Израилевых, глаголя: сие слово, еже повеле Господь.
And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
2 Человек человек, иже аще обещает обет Господу, или закленется клятвою, или определит пределом о души своей, не осквернавит словесе своего: вся, елика изыдут из уст его, да сотворит.
When a man voweth a vow unto the LORD, or sweareth an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
3 Аще же обещает жена обет Господу, или определит определение в дому отца своего в юности своей,
Also when a woman voweth a vow unto the LORD, and bindeth herself by a bond, being in her father’s house, in her youth;
4 и услышит отец ея обеты ея и определения ея, яже определи на душу свою, и премолчит отец ея, и да состоятся вся обеты ея, и вся определения, яже определи на душу свою, да пребудут ей.
and her father heareth her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father holdeth his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
5 Аще же возбранением возбранит отец ея, в оньже день услышит вся обеты ея и определения, яже определи на душу свою, не состоятся: и Господь очистит ю, яко возбрани отец ея.
But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; none of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
6 Аще же посягла за мужа, и обеты ея на ней, по определении уст ея, елика определи на душу свою,
And if she be [married] to a husband, while her vows are upon her, or the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul;
7 и услышит муж ея, и премолчит ей, в оньже день услышит, и тако состоятся вся обеты ея, и определения ея, яже определи на душу свою, да состоятся.
and her husband hear it, and hold his peace at her in the day that he heareth it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
8 Аще же возбранением возбранит муж ея, в оньже день услышит вся обеты ея и определения ея, яже определи на душу свою, да не пребудут, яко муж возбрани ей: и Господь очистит ю.
But if her husband disallow her in the day that he heareth it; then he shall make void her vow which is upon her, and the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul: and the LORD shall forgive her.
9 И обет вдовицы и пущеницы, елика аще обещают на душу свою, да пребудут им.
But the vow of a widow, or of her that is divorced, [even] every thing wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand against her.
10 Аще же в дому мужа ея обет ея или определение, еже на душу ея с клятвою,
And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
11 и услышит муж ея, и премолчит ей, и не возбранит ей, и состоятся вся обеты ея, и вся определения ея, яже определи на душу свою да состоятся на ню.
and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
12 Аще же отлучая отлучит муж ея, в оньже день услышит, вся елика изыдоша из уст ея по обетом ея и по определением ея яже на душу ея, не пребудут ей: муж бо ея отлучил есть, и Господь очистит ю.
But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
13 Всяк обет и всяка клятва соуза во еже озлобити душу, муж ея поставит ей, и муж ея отимет.
Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
14 Аще же молча премолчит ей день от дне, и поставит ей вся обеты ея, и определения яже на ней, поставит ей, яко умолча ей в день, в оньже услыша.
But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he hath established them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
15 Аще же отлучая отлучит муж ея по дни, в оньже услыша, и приимет грех свой.
But if he shall make them null and void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
16 Сия оправдания, елика заповеда Господь Моисею, между мужем и между женою его, и между отцем и дщерию в юности ея, в дому отчи.
These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.
