1 И по днех шестих поят Иисус Петра и Иакова и Иоанна брата его, и возведе их на гору высоку едины,
And after six days, Jeshu took Kipha, and Jakub, and Juchanon his brother, and led them to a high mountain by themselves.
2 и преобразися пред ними: и просветися лице Его яко солнце, ризы же Его быша белы яко свет.
And Jeshu was changed before them; and his countenance shone like the sun, and his vestments were resplendent as the light.
3 И се, явистася им Моисей и Илиа, с Ним глаголюща.
And there were seen with them Musha and Elia talking with him.
4 Отвещав же Петр рече (ко) Иисусови: Господи, добро есть нам зде быти: аще хощеши, сотворим зде три сени, Тебе едину, и Моисеови едину, и едину Илии.
Then answered Kipha, and said to Jeshu, My Lord, it is good for us to be here; and if thou art willing, we will make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Musha, and one for Elia.
5 Еще (же) ему глаголющу, се, облак светел осени их: и се, глас из облака глаголя: Сей есть Сын Мой Возлюбленный, о Немже благоволих: Того послушайте.
But while he spake, behold, a bright cloud overspread them, and the voice was from the cloud, saying, This is my Son, the Beloved, in whom I have delighted: to him attend.
6 И слышавше ученицы падоша ницы и убояшася зело.
And when the disciples heard, they fell upon their faces and feared greatly.
7 И приступль Иисус прикоснуся их и рече: востаните и не бойтеся.
And Jeshu approached them and touched them, and said, Arise, fear not.
8 Возведше же очи свои, ни когоже видеша, токмо Иисуса единаго.
And they lifted up their eyes and saw no man, except Jeshu by himself.
9 И сходящым им с горы, заповеда им Иисус, глаголя: ни комуже поведите видения, дондеже Сын Человеческий из мертвых воскреснет.
And while they were descending from the mountain, Jeshu charged them, and said to them, Before no man declare this vision, until the Son of man be risen from the dead.
10 И вопросиша Его ученицы Его, глаголюще: что убо книжницы глаголют, яко Илии подобает приити прежде?
And the disciples asked and said to him, Why therefore say the scribes that Elia must come first?
11 Иисус же отвещав рече им: Илиа убо приидет прежде и устроит вся:
Jeshu answered and said to them, Elia cometh first that he may fulfil every thing;
12 глаголю же вам, яко Илиа уже прииде, и не познаша его, но сотвориша о нем, елика восхотеша: тако и Сын Человеческий имать пострадати от них.
but I say to you, that, behold, Elia hath come, but they knew him not, and have done to him as they would. So also is the Son of man to suffer from them.
13 Тогда разумеша ученицы, яко о Иоанне Крестители рече им.
Then understood the disciples that concerning Juchanon the Baptizer he spake to them.
14 И пришедшым им к народу, приступи к Нему человек, кланяяся Ему
AND when they came to the multitude, a man approached him and kneeled upon his knees, and said to him,
15 и глаголя: Господи, помилуй сына моего, яко на новы месяцы беснуется и зле страждет: множицею бо падает во огнь и множицею в воду:
My Lord, have mercy on me! my son is lunatic and grievously afflicted; for often he falleth into the fire and often into the water.
16 и приведох его ко учеником Твоим, и не возмогоша его изцелити.
And I brought him to thy disciples, but they could not heal him.
17 Отвещав же Иисус рече: о, роде неверный и развращенный, доколе буду с вами? Доколе терплю вам? Приведите Ми его семо.
Jeshu answered and said, O unbelieving and perverse generation! how long shall I be with you, how long shall I bear with you? Bring him hither to me.
18 И запрети ему Иисус, и изыде из него бес: и изцеле отрок от часа того.
And Jeshu rebuked him, and the demon went forth from him, and the youth was healed from that hour.
19 Тогда приступльше ученицы ко Иисусу на едине, реша: почто мы не возмогохом изгнати его?
Then came the disciples to Jeshu by himself, and said to him, Why were we not able to heal him?
20 Иисус же рече им: за неверствие ваше: аминь бо глаголю вам: аще имате веру яко зерно горушно, речете горе сей: прейди отсюду тамо, и прейдет: и ничтоже невозможно будет вам:
Jeshu saith to them, Because of your unbelief; for assuredly I tell you, if there were in you faith as a grain of mustard, you should say to this mountain, Pass hence, and it would pass away; and nothing should overcome you.
21 сей же род не исходит, токмо молитвою и постом.
But this kind goeth not forth but by fasting and by prayer.
22 Живущым же им в Галилеи, рече им Иисус: предан имать быти Сын Человеческий в руце человеком,
WHEN they had returned into Galila, Jeshu said to them, It is coming that the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men,
23 и убиют Его, и в третий день востанет. И скорбни быша зело.
and they shall kill him; and in the third day he shall arise. And it grieved them exceedingly.
24 Пришедшым же им в Капернаум, приступиша приемлющии дидрахмы к Петрови и реша: Учитель ваш не даст ли дидрахмы?
And when they came to Kapher-nachum, they who took the two zuzis, the head-silver, approached Kipha and said to him, Your master, doth he not give his two zuzeen?
25 Глаголя: ей. И егда вниде в дом, предвари его Иисус, глаголя: что ти мнится, Симоне? Царие земстии от киих приемлют дани или кинсон? От своих ли сынов, или от чужих?
He saith to them, Yes. And when Kipha entered the house, Jeshu anticipated him, and said to him, How doth it appear to thee, Shemun? the kings of the earth, from whom do they take custom and headsilver, from their children, or from aliens?
26 Глагола Ему Петр: от чужих. Рече ему Иисус: убо свободни суть сынове:
Shemun saith to him, From aliens: Jeshu saith to him, Then the children are free.
27 но да не соблазним их, шед на море, верзи удицу, и, юже прежде имеши рыбу, возми: и отверз уста ей, обрящеши статир: той взем даждь им за Мя и за ся.
But that we may not offend them, go to the sea, and cast the hook; and the fish that first cometh up, open his mouth; and thou shalt find a stater, that take and present for me and thee.
