Книга пророка Исаии 54
1 Возвеселися, неплоды, нераждающая возгласи и возопий, нечревоболевшая, яко многа чада пустыя паче, нежели имущия мужа.
"Sing, barren, you who did not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than of her that has a husband," says the LORD.
2 Рече бо Господь: разшири место, кущи твоея и покровов твоих, водрузи, не пощади, продолжи ужя твоя и колие твое укрепи,
"Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of your habitations; do not spare: lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.
3 еще на десно и на лево простри: и семя твое языки наследит, и грады опустевшыя населиши.
For you shall spread out on the right hand and on the left; and your descendants shall possess the nations, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
4 Не бойся, яко посрамлена еси, ниже устыдися, яко укорена еси: понеже срамоту вечную забудеши и укоризны вдовства твоего не помянеши ктому.
"Do not be afraid, for you will not be put to shame, nor will you be humiliated, for you will not be disgraced. For you will forget the shame of your youth, and the disgrace of your widowhood you will remember no more.
5 Яко Господь Творяй тя, Господь Саваоф имя Ему: и Избавивый тя Святый Бог Израилев, всей земли прозовется.
For your husband is your Creator; the LORD of hosts is his name: and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; the God of the whole earth shall he be called.
6 Не яко жену оставлену и малодушну призва тя Господь, ниже яко жену из юности возненавидену, рече Бог твой.
For the LORD has called you as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, even a wife of youth, when she is cast off," says your God.
7 На время мало оставих тя, а с милостию великою помилую тя:
"For a small moment have I forsaken you; but with great mercies will I gather you.
8 во ярости мале отвратих лице Мое от тебе, но милостию вечною помилую тя, рече Избавивый тя Господь.
In overflowing wrath I hid my face from you for a moment; but with everlasting loving kindness will I have mercy on you," says the LORD your Redeemer.
9 От воды, яже при Нои, сие Ми есть, якоже кляхся Ему во время оно на землю, не разгневатися о тебе ктому, ниже во прещении твоем
"For this is like the waters of Noah to me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah shall no more go over the earth, so have I sworn that I will not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.
10 горы преставити, и холми твои не предвигнутся: тако ниже, яже от Мене к тебе, милость оскудеет, ниже завет мира твоего преставится: рече бо милостив к тебе Господь.
For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed; but my loving kindness shall not depart from you, neither shall my covenant of peace be removed," says the LORD who has mercy on you.
11 Смиренная и колеблемая не имела еси утешения: се, Аз уготовляю тебе анфракс камень твой и на основание твое сапфир:
"You afflicted, tossed with storms, and not comforted, look, I will set your stones in beautiful colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires.
12 и положу забрала твоя иаспис, и врата твоя камение кристалла, и ограждение твое камение избранное,
I will make your pinnacles of rubies, and your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones.
13 и вся сыны твоя научены Богом, и во мнозе мире чада твоя.
And all your children shall be taught by God; and great shall be the peace of your children.
14 И правдою возградишися: удалися от неправеднаго, и не убоишися, и трепет не приближится тебе.
In righteousness you shall be established: you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not be afraid; and from terror, for it shall not come near you.
15 Се, пришелцы приидут к тебе Мною и вселятся у тебе и к тебе прибегнут.
Look, they may gather together, but not by me: whoever shall gather together against you shall fall because of you.
16 Се, Аз создах тя, не якоже кузнец раздуваяй углие и износя сосуд на дело: Аз же создах тя не на пагубу, еже истлити.
"Look, I have created the smith who blows the fire of coals, and brings forth a weapon for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
17 Всяк сосуд соделан на тя не благопоспешу, и всяк глас, иже на тя востанет на прю, одолееши им всем: повиннии же твои будут в нем есть наследие служащым Господеви, и вы будете Мне праведни, глаголет Господь.
No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness which is of me," says the LORD.
