1 Бысть же в царство Амарфала царя Сеннаарска, и Ариох царь Елласарск, и Ходоллогомор царь Еламск, и Фаргал царь языческий
And it came to pass in the days of Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar, Chedorlaomer king of Elam, and Tidal king of nations;
2 сотвориша рать с Валлою царем Содомским и с Варсою царем Гоморрским, и с Сеннааром царем Адамы и с симовором царем Севоимским, и с царем Валаки: сия есть Сигор.
That these made war with Bera king of Sodom, and with Birsha king of Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, and Shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela, which is Zoar.
3 Вси сии совещашася на юдоль Сланую: сие есть море Сланое.
All these were joined together in the vale of Siddim, which is the salt sea.
4 Дванадесять лет тии работаша Ходоллогомору: третияго же надесять лета отступиша.
Twelve years they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year they rebelled.
5 И в четвертое надесять лето, прииде Ходоллогомор, и цари иже с ним, и изсекоша Исполинов сущих во Астарофе и в Карнаине, и языки крепки вкупе с ними, и омеов, иже в Сави граде,
And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with him, and stroke the Rephaims in Ashteroth Karnaim, and the Zuzims in Ham, and the Emins in Shaveh Kiriathaim,
6 и Хорреов, иже в горах Сиирских, даже до Теревинфа Фарана, иже есть в пустыни.
And the Horites in their mount Seir, unto Elparan, which is by the wilderness.
7 И возвратившеся приидоша ко источнику Судному, иже есть Кадис: и ссекоша вся князи Амаликовы, и Аморреов живущих во Асасанфамаре.
And they returned, and came to Enmishpat, which is Kadesh, and stroke all the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites, that dwelt in Hazezontamar.
8 Изыде же царь Содомский и царь Гоморрский, и царь Адаманский и царь Севоимский, и царь Валаки, сия есть Сигор: и ополчишася противу их на брань во юдоли Сланой,
And there went out the king of Sodom, and the king of Gomorrah, and the king of Admah, and the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (the same is Zoar; ) and they joined battle with them in the vale of Siddim;
9 на Ходоллогомора царя Еламска и Фаргала царя языческа, и Амарфала царя Сеннаарска и Ариоха царя Елласарска: четыри цари на пять.
With Chedorlaomer the king of Elam, and with Tidal king of nations, and Amraphel king of Shinar, and Arioch king of Ellasar; four kings with five.
10 Юдоль же Сланая имяше кладязи смоляныя. И побеже царь Содомский и царь Гоморрский, и падоша тамо: оставшиися же бежаша в горняя (и одержаша я).
And the vale of Siddim was full of slimepits; and the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled, and fell there; and they that remained fled to the mountain.
11 Взяша же вся конныя Содомския и Гоморрския и вся брашна их, и отидоша.
And they took all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah, and all their victuals, and went their way.
12 Взяша же и Лота сына брата Аврамова и имение его, и отидоша: бе бо в Содомех живый.
And they took Lot, Abram's brother's son, who dwelt in Sodom, and his goods, and departed.
13 Пришед же един от уцелевших, возвести Авраму пришелцу, иже живяше у дуба Мамврийскаго, Аморреа брата Есхоля и брата Авнаня, иже беша союзницы Аврамовы.
And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram.
14 Слышав же Аврам, яко пленен бысть Лот братаничь его, сочте домочадцы своя триста и осмьнадесять, и погна вслед их даже до Дана.
And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his trained servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan.
15 И нападе на ня нощию сам и отроцы его (с ним): и порази их и гони их даже до Ховала, иже есть ошуюю Дамаска:
And he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and stroke them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand of Damascus.
16 и возврати вся конныя Содомския, и Лота сына брата своего возврати, и вся имения его, и жены, и люди.
And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods, and the women also, and the people.
17 Изыде же царь Содомский в сретение ему, повнегда возвратитися ему от сеча Ходоллогоморскаго, и царей сущих с ним, в юдоль Савину: сие же бяше поле царево:
And the king of Sodom went out to meet him after his return from the slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the kings that were with him, at the valley of Shaveh, which is the king's dale.
18 и Мелхиседек царь Салимский изнесе хлебы и вино: бяше же священник Бога Вышняго.
And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.
19 И благослови Аврама, и рече: благословен Аврам Богом Вышним, иже созда небо и землю:
And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:
20 и благословен Бог Вышний, Иже предаде враги твоя под руки тебе. И даде ему десятину Аврам от всего.
And blessed be the most high God, which has delivered your enemies into your hand. And he gave him tithes of all.
21 Рече же царь Содомский ко Авраму: даждь ми мужы, а кони возми себе.
And the king of Sodom said unto Abram, Give me the persons, and take the goods to yourself.
22 Рече же Аврам к царю Содомску: воздвигну руку мою ко Господу Богу Вышнему, иже сотвори небо и землю:
And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,
23 аще от нити до ременя сапожнаго возму от всего твоего, да не речеши, яко аз обогатих Аврама:
That I will not take from a thread even to a shoe lace, and that I will not take any thing that is yours, lest you should say, I have made Abram rich:
24 кроме сих, яже снедоша отроцы, и части мужей, иже ходиша со мною, Есхол, Авнан, Мамврий: сии да возмут части (своя).
Save only that which the young men have eaten, and the portion of the men which went with me, Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre; let them take their portion.
