Книга пророка Иезекииля 38
1 И бысть слово Господне ко мне глаголя:
And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
2 сыне человечь, утверди лице твое на Гога и на землю Магога князя Рос, Мосоха и Фовеля, и прорцы нань,
Son of man, direct thy face against Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Thubal, and prophesy against him,
3 и рцы ему: сия глаголет Адонаи Господь: се, Аз на тя, Гог, и на князя Рос, Мосоха и Фовеля,
And say, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will be against thee, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Thubal;
4 и обращу тя окрест, и вложу узду в челюсти твоя, и соберу тя и всю силу твою, кони и конники оболчены во броня вся, собор мног, шлемы и мечы и щиты вси тии имуще:
And I will derange thee, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thy army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed in elegant attire, a great assemblage with bucklers and shields, all of them grasping swords.
5 Персяне и Муряне, и Лидяне и Ливиане, вси сии щиты и шлемы имуще:
Persia, Cush, and Put [shall be] with them; all of them with shield and helmet;
6 Гомер и вси иже окрест его, дом Форгамань от конец севера и вси иже окрест его, и языцы мнози с тобою.
Gomer and all of its armies; the house of Thogarmah out of the farthest north, and all its armies; many people shall be with thee.
7 Уготовися, уготовися сам ты и весь сонм твой собраный с тобою, и будеши ми в преднюю стражбу.
Be thou ready, and prepare thyself, thou, and all thy assemblages that are assembled about thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
8 От дний множайших уготовишися, и в последняя лета приидеши, и приидеши на землю низвращенную от меча, собраных от язык многих на землю Израилеву, яже бысть пуста весьма: и тии от язык изыдоша, и вселятся с миром вси.
After many days shalt thou be ordered forward; in the end of years shalt thou come into the land that is recovering from the sword, and is gathered together out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been ruined for a very long time: [to a people] that are brought forth out of the nations, and that now dwell in safety, all of them.
9 И взыдеши аки дождь и приидеши аки облак, покрыти землю, и падеши ты и вси иже окрест тебе, и языцы мнози с тобою.
Thou wilt ascend and come like a tempest, like a cloud to cover the earth wilt thou be, thou, and all thy armies, and the many people with thee.
10 Сия глаголет Адонаи Господь: и будет в той день, взыдут глаголы на сердце твое,
Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, It will also come to pass, at the same time, that things will come into thy mind, and thou wilt entertain an evil device;
11 и помыслиши помышления злая и речеши: взыду на землю отверженую, прииду на молчащыя в тишине и живущыя мирно, на вся живущыя на земли, на нейже несть ограды, ни дверий, ни верей,
And thou wilt say, I will go up over the land of open towns; I will come against those that are careless, that dwell in safety, all of whom dwell without walls, and have neither bars nor gates,
12 еже пленити плен и взяти корысти их, еже обратити руку мою на землю опустошеную, яже населися, и на язык собраный от языков многих, сотворивших притяжания имений и живущих на пупе земли.
To snatch up the spoil, and to take away the prey; to turn thy hand against the ruined places now inhabited, and against the people that are gathered out of the nations, that have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the highest part of the land.
13 Сава и Дедан и купцы Кархидонстии и вся веси их рекут тебе: еда на пленение, еже пленити, ты грядеши, и взяти корысти? И собрал еси люди твоя взяти сребро и злато, отвести притяжания и имения, еже пленити плен велик.
Sheba, and Dedan, and the traders of Tharshish, with all her young lions, will say unto thee, Art thou come to plunder the spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to carry off the prey? to bear away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to plunder a great spoil?
14 Того ради прорцы, сыне человечь, и рцы Гогу: сия глаголет Адонаи Господь: не в той ли день, егда жити будут людие Мои Израиль с миром, востанеши?
Therefore, prophesy, son of man, and say unto Gog, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, on the day when my people of Israel dwelleth in safety, shalt thou know [my power].
15 И приидеши от места своего от конца севера, и языцы мнози с тобою: конницы на конех вси, собор велик и сила многа,
And thou wilt come from thy place out of the farthest ends of the north, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great assemblage, and a mighty army;
16 и взыдеши на люди Моя Израиля, яко облак покрыти землю: в последния дни будет, и возведу тя на землю Мою, да Мя уведят вси языцы, егда освящуся в тебе пред ними, (о, Гог!)
And thou wilt come up against my people of Israel, like a cloud to cover the land; in the latter days will this be, and I will bring thee over my land, in order that the nations may know me, when I am sanctified on thee, before their eyes, O Gog.
17 сия глаголет Адонаи Господь Гогу: ты еси, о немже глаголах во дни первыя рукою раб Моих пророк Израилевых, прорекших в оныя дни и лета, еже привести тя на ня.
Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Art thou [not] he of whom I have spoken in ancient days through means of my servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days [many] years, that I would bring thee against them?
18 И будет в той день, в оньже приидет Гог на землю Израилеву, глаголет Адонаи Господь, взыдет ярость Моя во гневе Моем
And it shall come to pass at the same time, on the day of Gog's coming over the land of Israel, saith the Lord Eternal, that my fury shall be kindled in my nose.
19 и рвения Моя во огни гнева Моего: глаголах, аще не будет в той день трус велик на земли Израилеве:
And in my zealousness, in the fire of my wrath, have I spoken, Surely on that day there shall be a great earthquake in the country of Israel;
20 и потрясутся от лица Господня рыбы морския и птицы небесныя, и зверие польнии и вси гади ползающии по земли, и вси человецы иже на лицы земли, и расторгнутся горы и падут дебри, и всяка стена на землю падет.
And there shall quake at my presence the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the cliffs shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
21 И призову нань весь страх мечный, глаголет Адонаи Господь: мечь человека на брата его будет.
And I will call against him throughout all my mountains for the sword, saith the Lord Eternal: every man's sword shall be against his brother.
22 И отсужду ему смертию и кровию, и дождем потопляющим и камением градным, огнь и камень горящь одождю нань и на вся сущыя с ним и на языки многия с ним:
And I will hold judgment over him with pestilence and with blood [-shedding]; and an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and sulfur will I let rain over him and his armies, and over the many people that are with him.
23 и возвеличуся и освящуся, и прославлюся и уведан буду пред языки многими, и уведят, яко Аз есмь Господь.
Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself, and make myself known before the eyes of many nations: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
