Книга пророка Иезекииля 3
1 И рече ко мне: сыне человечь, снеждь свиток сей, и иди и рцы сыном Израилевым.
He said to me, "Son of man, eat that which you find. Eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel."
2 И отверзох уста моя, и напита мя свитком сим
So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat the scroll.
3 и рече ко мне: сыне человечь, уста твоя снедят, и чрево твое насытится свитка сего даннаго тебе. И снедох его, и бысть во устех моих яко мед сладок.
He said to me, "Son of man, cause your belly to eat, and fill your belly with this scroll that I give you." Then I ate it; and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth.
4 И рече ко мне: сыне человечь иди и вниди в дом Израилев, и глаголи словеса Моя к ним:
He said to me, "Son of man, go to the house of Israel, and speak my words to them.
5 яко не к людем глубокоречивым и косноязычным посылаемь еси, к дому Израилеву,
For you are not sent to a people of a strange speech and of a hard language, but to the house of Israel;
6 ниже к людем многим иноязычным, иноречивым, ни тяжким языком сущым, ихже не разумел бы еси словес: аще же и к тацем послал бых тя, то и тии послушали быша тебе:
not to many peoples of a strange speech and of a hard language, whose words you can not understand. Surely, if I sent you to them, they would listen to you.
7 а дом Израилев не восхощет послушати тебе, понеже не хотят слушати Мене, яко весь дом Израилев непокориви суть и жестокосерди:
But the house of Israel will not listen to you; for they will not listen to me: for all the house of Israel are obstinate and hard-hearted.
8 и се, дах лице твое сильно противу лица их, и прю твою укреплю противу при их:
Look, I have made your face hard against their faces, and your forehead hard against their foreheads.
9 и будет, всегда крепчае камене дах прю твою: не убойся их, ни ужасайся лица их, зане дом разгневаяй есть.
As an adamant harder than flint have I made your forehead. Do not be afraid of them, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house."
10 И рече ко мне: сыне человечь, вся словеса, яже глаголах с тобою, возми в сердце твое и ушима твоима послушай:
Moreover he said to me, "Son of man, all my words that I shall speak to you receive in your heart, and hear with your ears.
11 и шед вниди в плен к сыном людий твоих, и речеши к ним и возглаголеши к ним: тако глаголет Адонаи Господь: аще убо послушают и аще убо повинутся.
And go to the exiles, to the children of your people, and speak to them, and tell them, 'Thus says Jehovah'; whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.
12 И взя мя дух, и слышах глас за собою труса велика, глаголющих: благословена слава Господня от места Его.
Then the Spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me the voice of a great rushing, saying, "Blessed be the glory of Jehovah from his place."
13 И видех глас крил животных скриляющихся друг ко другу, и глас колес держащься их, и глас труса велика.
I heard the noise of the wings of the living creatures as they touched one another, and the noise of the wheels beside them, even the noise of a great rushing.
14 И дух воздвиже мя и взя мя, и поидох вознесен во устремлении духа моего, и рука Господня бысть на мне крепкая.
So the Spirit lifted me up, and took me away; and I went in bitterness, in the anger of my spirit; and the hand of Jehovah was strong on me.
15 И внидох в пленники вознесен, и обыдох живущыя на реце Ховар, и седох ту седмь дний, ходя посреде их.
Then I came to them of the exiles at Tel Aviv, that lived by the river Chebar, and to where they lived; and I sat there overwhelmed among them seven days.
16 И бысть по седмих днех слово Господне ко мне глаголя:
It happened at the end of seven days, that the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
17 сыне человечь стража дах тя дому Израилеву, да слышиши слово от уст Моих и воспретиши им от Мене.
"Son of man, I have made you a watchman to the house of Israel: therefore hear the word from my mouth, and give them warning from me.
18 Внегда глаголати Ми беззаконнику: смертию умреши: и не возвестиши ему, ни соглаголеши, еже остатися беззаконнику и обратитися от пути своего, еже живу быти ему: беззаконник той в беззаконии своем умрет, крове же его от руки твоея взыщу.
When I tell the wicked, 'You shall surely die'; and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at your hand.
19 И ты аще возвестиши беззаконнику, и не обратится от беззакония своего и от пути своего (беззаконна): той беззаконник во беззаконии своем умрет, а ты душу твою избавиши.
Yet if you warn the wicked, and he doesn't turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.
20 И егда совратится праведник от правд своих и сотворит согрешение: и дам муку пред ним, той умрет, яко ты не воспретил еси ему, и во гресех своих умрет, зане не помянутся правды его, яже сотвори: крове же его от руки твоея взыщу.
"Again, when a righteous man does turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die: because you have not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous deeds which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at your hand.
21 Ты же аще возвестиши праведному, еже не согрешити, и той не согрешит: праведный жизнию поживет, яко воспретил еси ему, и ты твою душу избавиши.
Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man, that the righteous not sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live, because he took warning; and you have delivered your soul."
22 И бысть на мне рука Господня, и рече ко мне: востани и изыди на поле, и тамо возглаголется к тебе.
The hand of Jehovah was there on me; and he said to me, "Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with you."
23 И востах и изыдох на поле: и се, тамо слава Господня стояше, якоже видение и якоже слава Господня, юже видех на реце Ховар, и падох на лицы моем.
Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and look, the glory of Jehovah stood there, as the glory which I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell on my face.
24 И прииде на мя дух и постави мя на ногу моею: и глагола ко мне и рече ми: вниди и затворися среде дому твоего.
Then the Spirit entered into me, and set me on my feet; and he spoke with me, and said to me, "Go, shut yourself inside your house.
25 И ты, сыне человечь, се, дашася на тя узы, и свяжут тя ими, и не изыдеши от среды их:
But you, son of man, look, they shall lay bands on you, and shall bind you with them, and you shall not go out among them:
26 и язык твой привяжу к гортани твоему, и онемееши и не будеши им в мужа обличения, понеже дом разгневаяй есть:
and I will make your tongue stick to the roof of your mouth, that you shall be mute, and shall not be to them a reprover; for they are a rebellious house.
27 и внегда глаголати Ми к тебе, отверзу уста твоя, и речеши к ним: сия глаголет Адонаи Господь: слышай да слышит, и не покаряяйся да не покаряется, зане дом преогорчеваяй есть.
But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall tell them, 'Thus says Jehovah': He who hears, let him hear; and he who forbears, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.
