1 И бысть слово Господне ко мне глаголя:
The LORD’s word came again to me, saying,
2 и ты, сыне человечь, возми на Сор плачь,
“You, son of man, take up a lamentation over Tyre;
3 и речеши Сору населенному на морстем входе, торжищу людий от островов многих, сия глаголет Адонаи Господь Сору: ты рекл еси: аз сам возложих на мя мою доброту,
and tell Tyre, ‘You who dwell at the entry of the sea, who are the merchant of the peoples to many islands, the Lord GOD says: “You, Tyre, have said, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
4 в сердцы морстем веелиму, и сынове твои возложиша на тя доброту.
Your borders are in the heart of the seas. Your builders have perfected your beauty.
5 Кедр от Санира истесася тебе, тонкия доски кипарисныя от Ливана взяты быша, еже сотворити тебе ядрила елова:
They have made all your planks of cypress trees from Senir. They have taken a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
6 от Васанитиды сотвориша весла твоя: святилища твоя состроиша от слоновых (костей), домы древяны от островов Хеттиимских:
They have made your oars of the oaks of Bashan. They have made your benches of ivory inlaid in cypress wood from the islands of Kittim.
7 виссон со испещрением от Египта бысть тебе постеля, еже обложити тебе славу и облещи тя в синету и во багряницу от островов Елиссе, и бысть одежда твоя.
Your sail was of fine linen with embroidered work from Egypt, that it might be to you for a banner. Blue and purple from the islands of Elishah was your awning.
8 И князи твои живущии во Сидоне и Арадиане быша весленицы твои: премудрии твои, Сор, иже быша в тебе, сии кормчии твои.
The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad were your rowers. Your wise men, Tyre, were in you. They were your pilots.
9 Старейшины Вивлийстии и премудрии их, иже быша в тебе, тии укрепляху совет твой: и вси корабли морстии и весленицы их быша в тебе ко западом западов.
The old men of Gebal and its wise men were your repairers of ship seams in you. All the ships of the sea with their mariners were in you to deal in your merchandise.
10 Персяне и Лидяне и Ливиане беша в силе твоей, мужие доблии твои щиты и шлемы повесиша в тебе, сии даша славу твою.
“‘“Persia, Lud, and Put were in your army, your men of war. They hung the shield and helmet in you. They showed your beauty.
11 Сынове Арадийстии и сила твоя на забралех твоих окрест: но и Мидяне во пиргах твоих быша стражие, тулы своя обесиша на забралех твоих окрест: сии совершиша твою доброту.
The men of Arvad with your army were on your walls all around, and valiant men were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around. They have perfected your beauty.
12 Кархидоняне купцы твои, от множества силы твоея, сребро и злато, и медь и железо, и чистое олово и свинец даша куплю твою.
“‘“Tarshish was your merchant by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches. They traded for your wares with silver, iron, tin, and lead.
13 Еллада вся и ближнии твои продаяху в тебе душы человечы, и сосуды медяны даша куплю твою.
“‘“Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your traders. They traded the persons of men and vessels of bronze for your merchandise.
14 От дому Форгамова кони и конники и мщята даша куплю твою.
“‘“They of the house of Togarmah traded for your wares with horses, war horses, and mules.
15 Сынове Родийстии купцы твои от островов умножиша куплю твою, зубы слоновы, и вводимым воздавал еси мзды твоя.
“‘“The men of Dedan traded with you. Many islands were the market of your hand. They brought you horns of ivory and ebony in exchange.
16 Человеки куплю твою от множества примешенца твоего, стакти и пестроты и синету от Фарсиса, и рамоф и хорхор даша куплю твою.
“‘“Syria was your merchant by reason of the multitude of your handiworks. They traded for your wares with emeralds, purple, embroidered work, fine linen, coral, and rubies.
17 Иуда и сынове Израилевы, сии купцы твои: продаянием пшеницы и миров и касии, и первый мед и елей и ритину даша примешенцу твоему.
“‘“Judah and the land of Israel were your traders. They traded wheat of Minnith, confections, honey, oil, and balm for your merchandise.
18 Дамаск купцы твои от множества всея силы твоея, вино от Хелвона, и волну блещащуся от Милита, и вино Деданово и Ионаново и Меозелево в куплю твою даша.
“‘“Damascus was your merchant for the multitude of your handiworks by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches, with the wine of Helbon, and white wool.
19 От ассиила железо деланое и колеса в примесницех твоих суть.
“‘“Vedan and Javan traded with yarn for your wares; wrought iron, cassia, and calamus were among your merchandise.
20 Дедан купцы твои со скоты избранными в колесницы.
“‘“Dedan was your merchant in precious saddle blankets for riding.
21 Аравиа и вси князи Кидарстии, сии купцы рукою твоею, велблюды и овны и агнцы в тебе продадят, имиже куплю творят.
“‘“Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your favorite dealers in lambs, rams, and goats. In these, they were your merchants.
22 Купцы Савы и Раммы, тии купцы твои с первыми сладостьми и со камением драгим, и злато даша куплю тебе.
“‘“The traders of Sheba and Raamah were your traders. They traded for your wares with the best of all spices, all precious stones, and gold.
23 Харран, Ханаа и Дедан, сии купцы твои: Сава, Ассур и Харман купцы твои,
“‘“Haran, Canneh, Eden, the traders of Sheba, Asshur and Chilmad, were your traders.
24 приносяще куплю синету и червленицу, и испещренная и сокровища избранная связана ужами, и кипарисная.
These were your traders in choice wares, in wrappings of blue and embroidered work, and in cedar chests of rich clothing bound with cords, among your merchandise.
25 Корабли, в тех купля твоя, (корабли) Кархидонстии купцы твои, во множестве смесник твоих, и насытился еси, и отягчал зело в сердцах морских.
“‘“The ships of Tarshish were your caravans for your merchandise. You were replenished and made very glorious in the heart of the seas.
26 В воде мнозе привождаху тя весленицы твои: ветр южный сокруши тя в сердцы морстем.
Your rowers have brought you into great waters. The east wind has broken you in the heart of the seas.
27 Быша силы твоя и мзда твоя от смесник твоих, и весленицы твои и кормчии твои, и советницы твои и смесницы от смесников твоих, и вси мужие твои доблии в тебе и весь сонм твой падут среде тебе в сердцы морстем, в день падения твоего.
Your riches, your wares, your merchandise, your mariners, your pilots, your repairers of ship seams, the dealers in your merchandise, and all your men of war who are in you, with all your company which is among you, will fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your ruin.
28 От гласа вопля твоего кормчии твои страхом убоятся.
At the sound of the cry of your pilots, the pasture lands will shake.
29 И снидут с кораблей своих вси весленицы твои, и всадницы и ловцы морстии на земли станут:
All who handle the oars, the mariners and all the pilots of the sea, will come down from their ships. They will stand on the land,
30 и воскликнут на тя гласом своим, и воскричат горце, и возложат землю на главы своя, и прах постелют:
and will cause their voice to be heard over you, and will cry bitterly. They will cast up dust on their heads. They will wallow in the ashes.
31 и оплешивеют над тобою плешьми, и облекутся во вретище, и восплачутся о тебе в горести души, и плачем горьким ужаснутся:
They will make themselves bald for you, and clothe themselves with sackcloth. They will weep for you in bitterness of soul, with bitter mourning.
32 и возмут о тебе сынове их плачь, возрыдают плаканием о тебе: кто якоже Тир умолкнувый среде моря? Колику обрел еси мзду от моря?
In their wailing they will take up a lamentation for you, and lament over you, saying, ‘Who is there like Tyre, like her who is brought to silence in the middle of the sea?’
33 Наполнил еси страны от множества твоего и от смесник твоих обогатил еси вся цари земныя.
When your wares came from the seas, you filled many peoples. You enriched the kings of the earth with the multitude of your riches and of your merchandise.
34 Ныне же сокрушился еси в мори, во глубинах водных смесницы твои, и весь сонм твой среде тебе падоша, и вси весленицы твои.
In the time that you were broken by the seas, in the depths of the waters, your merchandise and all your company fell within you.
35 Вси же живущии во островех уныли по тебе, и царие их ужасом ужасошася, и прослезися лице их.
All the inhabitants of the islands are astonished at you, and their kings are horribly afraid. They are troubled in their face.
36 Купцы от язык позвиждут о тебе, в погибель был еси, и ктому не будеши в век, глаголет Господь Бог.
The merchants among the peoples hiss at you. You have come to a terrible end, and you will be no more.”’”
