Исход 23
1 Да не приимеши слуха суетна, да не приложишися с неправедным быти свидетель неправеден:
Thou shalt not take up a false report: put not thy hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.
2 да не будеши со многими на злобу, да не приложишися ко множеству уклонитися со множайшими, яко превратити суд,
Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to turn aside after a multitude to wrest [justice]:
3 и нищаго да не помилуеши на суде.
neither shalt thou favor a poor man in his cause.
4 Аще же срящеши говядо врага твоего или осля его заблуждающее, обратив да отдаси ему:
If thou meet thine enemy’s ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.
5 аще же узриши осля врага твоего падшее под бременем его, да не мимоидеши е, но да воздвигнеши е с ним.
If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, thou shalt forbear to leave him, thou shalt surely release [it] with him.
6 Да не превратиши суда нищему в суде его.
Thou shalt not wrest the justice [due] to thy poor in his cause.
7 От всякаго слова неправеднаго да отступиши: неповинна и праведна да не убиеши, и не оправдиши нечестиваго даров ради,
Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.
8 и да не возмеши даров: дары бо ослепляют очи видящым и погубляют словеса праведна.
And thou shalt take no bribe: for a bribe blindeth them that have sight, and perverteth the words of the righteous.
9 И пришелца не оскорбляйте, ни стужите (ему): вы бо весте душу пришелчу, понеже сами бесте пришелцы в земли Египетстей.
And a sojourner shalt thou not oppress: for ye know the heart of a sojourner, seeing ye were sojourners in the land of Egypt.
10 Шесть лет да сееши землю твою и да собереши плоды ея:
And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the increase thereof:
11 в седмое же оставление да сотвориши и опустиши ю, и да ясти будут убозии языка твоего, останки же да снедят зверие дивии: тако да сотвориши винограду твоему и масличию твоему.
but the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie fallow; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beast of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, [and] with thy oliveyard.
12 В шесть дний да сотвориши дела твоя, в седмый же день покой: да почиет вол твой и осел твой, и да почиет сын рабы твоея и пришлец.
Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest; that thine ox and thine ass may have rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the sojourner, may be refreshed.
13 Вся, елика глаголах вам, сохраните, имен же богов инех не поминайте, ниже да слышатся изо уст ваших.
And in all things that I have said unto you take ye heed: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.
14 Три краты в лете сотворите Ми праздник:
Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.
15 праздник опресноков сохраните творити, седмь дний ядите опресноки, якоже заповедах тебе, во время месяца новых плодов, в той бо изшел еси из Египта, да не явишися предо Мною тощь:
The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep: seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, at the time appointed in the month Abib (for in it thou camest out from Egypt); and none shall appear before me empty:
16 и праздник жатвы первородных жит сотвориши от дел твоих, яже посееши на ниве твоей: и праздник скончания при исходе лета в собрании дел твоих, яже от нив твоих.
and the feast of harvest, the first-fruits of thy labors, which thou sowest in the field: and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when thou gatherest in thy labors out of the field.
17 Три краты в лете да явится всяк мужеск пол твой пред Господем Богом твоим.
Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord Jehovah.
18 Егда бо изжену языки от лица твоего и разширю пределы твоя, да не пожреши на квасе крове жертвы Моея, ниже да долежит тук праздника Моего до утрия.
Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my feast remain all night until the morning.
19 Начатки первых жит земли твоея да внесеши в дом Господа Бога твоего. Да не свариши ягняте во млеце матере его.
The first of the first-fruits of thy ground thou shalt bring into the house of Jehovah thy God. Thou shalt not boil a kid in its mother’s milk.
20 И се, Аз послю Ангела Моего пред лицем твоим, да сохранит тя на пути, яко да введет тя в землю, юже уготовах тебе:
Behold, I send an angel before thee, to keep thee by the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
21 вонми себе и послушай Его, и не ослушайся Его: не обинется бо тебе, имя бо Мое есть на Нем:
Take ye heed before him, and hearken unto his voice; provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgression: for my name is in him.
22 аще слухом послушаеши гласа Моего и сотвориши вся, елика Аз заповедаю тебе, и сохраниши завет Мой, будете Ми люди избранни от всех язык: Моя бо есть вся земля, вы же будете Ми царское священие и язык свят. Сия словеса да речеши сыном Израилевым. Аще слухом послушаеши гласа Моего и сотвориши вся, елика реку тебе, враг буду врагом твоим и сопротивлюся сопротивником твоим.
But if thou shalt indeed hearken unto his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.
23 Пойдет бо Ангел Мой наставляяй тя и введет тя ко Аморрею и Хеттею, и Ферезею и Хананею, и Гергесею и Евею и Иевусею, и потреблю их (от лица вашего):
For mine angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Canaanite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite: and I will cut them off.
24 да не поклонишися богом их, ниже послужиши им: да не сотвориши по делом их, но разорением разориши и сокрушением сокрушиши капища их,
Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works; but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and break in pieces their pillars.
25 и да послужиши Господу Богу твоему: и благословлю хлеб твой и вино твое и воду твою, и отвращу болезнь от вас.
And ye shall serve Jehovah your God, and he will bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
26 Не будет безчаден, ниже неплоды на земли твоей: число дний твоих исполняя исполню.
There shall none cast her young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.
27 И страх послю ведущий тя, и устрашу вся языки, в няже ты входиши к ним, и дам вся сопротивники твоя в бегуны:
I will send my terror before thee, and will discomfit all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.
28 и послю шершни пред тобою, и изжену Аморреи и Евеи, и Иевусеи и Хананеи и Хеттеи от тебе:
And I will send the hornet before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.
29 не изжену их в лете единем, да не будет земля пуста, и мнози будут на тя звери земнии:
I will not drive them out from before thee in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the beasts of the field multiply against thee.
30 помалу помалу изжену их от тебе, дондеже возрастеши и наследиши землю.
By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.
31 И положу пределы твоя от Чермнаго моря до моря Филистимля, и от пустыни до реки великия Евфрата, и предам в руце ваши седящих на земли и изжену их от тебе:
And I will set thy border from the Red Sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness unto the River: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand: and thou shalt drive them out before thee.
32 да не смесишися с ними, и с боги их да не завещаеши завета,
Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.
33 и да не останутся на земли твоей, да не сотворят тя согрешити ко Мне: аще бо поработаеши богом их, сии будут тебе в соблазн.
They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me; for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.
