Второзаконие 5
1 И призва Моисей всего Израиля и рече к ним: слыши, Израилю, оправдания и суды, елика аз глаголю во ушы ваши во днешний день, и научитеся их, и сохраните творити я.
Then called Moses unto all Israel and said unto them—Hear, O Israel, the statutes and the regulations, which I am speaking in your ears to-day, —so shall ye learn them, and observe to do them.
2 Господь Бог ваш завеща вам завет в Хориве:
Yahweh our God, solemnised with us a covenant in Horeb:
3 не отцем вашым завеща Господь завет сей, но токмо вам: вы же зде вси живи днесь.
not with our fathers did Yahweh solemnise this covenant, —but with us, ourselves—these here to-day, all of us living.
4 Лицем к лицу глагола Господь к вам на горе из среды огня,
Face to face, spake Yahweh with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire,
5 и аз стоях между Господем и вами во время оно возвестити вам глаголголы Господня, яко убоястеся от лица огня и не взыдосте на гору, глаголя:
(I was standing between Yahweh and you, at that time, to declare unto you the word of Yahweh, —for ye shrank with fear from the presence of the fire, and went not up in the mount) saying: —
6 Аз есмь Господь Бог твой, изведый тя из земли Египетския, от дому работы:
I, am Yahweh thy God, who have brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt out of the house of servants: —
7 да не будут тебе бози инии пред лицем Моим.
Thou shalt not have other gods, besides me:
8 Да не сотвориши себе кумира, ни всякаго подобия, елика на небеси горе, и елика на земли низу, и елика в водах под землею,
Thou shalt not make unto thee an image, any form that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath or that is in the waters beneath the earth:
9 да не поклонишися им, ниже послужиши им: яко Аз есмь Господь Бог твой, Бог ревнив, отдаяй грехи отцев на чада до третияго и четвертаго рода ненавидящым Мене,
thou shalt not bow thyself down to them nor be led to serve them, —for, I Yahweh thy God, am a jealous GOD, visiting the iniquity of fathers upon sons even unto three generations and unto four, unto them that hate me;
10 и творяй милость в тысящах любящым Мене и хранящым повеления Моя.
but shewing lovingkindness unto a thousand generation—unto them who love me, and keep my commandments:
11 Да не приимеши имене Господа Бога твоего всуе: не очистит бо Господь Бог твой приемлющаго имя Его всуе.
Thou shalt not utter the name of Yahweh thy God, for falsehood, —for Yahweh will not let him go unpunished who uttereth his name for falsehood:
12 Снабди день субботный святити его, якоже заповеда тебе Господь Бог твой:
Observe the sabbath day, to hallow it, —as Yahweh thy God, hath commanded thee:
13 шесть дний делай, и да сотвориши вся дела твоя,
six days, shalt thou labour, and do all thy work;
14 в день же седмый суббота Господу Богу твоему: да не сотвориши в онь всякаго дела, ты и сын твой и дщерь твоя, раб твой и раба твоя, вол твой и осел твой и всяк скот твой, и пришлец обитаяй у тебе, да почиет раб твой и раба твоя, и осел твой, якоже и ты:
but, the seventh day, is a sabbath unto Yahweh thy God, —thou shalt do no work—thou nor thy son nor thy daughter nor thy servant nor thy handmaid nor thine ox nor thine ass nor any of thy cattle, nor thy sojourner who is within thy gates, that thy servant and thy handmaid may rest, as well as thou.
15 и да помянеши, яко (и ты) раб был еси в земли Египетстей и изведе тя Господь Бог твой оттуду рукою крепкою и мышцею высокою: сего ради повеле тебе Господь Бог твой, еже хранити день субботный и святити его.
So shalt thou remember that a servant, wast thou in the land of Egypt, and that Yahweh thy God brought thee forth from thence, with a firm hand, and with a stretched-out arm, —for this cause, hath Yahweh thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day:
16 Чти отца твоего и матерь твою, якоже заповеда тебе Господь Бог твой, да благо ти будет и да долголетен будеши на земли, юже Господь Бог твой дает тебе.
Honour thy father and thy mother, as Yahweh thy God hath commanded thee, —that thy days may be prolonged and that it may go well with thee, upon the soil which Yahweh thy God is about to give unto thee:
17 Не убий.
Thou shalt not commit murder:
18 Не прелюбодействуй.
Neither shalt thou commit adultery:
19 Не укради.
Neither shalt thou steal:
20 Не послушествуй на ближняго твоего свидетелства ложна.
Neither shalt thou testify against thy neighbour with a witness of falsehood:
21 Не пожелай жены ближняго твоего, не пожелай дому ближняго твоего, ни села его, ни раба его, ни рабыни его, ни вола его, ни осляте его, ни всякаго скота его, ниже всех, елика ближняго твоего суть.
Neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour’s wife, —neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour’s house, his field, or his servant, or his handmaid, his ox or his ass, or anything that is thy neighbour’s.
22 Сия словеса глагола Господь ко всему сонму вашему на горе из среды огня: тма, мрак, буря, глас велик, и не приложи: и написа я на двоих скрижалех каменных, и даде мне.
These words, spake Yahweh unto all the convocation of you in the mount out of the midst of the fire the cloud and the thick gloom, a loud voice, and added not, —and he wrote them upon two tables of stone, and gave them unto me.
23 И бысть яко услышасте глас из среды огня, и гора горяше огнем, и приидосте ко мне вси началницы племен ваших и старейшины ваши,
And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, the mountain also burning with fire, then drew ye near unto me, even all the heads of your tribes and your elders,
24 и ресте: се, показа нам Господь Бог наш славу Свою, и глас Его слышахом из среды огня: во днешний день видехом, яко возглаголет Бог человеку, и жив будет:
and ye said—Lo! Yahweh our God hath let us see his glory and his greatness, his voice also, have we heard out of the midst of the fire, —this day, have we seen, that God may speak with man who yet may live.
25 и ныне да не измрем, яко потребит нас огнь великий сей, аще приложим мы слышати глас Господа Бога нашего ктому, и умрем:
Now, therefore why should we die? for this great fire, will consume, us, —if we ourselves, hear the voice of Yahweh our God any more, we shall die.
26 кая бо плоть, яже слыша глас Бога жива, глаголюща из среды огня, якоже мы, и жива будет?
For who [is there] of all flesh, that ever heard the voice of a Living God speaking out of the midst of fire as we, and yet lived?
27 Приступи ты, и послушай вся, елика к тебе речет Господь Бог наш, и ты речеши к нам вся, елика речет Господь Бог наш к тебе, и услышим, и сотворим.
Go, thou, near, and hear, all that Yahweh our God shall say, —so shalt thou speak unto us, all that Yahweh our God shall speak unto thee and we will hear and do.
28 И услыша Господь глас словес ваших, глаголющым вам ко мне, и рече Господь ко мне: слышах глас словес людий сих, елика глаголаша к тебе: право вся, елика глаголаша:
And Yahweh heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me, —and Yahweh said unto me—I have heard the voice of the words of this people which they have spoken unto thee, they have well said all which they have spoken.
29 кто даст еже быти тако сердцу их в них, яко боятися Мене и хранити заповеди Моя во вся дни, да благо будет им и сыном их во веки?
Oh that this their heart might remain in them to revere me, and to keep all my commandments all the days, —that it might be well with them and with their sons unto times age-abiding.
30 Гряди, рцы им: возвратитеся в в домы своя:
Go, say unto them, —Return ye to your tents.
31 ты же зде стани со Мною, и возглаголю к тебе вся заповеди и оправдания и суды, еликим научиши их: и да сотворят сице в земли, юже Аз даю им в жребий:
Thou, therefore here stand with me and let me speak unto thee—all the commandment and the statutes and the regulations which thou shalt teach them, —that they may do [them] in the land which I am giving unto them to possess it.
32 и сохраните творити, якоже заповеда тебе Господь Бог твой: не совратитеся ни на десно, ни на лево,
So then ye must observe to do, as Yahweh your God hath commanded you, —ye must not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
33 по всему пути, егоже заповеда тебе Господь Бог твой ходити в нем, да тя упокоит, и благо тебе будет: и многи дни будете на земли, юже наследите.
In all the way which Yahweh your God hath commanded you, must ye walk, —that ye may live and it be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land, which ye shall possess.
