5 Сынове Иафефовы: Гамер и Магог и Мадай, Иован, Елиса и Фовел, и Мосох и Фирас.
The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
6 Сынове же Гамеровы: Асханаз и Рифаф и Форгама.
And the sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, and Diphath, and Togarmah.
7 Сынове же Иовани: Елиса и Фарсис, и Хеттим и Доданим.
And the sons of Javan: Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim.
8 Сынове же Хамовы: Хус и Месраим, Фуд и Ханаан.
The sons of Ham: Cush, and Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.
9 Сынове же Хусовы: Сава и Евила, и Савафа и Регма и Севефаха. Сынове же Регмановы: Сава и Дадан.
And the sons of Cush: Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raama, and Sabteca. And the sons of Raama: Sheba, and Dedan.
10 Хус же роди Неврода: сей нача быти исполин ловец на земли.
And Cush begot Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
11 Месраим же роди Лодиима и Анамиима, и Лавиима и Неффосеимы,
And Mizraim begot Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
12 и Фафероимы и Патросониимы, и Хаслоимы, от нихже изыдоша Филистими, и Каффориимы.
and Pathrusim, and Casluhim — from whence came the Philistines — and Caphtorim.
13 Ханаан же роди Сидона первенца своего и Хеттеа,
And Canaan begot Zidon his first-born, and Heth;
14 и Иевусеа и Аморреа, и Гергесеа
and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite;
15 и Евеа, и Арукеа и Асенеа,
and the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite;
16 и Арадиа и Самареа и Амафиа.
and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.
17 Сынове же Симовы: Елам и Ассур, и Арфаксад и Луд и Арам. Сынове же Арамли: Уз и Ул, и Гефер и Мосох.
The Sons of Shem: Elam, and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.
18 Арфаксад же роди Каинана, Каинан же роди Салу, Сала же роди Евера.
And Arpachshad begot Shelah, and Shelah begot Eber.
19 Еверу же родистася два сына: имя единому Фалек, яко бо дни его разделена бысть земля, и имя брату его Иектан.
And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.
20 Иектан же роди Елмодада и Салефа, и Асермофа и Иадера,
And Joktan begot Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah;
21 и Адорама и Узала, и Деклу
and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah;
22 и Гамаала, и Авимеила и Саву,
and Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba;
23 и Уфира и Евилата и Иоава: вси сии сынове Иектановы.
and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
24 Сынове же Симовы: Арфаксад, Каинан, Сала,
Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah;
25 Евер, Фалек, Рагав,
Eber, Peleg, Reu;
26 Серух, Нахор, Фара,
Serug, Nahor, Terah;
27 Аврам, той есть Авраам.
Abram — the same is Abraham.
28 Сынове же Авраамли: Исаак и Исмаил.
The sons of Abraham: Isaac, and Ishmael.
29 Сии же роди их: первенец Исмаилов Наваиоф и Кидар, и Навдеил и Мавсан,
These are their generations: the first-born of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
30 и Масма и Идума, и Массий и Ходдад, и Феман
Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,
31 и Иетур, и Нафес и Кедма: сии суть сынове Исмаили.
Jetur, Naphish, and Kedem. These are the sons of Ishmael.
32 Сынове же Хеттуры подложницы Авраамовы, и роди ему Зомврана и Иезана, и Мадала и Мадиама, и Иесвока и Суеа. Сынове же Иезани: Сава и Дедан. Сынове же Дедановы: Рагуил и Навдеил, и Ассуриим и Латусиим и Асомин.
And the sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine: she bore Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan: Sheba, and Dedan.
33 Сынове же Мадиамли: Гефар и Офер, и Енох и Авида и Елдад: вси тии сынове Хеттурини. Роди же Авраам Исаака.
And the sons of Midian: Ephah, and Epher, and Hanoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.
34 Сынове же Исааковы Исав и Израиль.
And Abraham begot Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau, and Israel.
35 Сынове же Исавовы: Елифаз и Рагуил, и Иевул и Иеглом и Корей.
The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jalam and Korah.
36 Сынове Елифазовы: Феман и Омар, и Софар и Гофам и Кенез. Фамна же подложница Елифазова роди ему Амалика.
The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
37 Сынове же Рагуилевы: Нахеф и Заре, и Сомме и Мозе.
The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
38 Сынове же Сиировы: Лотан и Совал, и Севегон и Ана, и Дисон и Асар и Рисон.
And the sons of Seir: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
39 Сынове же Лотани: Хорри и Еман, и сестре Лотаня Фамна.
And the sons of Lotan: Hori, and Homam; and Timna was Lotan's sister.
40 Сынове же Совали: Адуар и Манааф, и Увал и Саифи и онан. Сынове же Севегони: Аиа и Онам.
The sons of Shobal: Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon: Aiah, and Anah.
41 Сынове же Анани: Дисон и Еливама, дщи Ананя, двое. Сынове же Дисоновы: Амада и Есеван, и Ефран и Харран.
The sons of Anah: Dishon. And the sons of Dishon: Hamran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
42 Сынове же Асаровы: Валаам и Занан и Илакан, и сынове Дисони: Ос и Арран.
The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zaavan, Jaakan. The sons of Dishan: Uz, and Aran.
43 И сии царие их, иже царствоваша в земли Едомли, прежде неже бысть царь над сыны Израилевыми: Валак сын Веоров, и имя граду его Деннава:
Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before their reigned any king over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
44 умре же Валак, и царствова вместо его Иовав, сын Зарин, от Восорры.
And Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
45 И умре Иовав, и царствова вместо его Асом от земли Феманони.
And Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
46 И умре Асом, и царствова вместо его Адад, сын Варадов, иже порази Мадиама на поли Моавли: и имя граду его Гетфем.
And Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Avith.
47 И умре Адад, и царствова вместо его Самаа от Мессеккаса.
And Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
48 И умре Самаа, и царствова вместо его Саул от Роовофа, иже близ реки.
And Samlah died, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the River reigned in his stead.
49 Умре же Саул, и царствова вместо его Валаеннон сын Аховоров.
And Shaul died, and Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.
50 И умре Валаеннон, и царствова вместо его Адад сын Варадов, егоже граду имя бе Фогор и имя жене его Метевеиль, дщерь Матраифа.
And Baal-hanan died, and Hadad reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Pai; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
51 И умре Адад, и начаша быти князи Едомли: князь Феман, князь Алуа, князь Иефаф,
And Hadad died. And the chiefs of Edom were: the chief of Timna, the chief of Alvah, the chief of Jetheth;
52 князь Еливама, князь Ила, князь Финон,
the chief of Oholibamah, the chief of Elah, the chief of Pinon;
53 князь Кенез, князь Феман, князь Вамаил,
the chief of Kenaz, the chief of Teman, the chief of Mibzar;
54 князь Гамесил, князь Арераман. Сии быша князи Едомстии.
the chief of Magdiel, the chief of Iram. These are the chiefs of Edom.
