1 И постави Давид царь и князи силы над делы сыны Асафовы и Емани и Идифумовы, иже провещаваху в гуслех и псалтирех и кимвалех, и бысть число их по главам мужей творящих дела своя.

Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:

2 Сынове Асафовы: Закхур и Иосиф, и Нафаниа и Асиил: сынове Асафовы держащеся Асафа пророка близ царя.

Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, who prophesied according to the order of the king.

3 Идифуму сынове Идифумли: Годолиа и Сури, и Исеа и Семей, и Асавиа и Маттафиа, шесть по отце своем Идифуме в гусли бряцающе исповедание и хваление Господеви.

Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.

4 Еману сынове Емани: Вукиа и Мафаниа, и Озиил и Суваил, и Иеримуф и Ананиа, и Анан и Елиафа, и Годоллафий и Ромамфиезер, и Савах и Маллифий, а Офир и Мазиоф.

Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth:

5 Вси сии сынове Емана бряцающаго царю в словесех Божиих, да вознесется рог. Даде же Бог Еману сынов четыренадесять и три дщери:

All these were the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.

6 вси сии со отцем своим воспевающе в дому Божии в кимвалех и во псалтирех и гуслех, в служение дому Божия близ царя, и Асаф и Идифум, и Еман.

All these were under the hands of their father to sing in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.

7 Бысть же число их со братиею их научени пению Господню и всех разумеющих (пения) двести осмьдесят и осмь.

So the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in the songs of the LORD, even all that were skilful, was two hundred and eighty and eight.

8 Вергоша же и сии жребия чреды дневныя, по малу и по велику совершенных и учащихся.

And they cast lots, for their duties, as well the small as the great, the teacher as the scholar.

9 И изыде жребий первый сынов его и братии его Асафу Иосифову, Годолиа: вторый иниа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

Now the first lot came forth for Asaph to Joseph: the second to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and sons were twelve:

10 третий Закхур, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The third to Zaccur, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

11 четвертый Иезрий, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The fourth to Izri, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

12 пятый Нафан, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The fifth to Nethaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

13 шестый Вукиа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The sixth to Bukkiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

14 седмый Иериил, сынове его и братии его дванадесять:

The seventh to Jesharelah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

15 осмый Иосиа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять,

The eighth to Jeshaiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

16 девятый Матфаниа, сынове его и братии его дванадесять:

The ninth to Mattaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

17 десятый Семеиа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The tenth to Shimei, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

18 первыйнадесять Езриил, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The eleventh to Azareel, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

19 вторыйнадесять Асавиа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The twelfth to Hashabiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

20 третийнадесять Суваил, сынове его и братии его дванадесять:

The thirteenth to Shubael, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

21 четвертыйнадесять Матфафиа, сынове его и братии его дванадесять:

The fourteenth to Mattithiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

22 пятыйнадесять Иеримуф, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The fifteenth to Jeremoth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

23 шестыйнадесять Ананиа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The sixteenth to Hananiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

24 седмыйнадесять Иесвак, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The seventeenth to Joshbekashah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

25 осмыйнадесять Ананиа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The eighteenth to Hanani, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

26 девятыйнадесять Меллифий, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The nineteenth to Mallothi, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

27 двадесятый Елиафа, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The twentieth to Eliathah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

28 двадесять первый Иефир, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The one and twentieth to Hothir, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

29 двадесять вторый Годоллафий, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The two and twentieth to Giddalti, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

30 двадесять третий Меазоф, сынове его и братия его дванадесять:

The three and twentieth to Mahazioth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:

31 двадесять четвертый Рометфиезер, сынове его и братия его дванадесять.

The four and twentieth to Romamtiezer, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve.
